Links' menu, showcasing unique flavors, noteworthy grilled selections, including USDA prime beef and fresh seafood, is perfectly complemented by a Wine Spectator Award-winning wine list, local craft beers, handcrafted specialty cocktails and other libations.
Overall we love The Links. The view & the ambiance is wonderful. Food is typically delicious. The service could be better. We came for Sunday brunch, you were not busy, and we waited & waited for a waitress to greet us & serve our coffee. We ordered our food and again, we waited & waited. We realize we are in the south and things are a bit slower and more relaxed than we are used to in the north, but seriously, the staff could kick it up a notch. We’ll be back, we love it there, but come on you guys can do better.
Wonderful dinner! The food was delicious and the scenery was beautiful. Felt like we had the place to ourselves! It’s a beautiful club house.
Amazing all the time!
It took us over an hour to get our food and than it was cold. Server never offered refills on drinks because we didn't see her after she took our order. She sent the manager over and he suggested that next time we book directly with them rather than Open Table. What does that have to do with poor service and quality??
Mother’s Day. They were very unorganized. For a special day like Mother’s Day they had insufficient staff. Would not recommend this restaurant at all.
They were able to accommodate us inside for our outdoor reservation so that was wonderful. However service was extremely slow and it wasn’t that busy. Our orders were not right and when the second round came, they were still wrong. Some side dishes never arrived at all and we finally gave up asking. Food was fine but certainly not worth the stress of bad service.
Horrible service - had to ask for spoons, saucers for coffee, syrup for french toast, OJ, creamer for coffee, fruit that came with my order. Waitress only came once to refill coffee. At $15 per entry, I expected more.
Lovely venue. A little pricier than other places so be prepared. Our lunch for three with drinks and tip was $100.
Great service and delicious breakfast meals. The ambiance with the view was fantastic.
The staff at Links made our anniversary perfect from beginning to end!
Great food great place great ambiance!
Stopped here for breakfast to checkout the golf course. Food was okay but overpriced for breakfast and wait staff was scarce.
The golf course view from the back patio was spectacular. We had the chateau briand for two and it was very good. The service was a little slow, but we had a great dinner.
We were very excited to dine at Links. Unfortunately the food did not stand up to the atmosphere and ambience. Our entrees lacked flavor and freshness. The filets and lobster tails looked and tasted old. We were disappointed.
We always dine at Links when we come to Hilton Head. Food is great and ambiance is causal elegance. My wife has raved about the half rack of lamb she had. It's on our must go to list.
Everyone from the hostess, to the server, to the bartender were as friendly and helpful as you could ask for. My bone in ribeye was cooked and seasoned perfectly as was my wife's filet. It's expensive, but worth it
Great food, great service, wonderful atmosphere. Love dining here!!
Enjoyed outdoor seating. Food and service were very good.
Absolutely amazing dinner! Our waitress Heather was a gift!!
Disappointing. What I was expecting for my wife and myself was superb service and food from a restaurant in the clubhouse of one of the finest golf courses in the country. I was wrong. The table we were seated at was not set up and when it was, plates and silverware were missing. I had to take bread plates from another table. Our server while pleasant was less than efficient. Food was marginal at best. What was really ironic was the voice mail I received at noon asking to confirm our evening reservation, as if there was a waiting list for tables. We were the only people seated at the time we arrived. Hence, it made my wife and I wonder why the service was so poor. (We had better service at The Salty Dog!) While the outdoor seating was nice , we had to put up with the overtures of some boisterous golf patrons who had finished their round and enjoyed their drinks with some expletive laced conversation. Perhaps we caught this place on a bad night. Don't know that we will return.
If you are hungry after your golf round, eat at the snack bar on course level, not here. Food is good, but the wait unacceptable. Staff said "we're trying to get your food out". Dining room was not busy -- maybe three other parties, 2 to 3 people each. Food should not take this long.
It’s was Heritage Golf weekend, my daughter’s birthday & Easter. They gave us our own private room to celebrate with was perfect with a group of 12. Food was delicious and couldn’t have been a more wonderful celebration.
We always like to end our vacation with dinner at Links. Usually, great food, ambiance, and service. However, we ran into a conflict this time due to the golf tournament. We called to the restaurant prior about parking and were told we could bypass security and park at the restaurant, but when we attempted to, we were not allowed past security and had to turn around, park, shuttle, and then walk to the restaurant. The weather was rainy and chilly. Definitely took the shine off the evening.
Had we been informed correctly, we would have cancelled the reservation and eaten elsewhere (that we could park at). Will certainly not eat at Links in the future if the golf tournament is in town.
Top notch food and location. Alex, manager, does a wonderful job of running the ship and making everyone feel welcome and looked after...
Spend our Anniversary at the Links Grill annually. Never disappoints!
Caesar salad, Chateaubriand and potatoes more about the show than the quality. The salad dressing was cloying, the Chateaubriand over cooked and brought to the table cooler than it should have been. The potatoes were very ordinary at best. The dessert was the highlight of the meal. We were with friends who had had this meal before. I have to say a good, properly prepared steak and baked potato would have been much superior to this experience, in my opinion
Horrible service!!! We went for breakfast, as we were sitting 2 tables near us were leaving due to poor service, we didn’t get it at the time but soon figured it out. We ordered right away due to this. Food came out in an acceptable amount of time. Our waitress never came to check on us after that. We had to go find her to get the bill as she was busy sitting and folding utensils and napkins.
Would not recommend this restaurant as the service all around was very slow. Table next to us was complaint to their server as well. They were not busy at all during the 9-10am time for breakfast on a Sunday. I hope they pick up their service level over the next few weeks before the golf tournament comes here; otherwise, they are going to be in trouble.
Wonderful experience. The service was awesome and the food was delicious. Our only complaint was the noise level was very high....sometimes hard to have a conversation.
The manager Alex runs the restaurant very well. The staff is the most qualified in Sea Pines. Please go there.
Very nice presentation, a little pricey but great atmosphere.
Upon arrival we were very impressed with the view of the golf course and the overall layout of the restaurant. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff who took good care of us during our dining experience. The food was excellent and the portions were generous without being to much. Have definite plans to dine again at the Links upon return to Sea Pines.
Onion rings batter was awful. Tasted and you could see they were bad. Pork chop was dry. Seemed cooking was great just chops dry. Let be our time at the inn and HarborTown, so hope this improves as we would like to try again on our annual trip
We expected a refined dining experience but sadly, the noise from the bar spoilt the evening and the food was only average.
Good was fabulous. Waiter was great but due to other events taking place he was pulled between restaurant and event. Links is an absolutely must for Sea Pines
Because we were eight, we were placed in the private Lighthouse Room, a smaller area with a nice view of the lighthouse. Danielle, our server, was A+: knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating to individual requests. The food, as always, was wonderful. Great wine selection, as well. We visit Links at least once each year when we come on vacation. Highly recommend.
Food was very good, but bar was way to noisy. I had the prime rib, which was good, not great, but good !
Our waitress was not attentive.
Sat at bar. great Martini and great good. Salad was kind of small for an entree
