This establishment is outstanding in every way! All of our food was fantastic, the presentation was excellent, the service was great and the ambiance is amazing. I highly recommend it. We came across the border from Bellingham Washington and we will definitely be back.

We celebrated my little sister’s birthday at this restaurant..great atmosphere & customer service! The staff & management were very friendly and attentive to our party. Fried Chicken was my highlight of the evening. Overall great experience.!

We came to Byblos about 4 years ago, and made the terrible mistake of eating 2-3 hours before dinner. Unfortunately, this left us quite full and unable to really dive into the menu. We didn't realize that the pide was almost like an appetizer before the mains, and our server seemed quite alarmed we wanted to leave. Afterwards, we realize our faux pas, and vowed we would return again to try the full menu. We ensured this time to not eat too much food, and not within a few hours of dinner. We tried the hummus Royale, the truffle and cheese pide, lamb shoulder, fried chicken, and brussel sprouts, and we were blown away. It was one of the most flavourful and delightful meal we'd ever had. We are so incredibly thankful that we were still able to attend. The ambiance was busy, but still quiet for our corner, and the lighting created such a calm, relaxed environment. Hopefully, we'll be able to attend again sooner rather than later.

We tried Earls after a long day of touring Niagara Falls. We enjoyed our drinks and our meal. We tried the Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl and the Chicken Tacos. Both were very good! This is a real happening place with a big crowd on a Friday night. I would definitely recommend trying!

My friend and I celebrated a wonderful birthday dinner at Fresh. The food and drinks were delicious. We loved the variety and uniqueness of the drinks menu. The waitstaff were awesome and the vegan, gluten free chocolate cake was so tasty and very much appreciated. The only reason for a 4 star is probably out of the restaurant's hands. My friend has a slight mobility issue as a person with mild CP. She can manage stairs but requires a railing for stability. I needed to stand as a railing/grab bar. Not sure how one could be installed though.

It is basically a plain green salad that contains lettuce grown vertically in a green house. It would add to the ambience if the staff dresses less casually. It seemed that the atmosphere has become much more informal than we previously experienced.
The waiter was very friendly and kept congratulating us on our anniversary and gave us a gift card for our next visit. The food was delicious and very good value. Wonderful experience and would recommend to others.
