Pork not cooked until crispy on the outside (was done last visit to restaurant). Salmon prepared with elements (too many) that clashed on the overall flavor/taste.
Excellent food and fantastic service!!!
They had a gentleman playing the piano and it was so relaxing . We will definitely return. David, the manager, was very friendly and personable and made sure to check in on us.
The server was cheerful, helpful and efficient. The piano player was very good and was able to fulfill requests for old-time rock & roll. Don't mind upscale prices when the meal is well prepared and our steak and chicken dinners were excellent.
Didn't understand why when reserving a table you're asked if special occasion, marked anniversary but it was never acknowledged.
Overall, we had an enjoyable time and meal.
Food options very limited. Atmosphere is good (depends on where they seat you…ie not by the hot tub) Staff were very attentive.
Fantastic service and food! We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and we made a great choice coming to Litchfield’s. We will be back with our friends and family often as we live super close.
Food was delicious. Service beyond expectations. Great place to celebrate special occasions.
First off we were seated very quickly, very shortly after sitting down our drink orders were taken. I had an Old Fashioned and my wife had a lemon drop martini. Both were very delicious drinks. My wife ordered the chicken breast entrée and I had the prime filet. We received their delicious fresh bread to snack on during the time our food was being prepared which is always good with their whipped seasoned butter. Then the entrées arrived beautifully plated. We soon made them not so beautiful by digging in to it all. It all was very very good. My only slight dissatisfaction was that my filet that I ordered medium was cooked medium well and some of it was well done, but it still tasted very good, and I'm not a picky eater so I didn't even bother bringing it up to the waitress. Then we finished off the dinner with chocolate lava cake with fresh raspberries, which was delicious as well. Overall a very pleasant dining experience we will definitely do again.
Steak was great, and live music from wigwam bleeding over was great. Wonderful atmosphere!!
Litchfield's succeeded in every way in making my birthday memorable. From the front desk to our server Millie and those who kept our water glasses full, the staff was wonderful. Our meals were perfect and paired with great wine. The birthday chocolate dessert was enough for all four of us and we would have licked the plate if we didn't have better manners. We enjoyed one of the first outdoor evenings of the season, and loved our experience.
Food was good, ambiance was great. Prices seemed fair for upscale restaurant. Server was nice but took a long time to check in. Make sure you ask for everything upfront. It will take 20min before you see your server again. I was missing an item but by the time the sever came back we were finishing eating. If you care for an alcoholic beverage, get the strawberry mojito!
Initially we made this reservation as Litchfield’s was listed as a participant in the Phoenix Restaurant Week. I then received a phone message that informed me that Litchfield’s was not participating in Restaurant Week and extended an apology fir the mixup. We agreed to keep our reservation. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess who promptly introduced us to the maitre’d. Who I had talked with on the phone. They both made us feel welcome and special. Our waitress was superb. The menu wasn’t what we expected as it seemed pretty limited but we ordered the halibut which was pretty good. The wine that we ordered was a great value. We didn’t try any desserts. The downside for all of us was the lack of ambiance. The other patrons were very underdressed for a higher end restaurant—we saw cut-off Jean shorts, plain tee shirts, running shorts, etc. maybe I’m old fashioned but I feel there’s a need to require a little bit better dress. It detracted from the evening.
There was an event going on and they seemed understaffed. Long wait for food but otherwise an excellent place
I recall our lovely waitress coming over, saying we were done and giving her my card. I filled out a tip receipt and left. I got a call at 10 pm saying we didn’t pay??? Then got cut off and no response since. Not sure what happened but maybe too busy for staff???
Food and service was outstanding. Unfortunately there was a large group of about 20 guys in the middle if the restaurant who were drunk, ridiculously and embarrassingly loud. Talked with manger about this who was sympathetic but did not address noise with group. Disappointed with the experience but know it usually is a five star experience.
Hanging out with my mom!
TERRIBLE service. Terrible. The hostess wanted to put us at the tiniest little table and we agreed because “it had a great view” and we would have otherwise had to wait a while (despite having a reserve)... there was literally no view?!? We had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. We didn’t get our drinks for almost 20 minutes (a glass of wine and simple cocktail) and we had to ask the guy who was bussing tables to bring us bread. The charcuterie board was terrible. Our actual entrees were great. We got my husband’s birthday dessert to go and they put it under our leftovers so when we got home the cheesecake was literally 100% melted. So upsetting, it was my husbands birthday and an early 4-year anniversary dinner.
Holly was excellent as usual and took great care of us!
I love this place
Menu needs to be a bit more expansive, but the selections were extremely well prepared.
Very nice went there for 10 year anniversary they treated us very nice. I would go back.
Very good food. Great place to go for a date or out to dinner with family.
Great place for a romantic dinner or special occasion. The service was top notch and the food was very good. We sat in the bar area, the piano player was excellent. Will definitely go back.
Our table was not cleared when we were brought to it. It had dirty dishes and cups. We also waited a long time for our food. Colleen our server was amazing! She went above and beyond to make our date better. She gave us complimentary dessert and notified the manager who came to the table and paid for half our bill.
Wait staff was very attentive and excellent customer service.
Birthday Celebration. The flies were unbelievable; all over the food and our bodies!!!
Lots of flies, service was just okay
Everything excellent as usual.
Maybe it was a unique situation but the air conditioning was not working in the restaurant and it was 100 degrees outside. It really made it uncomfortable to enjoy ourselves. I wish they would have called us ahead of time to give us the option to reschedule. Otherwise the food was great.
Was very nice dinner, food excellently prepared and the service was impeccable
our food was OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the service was excellent but VERY slow. we waited to long for drinks, appetizers and dinner.......
For over a month now the air conditioner has been inoperable or inadequate at best. Both my wife and I left dinner drenched and we watched several couples do the same thing. I’d understand if this was a recent issue and it was being worked, but the AC has been out for over a month and even the employees were complaining.
The Wigwam management team needs to get a clue or find another line of work. It will be a long time before we return and this is unfortunate because we had been going every weekend for months.
Litchfield's has a wonderful ambience with an excellent wine list and creative cocktails. The food menu is quite diverse and preparation creative. The wait staff are attentive, but not obnoxious. We love the place.
Although the food was a little high in price, it was an outstanding meal at a great value. Our waitress was amazing, and offered great recommendations for food and drink. The atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. We definitely recommend this as a fine dining destination where the guests were mostly adults.
The staff did their best and the service was excellent.
Food was good but pricy.
Sheila, thank you for dining at Litchfield's! We look forward to serving you again soon.
Great food. Nice ambience. Classic old Arizona. Lovely evening.
