   The high quality gauntlet thrown down by Linwood’s founder is happily being continued. Still a joy to eat here. If you want a customize order, both the wait staff and the kitchen accommodate. One guest felt the crab imperial sauce was not as good as it was, but otherwise just as delightful as ever!

   Excellent service, surprisingly poor flavor/preparedness for the Cesar Salad. I was very surprised the Cesar Salad tasted bland and smothered in shaved parmesan cheese. The croutons were small and tasted as if they came from a box/bag from your local grocery store. The lettuce was bland with very little Cesar dressing or seasoning. I've never had such a bad salad at Linwood's. After adding pepper for taste, I left half of the salad on my plate. My guest inquired if everything was okay, and I explained how surprised I was by the poor quality of the salad. She said Cesar Salads can be tricky sometimes. My reply was "Not at Linwood's - until now.

   Our Waiter was Ahmi who did an outstanding job from the time he greeted us to the time that we departed. We both had Vodka Martinis with Bleu Cheese Stuffed Olives and those were very well prepared. The food was out of this world and came to the table hot. The dinner rolls are very good and you have to be careful or you could end up eating nothing but those. The manager came to our table, asked us how we were doing and wished us a Happy Anniversary. Nice touch making us feel that he cared about our opinion. The price is what you would expect for a five star restaurant in the Baltimore Metropolitan Region. The deserts were outstanding also. Even though the restaurant was crowded the noise level was not offensive. Great job by the entire staff.

   The restaurant was beautiful, the waitress was very friendly, courteous, and made great suggestions. The menu selection was diverse, had vegetarian options and the taste was fantastic. The bathrooms were cleaned but the room was too hot, more ventilation needed. I would suggest to enable making reservation of 6 people and not just four . I had to make two separate reservations to accommodate a party of six.

    Server was distracted. Interrupted us multiple times to talk to someone else while taking our order. Seafood pasta was oily and not very good. Very expensive for not great service. They did offer free dessert because we did not like our meal.

    I come to this local favorite of mine often and for the first time I will say the food was a bit lack luster.. I will be back but this was not one of my best experiences at one of my favorite restaurants.

    I had the seasonal pea salad and it was absolutely delicious. Also, my nephew had the onion soup and the barbeque pork chop while I had the branzino. Delicious. We were celebrating a 50th birthday for my nephew, and it was just the two of us. Our server, Megan, was attentive and solicitous without being overbearing. To celebrate the birthday, Linwood's provided a small dessert, which was a really nice and unexpected touch.

    Linwood's is a hidden gem. It's about a 7 minute drive from my home, and I did not know that it was this good. The food, service and ambiance was amazing. A few friends and I celebrated my husband's birthday, and we had an amazing time. Our waitress Megan was so attentive as well as management. If you stop by try the Lobster tempura, it's to die for!

    Molly provided great service. Drinks were substantial and just right. The perfect Manhattan with Basil Hayden was top notch. The tuna and veal entrees were delicious as was the Caesar salad. The bad news is that we live too far from Linwoods to make it a routine. Good news is that we fly in and out of BWI frequently.

    Fabulous food as always but our appetizers came out so quickly we'd barely had a sip of our cocktails. The waitress said she'd try to slow down our entrees, but then said the manager put the orders for them in too quickly so they came out too fast too. The people next to us were dressed like they came from the gym, one of them did a long loud face time call and their daughter played a loud video game all through dinner. All in all it felt like a $600 meal at McDonalds. We've been eating there for decades - what's happened?!

    All was excellent but the amount of food on the plate is barely enough to fill you and I am a woman. Can't imagine that men are sated. Considering the prices, more food on the plate would be most advised. Perhaps 20% more.

    Linwoods was fantastic for lunch, as always. My husband and I split calamari and tuna tartare, then I got a burger and he got scallop and shrimp linguine. You cannot go wrong with any seafood! My only complaint was that the burger was too tall to fit in my mouth and there was absolutely no graceful way to eat it. If I was with anyone other than my husband, it would have been embarrassing. Still a 4.99/5 star meal.
