About Liquidity Bistro
Liquidity Bistro offers an artful, contemporary, Canadian Bistro. Our menu evolves with the seasons to show off the area’s amazing bounty.
Liquidity Bistro is a reflection of the terroir that is Okanagan Falls. The menu combines produce from our local farmers and purveyors with select ingredients chosen from the chefs own garden. An extensive range of wines from all members of the Okanagan Falls Winery Association are featured representing this unique micro climate that sits at the south end of Skaha Lake.
Our food philosophy at the bistro is to represent the areas farmers and producers and the hard work they do day in and day out by keeping the food simple, clean, fresh and non-pretentious and respecting the ingredients in all their simplest form.
The food, the service and the wine are paired to deliver a wine country experience unique to Okanagan Falls.

Liquidity Bistro Ratings and Reviews
We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at The Bistro. The young man who served us was friendly, helpful and very professional. The food was outstanding - presented beautifully and more than adequate serving size. We would certainly come back again and recommend The Bistro to anyone heading to the Okanagan Falls area.
My husband and I dined at Liquidity to celebrate my birthday. We had the enjoyable surprise of attending one of the community dinners. We enjoyed the Dividend wine tasting served with a delicious amuse bouche of diced beet and Upper Bench blue cheese. We met and enjoyed the company of local diners like ourselves. Our roast pork was delectably spiced and our vegetables were tasty and el dente. The dessert was a suitably smooth chocolate cheesecake wrapped in pistachios paired with an exotic plum sorbet. So so Good!
We have heard a lot about this winery and decided to go and have lunch we arrived early and was ask if we wanted to do a tasting first, we chose not to, as the restaurant was quiet and the view was awesome, but we were sat back from the windows next to the serving counter and the server kept hitting my chair and other chair the people sitting at the window were not even interested in looking outside we would have like to have a window seat We are not from the area so will not be returning soon Food was very good and the service was great Very noisy in tasting and restaurant area not a relaxing time for us as we could not hear each other talk
Love everything about this place...second time here and just as fabulous as the first time. Can't go wrong starting with a delightful bottle of their bubbly, a beautiful complement to our delicious smoked salmon eggs benedict. Our server as well as the view, top notch!
Cannot wait to return!
We have made this a destination resto on a couple of trips through the Okanagan. Pricy, but very special. Ambience is fine unless you have a noisy table alongside: an advantage to a 2000 reservation is that it all quiets down after that.
Engaging and keen service each time.
Brought friends from Alabama to Liquidity after a friend' recommendation. It was spectacular. Everything about it was good I had the Flat iron steak, shared with my partner. Our companions had the calzone, and the soup of the day with a green salad. All of it was beautifully presented, and the kitchen split our steak, and brought each of us an identically presented plate. Service was prompt and unobtrusive, and the eventual bill (including ½ litre of the glorious rosé & a glass of Reserve red) was entirely reasonable. We will definitely recommend it.
Our dinner was excellent as a person that enjoys cooking I was impressed, the plating was beautiful and the cook on the food was perfect. The wine list for wines other than Liquidity was a little lacking. But we did enjoy the one that was chosen. I am already looking forward to going back. Well done.
My husband and I ate here for dinner. We started out with a spicy carrot soup. The soup was delicious and filling. We should have either split an entree or ordered the soup in a smaller portion, like a cup. My husband ordered the bison flat iron steak and I had the Artic Char. Both were served with vegetables. The Char was wonderful and the vegetables complemented the fish. My husband had the bison and it was very good and flavorful. The bison was also served with vegetables. We ended up taking some of our entrees home in a doggie bag. We sat out on the patio. It was very pleasant and a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our meal and wine here and look forward to returning.
Great food & service, our service staff worked well as a team and really looked after us. There was a swet young bus girl who kept our waters filled and did a great job of describing the food that she delivered.
The only negative was that the music was a bit low so the atmosphere was somewhat subdued.
What a pleasant surprise this winery and restaurant were. The grounds and sculpture gardens are beautiful as you drive in, the art in the main building will take your breath away, and if you have any breath left it will be gone when you see the view from the bistro. We are still talking about how great the service was, our water glasses were NEVER empty, our wine glasses were replenished at exactly the right time EVERY time, the entrees came moments after our appetizers were finished and our dishes were cleared shortly after we finished eating. And of course the food was inventive and fabulous. Our waitress, Rachel, was attentive and amusing and made sure we were having a very full experience. We can't wait to return when we have time to also sample some of their wonderful wines. Make it a priority to visit this wonderful vineyard.
This is a gorgeous natural setting, with beautiful art both inside and out. With very large windows it is bright and airy. The patio is delightful with its infinity waterfall. The service was excellent, our waitress was professional and friendly and very knowledgable about the food and wine as well as attentive. The bubbly is some of the best I have ever had, soft and dry. The lamb melted in our mouth and the grape vine leaf wrapped halibut was tasty and very moist. The wines were well paired with our meals so we left with a bottle of each at an reasonable price point.
