Great time tonight. What a great waitress to put up with all of us. Love Lindey’s.
The food was great. Great selection of wines, drinks and cocktails. Service was wonderful from the front of house to the busboys to the wait staff. Really great experience.
Lindy’s is the best restaurant in Columbus! Great ambiance ( a tad noisy for us 70 yr olds) BUT worth it! Service and food are just fabulous!
It was so great to have “home cooked” food in a restaurant.
Awesome table outside in the sun.
Wonderful atmosphere and excellent food and service.
The partician fell on our table this evening. Overall great experience except for this.
We have lived in Columbus for nearly 36 years and never made it a point to have dinner here. Why did we wait!? We went here for Mother's Day dinner (on Saturday) and were very impressed. Everything from our drinks to the service to the food was wonderful! We discussed coming back while we ate since there were other items on the menu we want to try!
Hidden gem in German Village and one of our favorite spots. We hadn't been in years since we don't live in Columbus anymore; but food and service was just as good as we had remembered.
The food was delicious. Loved the seafood risotto. My husband and son had the steak special and loved it too. I was disappointed to find that the Bananas Foster is no longer on the menu. Really Hoping they bring it back.
One of my favorite places to eat when I’m in town! Always great food and good service!
Went for Mother’s Day brunch. Always a favorite as the food is well prepared, served professionally and of high quality. The atmosphere is very tasteful and conducive to an enjoyable conversation with friends. One of the few such restaurants left in the city.
It was for my
Husband’s birthday. I made the reservation and had intended to pay for everyone . Before the bill came I handed my cc to Chad our waiter and he went to settle up the bill . One of my friends jumped up and gave
Him their card and the bill was split. I was not happy about this at all . I wanted to pay for everyone and thought I made that clear by handing him my card . I am still ticked about this .
Our server was great.
Thank you so much
Love this special place
Patio was amazing
Truly one of the finest Restaurants in Columbus let alone the Midwest. Wonderful creative menu, great service, fair pricing in a wonderful environment. Thanks for a wonderful experience as I have always had.
Many open tables but the hostess placed the two of us at the table next to the kitchen 😞. Bartender was our server so you know how much attention we actually received. We had to ask for a bread basket from someone walking by on the way to the kitchen. Salad looked like the entire bottle of dressing was on it. Risotto was excellent.
I love Lindey's. It's always so delicious and the ambiance (especially the patio) is unmatched in Columbus. If you're looking for fine dining in a great environment, this is your place.
Love this place. Unfortunately my entree was a bit too salty this visit.
It was a very nice small place. Service was very good, and the food was outstanding.
Not our normal first class experience at Lindey's. House salads seemed smaller than usual. Entrees were cold when they arrived at our table. Plating of my entree (Rainbow Trout) was "sloppy". Server was not attentive to us, and he forgot my second drink. Seems like the "B Team" was on duty last Sunday evening.
Dinner was wonderful! We love Lindey’s and always know we will have a great experience when coming here. We are food and restaurant SNOBS and have only a few places in Columbus that meet our standards. Lindey’s is at the top of the list! Great food, great service, always consistent.
Our waiter was great!! Food was good and parking was great.
Always a great experience - food, service, decor.
The moment we drove down the beautiful cobblestone street to arrive at Lindey's, we knew we would be in for a treat. The menu has a varied array of apps, soup, salad and entrees. Food was beautifully presented and delicious. Varied wine selection to choose from. Wonderful dessert menu, save room!! Hostess and cute waiter were friendly and accomodating. Interior with artwork is stunning. Hope to make it back to Columbus soon for another visit. Thank you Lindeys!!!
Lindey’s is one our favorite places. We went for our anniversary and was not disappointed at all. Our server Chad was attentive but not overly so. The strip steak and the filet were wonderful. The wine list offered a lot of choices.
First time at Lindey’s with friends and we had a great time! Service and food impeccable! Sparkling champagne at perfect temperature! I’ll be back soon
Made reservations for lunch on a Friday. All times were available when reserving and although somewhat busy when we arrived there were tables and no wait. We had two issues that I never would expect from Lindseys. The first, I requested a table not in the high traffic area when I made the reservation. Although no guarantee, the hostess didn’t even try nor make mention of my request. The worst table directly behind the hostess stand was presented to us. We insisted on another open table. The second issue was our server was also manning the bar. He was doing his best but was overwhelmed doing both jobs. We enjoy dining at Lindseys and hope this was just a bad day.
Sat on the patio for lunch. Service, food the best!
Everything was great, but where we were sat. Our table was up against a wall where people were going up and down stairs for a private party. Every time that someone had to walk past, they were on top of us. Any other night it would’ve been fine, but it was my birthday and this was noted on our reservation.
Our server and the girl training with her were great & the food was fabulous! We will be back, just maybe not for special occasions.
The server was absolutely wonderful! First time at Lindy' and cannot say enough about the service, attention to detail. Wonderful food and atmosphere!
Excellent service. Cocktails were nice. Cocktails, salads, dinner were nicely timed. Food was mostly good. Salads had very little dressing with no flavor. Lobster bisque was great. Steak frites were great & cooked exactly how the diner wanted them. The risotto was just ok. Is was too salty and not quite cooked all the way. The grain was a bit crunchy.
Lindey's always nails it. From the first class service to the delicious food. A wonderful restaurant to celebrate with the ones you care about.
We hadn't been to Lindey's in quite some time and had forgotten how good it is!
Great food, great ambiance, great overall experience! Would highly recommends
We live 2+ hours from Lindey's, and try to dine there a few times each year. With Covid, we only dine outside, and Lindey's patio is always a wonderful escape... our server was very professional and personable. THANKS
Great experience from start to finish.
The service is the best in the city. The food looks and tastes amazing.
