Lincoln Tavern and Restaurant
Located in the heart of South Boston, Lincoln is a classic American tavern that offers guests a welcoming combination of home-spun, American fare alongside a wide variety of rustic, wood-fire-grilled specialties.
Built with the intention of being a comfortable meeting spot for locals looking to share stories at the end of their long day, Lincoln draws inspiration from it’s surrounding, hard-working, and uniquely American neighborhood.
Revitalizing a nearly forgotten West Broadway space that at one time housed the area’s only department store, Lincoln feels nostalgic. It’s open-air, tiled-floor cafe, grande bar, and soaring, original tin ceilings remind us of a time when dining halls and supper clubs were a way of life.

Always a great experience at Lincoln. Food and service at the top of their level, never been disappointed
Four of us Enjoyed every single menu item and service was terrific!
The server could not have been more rude to us and we spent the entire time trying to figure out what we could have possibly done for him to hate us so much. It made the whole experience uncomfortable we felt scared to ask for anything from him because we didn’t want to set him off anymore than he had already been set off.
Dinner at 8 on a Friday night - fortunately we were able to get a table outside as the inside was crazy loud and a bar scene. Line out the door and down the street of people waiting to get in. Our server was excellent and food and drinks were good.
One of the best brunches in Boston!
Great food and ambience!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a fabulous meal. The food was exceptional and the staff was ver knowledgeable. BTW… I went for Sunday brunch and we will be going again!
Alway delivers, great place with a menu that works for all.
Service was great and the burger was fantastic. Highly recommended!
A lot of fun for a young girls night!
Brussel sprout appetizer is a winner
While they were pleasant enough, I was Uncomfortable with maskless wait staff and others leaning over the table our dood and our drinks
Service was a little slow which is understandable due to current circumstances. Food was good but I feel like it’s been better on previous visits. I normally rate Lincoln a 5 and will definitely be back.
A beautiful lunch outside. Everyone’s’ salad were delicious.
Great experience, love the coffee cocktails and bagel sandwich! Have the get the donuts each time. Great spot for brunch!
Great menu, delicious food, spot on service. Highly recommend!
We had a reservation but they put my partner and I in the back corner. Our calamari was undercooked and flies were buzzing all around us getting in our drinks. Getting the attention of our server was very difficult. We canceled our entrees to find a different restaurant.
Had a delicious meal and our bartender Jake is another reason we are coming back soon🍀
This immediately became my favorite place to get brunch. Each dish was absolutely delicious and service was friendly and quick! I highly recommend it.
Terrible food and service deserves 0 stars
Busy, noisy location. Food quality decent, somehow limited options
Great atmosphere, great food. I will say the service is what really makes this place. I cane for a birthday brunch the day after my birthday and they gave me some donuts as a gift. I highly recommend the baked goat cheese, although it was just a tad heavy on the almonds. If I come back to Boston, I will go back.
Great brunch spot. They have oysters, french toast, pancakes. Good portion sizes. Staff is friendly!
It was our first stop from the airport, came in from Las Vegas. Great time. Food was excellent.
My friends and I were celebrating new jobs and the staff was amazing and efficient. Eddie was very on top of everything and so quick and nice. Would def go back again!!
Great service in a comfortable, easy, casual atmosphere. Located in a great spot and with some awesome outdoor seating. Food was great. So fun!
Chronic Bacon appetizer. Outstanding!
Great as always! My friends and I come every Tuesday for their oyster hour and we always have a fantastic experience. The food is amazing and the service is always wonderful!
This was our first time and we had a wonderful experience. The wait staff was great, food was delicious and the rib which bun was delectable as were the oysters!
We sat outside and it wasn’t too noisy.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
Fantastic food but VERY loud. Every single item which we ordered was great.
Great neighborhood place. Brunch was was excellent with both my wife’s California Omelet and my Everything Bagel Egg Sandwich extremely tasty.
We dined outside for a late lunch. Our waitress was so sweet! Really awesome. And the food here never disappoints.
Overall experience was great! We will be back for the weekend brunch.
It was great, the ambiance was great, I had the marinara( great cheese less pizza and my friend had the roasted chicken. The live band was fantastic!
Excellent food. Got an unexpected, free dessert for our anniversary. Noise level / music was pretty loud but expected for the environment. Sat by the window with a lovely breeze. Would go again multiple times!
Jess is an amazing waitress! The truffle fries were delicious, too.
Awesome food and will be back!!
Steak was well done and too tough to chew, waitress didn’t come by for 30 minutes, never filled my water so I had to get up and get water myself from the bar. Usually it’s great but this time is was a little unenjoyable.
Good food, great experience. Lincoln always crushes it
I've never had a meal at Lincoln that was less than excellent. It's generally pretty loud but as long as you're okay with that it's a fun spot. There are a few TVs to watch sports and the service is generally very good considering how busy they get. Highly recommend for American food.
