This was an unfortunate experience as we were the only diners throughout our meal - no doubt a pretty violent thunderstorm put others off! We had thought that a good range of cocktails was on offer: my wife asked for a mojito - no mojito. So how about a gin and tonic - 10 minutes later a tonic delivery arrived from a local supermarket! Food was ok but, given we were the only diners in the establishment, it was absolutely soul-less. Most possibly not their fault but we wouldn't rush back.

Great ceviche and drinks. Great service. If you’re looking for something different when in Cancún, give Lima a try. You won’t be disappointed.

La comida es buena a secas. Pocas opciones en el menú. El pisco no está a la temperatura adecuada y las bebidas en general muy caras. El refresco peruano inka cola carísimo. No hay refresco de dieta salvo cocacola. Algo tardado el servicio. El postre es lo mejor. El suspiro limeño delicioso

I really enjoyed Lima 1205! The taste is exquisit and I didn't feel full. We had the tuna tiradito and the quinoa salad as starters. Then we ordered beef which was of excellent quality, soft and tasty. Which means a lot since it is hard to find good steak in Playa del Carnen!

Comida Excelente, los meseros son muy gandallas. Trajeron la cuenta y automáticamente le cargan el 20% de propina, en Mexico no es por ley, y esto es opcional, se me hace totalmente inaceptable que hagan este tipo de cosas, mas cuando saben que es un lugar turístico, cuanta gente no ha sido engañada de esa manera.

Muy buen servicio, solo deberían tener más cuidado con la carne, no parecía lomo... los demas platillos excelentes, el restaurante y ambiente es excelente
