We were greeted by the lovely hostess when we arrived 30 minutes early for our reservation (inexplicably there was no traffic). She was able to seat us right away. The decor was lively and colorful, each section of wall was a different vibrant hue with a unique theme (musical instruments, telephones, ceiling domes). Our server was friendly and professional and helped us navigate the menu. She suggested several of her favorites and all were outstanding. Highlights were the qunoia salad, empenadas and the crispy (but still juicy) tajin fried chicken, yum! We will definitely be back.

What a fun discovery out the back door of the Hampton. The place seemed over the top friendly then down steps to the basement dining that was over the top in ambiance. The menu, food and service was excellent.

Fabulous pizza and we loved the cacio e pepe prepared at the table. It was a terrific show and the pasta itself was delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. We had a tasty, reasonably priced bottle of wine. All in all, a great experience.

Love this new waterfront dining option close to the Ferry Bldg. Will definitely come back. We had: Dips with flatbread, saganaki (unique spin), rice, fish, veggies, cheesecake (excellent). We liked every dish. Restaurant was quiet (Monday evening). Dining on back patio had a pretty bay view.

Had read about chef Carlos’ new restaurant in Hayes Valley and was excited to try the menu. The food was a delight. We ordered the Halibut ceviche which was excellent. Next we tried the pan seared scallops and shared the Thai Salmon in the mains between two of us: We will definitely be back as the flavors were fresh and flavorful.

The food was delicious - I am Vietnamese and it was a high end take on traditional food while still affordable. My colleagues particularly enjoyed the Banh Cuon, Bun Cha, Pho, Green beans, and the mochi cake. The truffle seemed to overpower the fried rice. We wanted to try the Banh Khot but the caviar made it a little too expensive. Overall, great vibes, service and food.
