Server Andrew was wonderful. Food turned out well, excited to come back and try more!
Do not order the mussels. At least 8 or more were not open.
Excellent food- outstanding service (Ryan - was fantastic)
Great food and even better service! Hope to return soon.
We had Sunday brunch and everything was amazing!
The best. Food was fabulous. Our waiter was great.
Delicious brunch; highly recommend! The only downfall was the seating was very uncomfortable
Cecil our server was amazing. I had the sea bass which was very good. My husband had the pork chop and said while good the creamed spinach had no flavor at all. He also had the onion soup which was good but not great. My chopped salad was very good.
The food is always such a treat. Great atmosphere to enjoy time with company.
Never have I ever eaten anything bad at Lindey’s! The service is always 10/10 and I’ll always get Key Lime Pie to round out the night!
Excellent! Service was great! Food was amazing, as usual!
Visited Columbus, Ohio to attend a friends wedding. Heard about Lindey's from some of friends. The place was amazing. The food was delicious, the wine list surprisingly good, the service attentive and not too chatty, and the price was outstanding for what you get. I'm from California and getting an experience like that would have cost me twice as much at home. I definitely recommend Lindey's!
Zacharia was so wonderful. Their energy helped make celebrating my birthday wonderful. Great service and good food. Would reccommend.
Lindey's is spectacular.
One of the finest restaurants anywhere. two hour drive for us and worth every mile
The best lobster bisque in town ! The tuna tartare- perfect !
Knowledgeable waitstaff, perfect martini and ambiance!
My boyfriend and I came for our 2 year anniversary and it was spectacular! We had a candlelit dinner and a complimentary champagne toast. I had a dirty martini and also an espresso martini to drink and they were both excellent. My boyfriend had the homestead draft and it was a pretty smooth ale.
For dinner he had two crab cakes. They don’t skimp on the the crab, but they are on the smaller side so definitely get two of them! I got the angel hair pasta (angel hair pasta, shrimp, and Cajun cream sauce). I was between this and the salmon and our waiter told me that the angel hair had been on the menu since opening!
Staff was wonderful and very friendly!
Me and a few friends went to Lindey's after seeing a show at the Ohio Theatre. It was only a few minutes drive from the theatre in a nice looking neighborhood in German Village. It was our first time visiting the restaurants. We had a reservation for 9:15 p.m. and it had been snowing, a lot, so the restaurant only had one other couple at a table. The place is beautiful! Lots of luxurious wood floors and accents in the main dining room. The lighting is dim, with individual lights shining on each individual table, but I thought it made for very elegant dining. As soon as we were seated, our server, Joe, took drink orders and filled water glasses for us. He also informed us of the daily special and answered a few menu questions. After giving us several minutes, Joe returned and took our selections. It seemed very soon afterward, another worker returned with our plates. The food was all amazing. I had the special which was trout with a very flavourful sauce along with pasta. Two others had the rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes. They indicated that the chicken was juicy and tasty, and the potatoes were some of the best they've had. And the fourth member of our party had the lobster and shrimp risotto who said it was delicious. Joe checked on us and refilled our glasses several times during dinner. After enjoying our dinner, we all ordered creme brulee for dessert which was also served quickly by yet another worker. The creme brulee was so delicious! Crispy sweet top with a sweet creamy custard. One of the best I've had! Joe checked on us one last time before we finished and paid the bill, then we prepared to go back out into the snow fully satisfied. Wonderful dinner at a great restaurant!
We went to celebrate a birthday. Asked for a private table away from the bathroom and the kitchen. Our table was literally next to the kitchen door where we could hear plates crashing (obviously being put into dish washing bin) as well as the steady stream of traffic of servers. Not really private. The more frustrating part was that there were several other nicer tables available. Our server seemed to be exhausted and at the end of a long week or day-our dinner was at 6:30.
Food was Ok. Risotto was over salted. Over all I was disappointed and expect more from Lindey’s
We always love Lindey’s! First class all the way!
Excellent service by Dominic.. Greeted by hostess with Happy Birthday. Did not order appetizer e cause wanted a decadent birthday splurge dessert. Shrimp and lobster risotto served - plate was hot but food only lukewarm . Sent back and second time was the charm. Good but nothing special. Husband had the most popular steak frites - he said it was ok nothing special. I was looking forward to a yummy dessert but the dessert menu was pretty lackluster. I didn’t have my husband order a birthday cake for me since I figured I’d be having a delish treat here. I did order the post mortem - which was ok. ICe cream was tasteless. Brownie was ok. I will say that the khalua fudge sauce was pretty good. They could have at least served with a candle to make it special. Honestly for the nine dollars I spent on it I could have gotten a fabulous double scoop hfs at Johnson’s. Ice Cream. I will say that although not super I
Rested with food, the service was terrific.
We made a reservation for 7 people on a Sunday at 1pm for brunch. We were seated after a short wait. The service was outstanding for our larger party. The food and drink menus offered a wide variety of options. The specialty drinks were excellent and the food was delicious. Highly recommend Lindey's.
Had Sunday brunch here, always a pleasure to go to Lindey's. Decent Bloody Mary, really good Sauvignon Blanc from Chile recommended by our server. It was busy, we ordered the Burrata, which was very tasty with roasted butternut squash and pepitas. I had the Breakfast, and my adult son had the Cram and eggs--very generous with the blue crabmeat. Everything was great, we will be back. You won't go wrong here, Lindey's is a classic!
Amazing food, service and ambiance. Definitely recommend!
Our server, Chad, in the bar was awesome! The ambience and atmosphere was a lot of fun for a Friday happy hour with two of my girlfriends. The food… was… bad. We ordered the hummus and it was basically a big piece of toast smeared with a little bit of hummus and a salad on top? The calamari was good, when you actually got a piece of calamari. Watch out for the fried LEMON pieces that they sneak into this dish. No one actually eats lemons, right?? Well, I accidentally did… woof.
It was our first time dining at Lindey's and we plan to be back. The staff were great and very attentive making our birthday/anniversary celebration the best. Thank you!
I was there for a business lunch. Of course I had to have a bowl of Lindey’s amazing lobster bisque and also had a turkey, Gruyère and ham sandwich on a pretzel bun that was incredible. Service was great. Going back to celebrate a friend’s birthday tonight!
Always great food, service and atmosphere. A+++++
We were a party of 3 and chose Lindy’s to dine before we were going to a show. All 3 of us enjoyed our meals. Our server was Emily and she did a terrific job, very personal and made several recommendations. Our daughter was with us and not 21 yet but she brought over a nice menu of drink options for her. I really was impressed with the Covid precautions with the barriers between tables. Will be on our list to return next time in Columbus.
Dinning at Lindeys with my Sales team was a satisfying experience, they are a masked enforced facility which i enjoyed and they also provide you with secluded dinning areas for large parties for extra safety.
The service was splendid, everyone was very clean, pleasant, and enthusiastic.
Cecil was an amazing server, the food was exceptional, a wonderful night!
We love having Dinner at Lindey’s !
Good food and great vibes .
Lindy's was excellent, as always, even with short staffing.
Food was great. Seated quickly as we had reservations. Waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. Very good experience.
