Lilies is always a wonderful experience- it was closed because of the virus lockdown
The service and food were both GREAT! I had the chicken pot pie (yum!) and my husband had the burger. Highly recommend.
Great spot in the theatre district. Beautiful, well stocked bar as well.
Awesome value and a very pleasant experience for brunch
Very pleasant and food very good. Staff very friendly
Wait staff very friendly, helpful, good service -- We spent quite awhile before ordering but they didn't mind as didn't get crowded till 4 p.m. on Sunday - we came after the brunch crowd - so had the place to ourselves. Shepherds Pie was excellent - chicken dish just OK and not very hot. We had a good time anyway.
Ambiance was great. Food was good but a limited menu. Average price for NYC. Music was loud and unusual for atmosphere.
We loved the atmosphere and ambiance. The only complaint was the background music was too loud and energetic for a brunch atmosphere. I think it would be better to have something more mellow and would fit the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Interesting place with great energy. Good pub food but limited menu. Great place to drink.
Cool vibe! Pub fare. Good prices for nyc. Great for pre or post broadway show. Very loud up front. Ask for a table in the back.
The restaurant is so beautiful and I really enjoy looking around! The service was great we had a wonderful waitress and great staff! The food was good and reasonably priced!
The best meal we had in New York! The decor is very impressive.
We showed up for our reservation, and we were told upon arrival that they weren’t open yet and were a couple of hours behind. Boxes were in the entrance. The whole experience was ridiculous. I was very disappointed.
I made reservations for today because I had two friends from out of town visiting. I got there and it was a mess and they said it was closed. They didn’t contact me in any way to tell me this. Extremely unprofessional!
The interior is so amazing. You can see and feel the history here, a very unique place. Only a place you can find in NYC and we will totally visit again!
No happy hour specials but drinks were amazing. Food was good, pricey for what it was but you have to consider the neighborhood. Beautiful decor and ambiance
Great service, very lively environment. We had our granddaughter with us and they had a children’s menu that was just what she wanted.
We discovered this little gem while searching on Open Table. We went for Sunday brunch before a Broadway matinee. The food was very good, our waitress very nice. The ambiance of the restaurant is amazing! So beautifully decorated; it was a very cozy feeling place to grab a bite. Would definitely return and recommend to friends!
Tightly packed small tables but fun energetic vibe. I love beet salads but this one has too many beers compared to the amount of greens and cheese. Tasty but many beets left on the plate. Fish and chips very good as were the pretzels. Great location across the street from Eugene O’Neill theater.
Great food, great service.
Enjoyed another meal at Lillie's. My daughter was a little upset that the tea was taken off the menu. Overall it was a great time.
Loved this place. Decor is beautiful. Food was great.
The first is Beautiful; an ok Lunch price fixe.
Bad = high tops large glasses for wine and ONLY 1/3 filled
Very pretty, good food, relatively inexpensive, service was a bit slow but they were very nice.
Great restaurant for the theater district. Yes, it's a little expensive, but the food was much better than most restaurants I have been to in the area for the same price. Plus, the ambiance is SO cool and our service was fantastic.
Beautiful place, great food, can't wait to go back!
I ADORED Lillie's! Our server was wonderful! I loved the vibe and ambiance. I did a lot of research and felt that I picked the exact right place for what I was looking for - close to the theatre, not too loud, a fun and energetic vibe, nice servers, great price! Thanks, Lillie's!
lunch with co workers. requested the lunch special for $16.00 which includes house wine, red or white.
there are 2 kinds of white, Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc. asked for the Sauvignon Blanc and when the bill arrived was charged extra for the Sauvignon Blanc. the server should have stated that this was not a house wine. My co workers and I have had lunch here many times and were not charged extra for requesting it.
Interesting venue. Friendly staff. Food was lacking.
Wait staff was cold bordering rude. Asked a waitress for a drink and she was upset about it as she was not our waitress. Even after apologizing she was rude.
Place was fine, drinks and food didn’t wow us though. Food was just ok nothing special! Went for my moms bday, the place itself is pretty dope and the decor and everything was just the era my mother loves. We’d go back if we are around the area!
Food portions have gotten smaller over the years and the $20 brunch deal is no more
Came to the city for my husband’s birthday. I wanted a reasonably priced dinner for our first night in town, but not just a little cafe. Lillie’s was great. My husband kept remarking about the decor, and the exposed brick that let you know this was an old building that was once something else. It gives it history and character. The waitress was very polite and attentive. I had the Pinot Grigio and found it RK be just what I like. We had the chicken pot pie and the chicken Marsala. Both were very good. It was busy and they also had music playing and hey we didn’t have to yell to have a conversation. Very pleased with our choice.
We arrived earlier than our reservation time and were graciously seated immediately. Wonderful selection of speciality trendy cocktails. The waitress was helpful and gave menu suggestions and explanations that assisted us all in ordering and the food was just delicious. Better than we expected for pub type dining. The only critique I have is that the tables are awkwardly set up so that one of us was eating at a corner and crowded but that’s an element of charm and character of Lillie’s.
We were looking for a post matinee dinner for my daughter and four year old granddaughter. The atmosphere was perfect - lots of wall hangings, high ceilings, velvet covered high top couches and full of character. The menu is limited but the food was tasty. We would definitely return.
I would recommend Lillie’s for the atmosphere and surroundings, drinks were good and value for money but I had the fish & chips and the batter on the fish was very overpowering and there was a strong taste of garlic which was off putting. My wife had the shepherds pie which she enjoyed but again was very oily and rich. Other than that Lillie’s was a nice place with great vibe.
Lovely in the bar area. Good location for theaters. Very reasonable NYC prices for mediocre food.
We were promptly seated and given menus. We chose to lunch specials which included a choice of House wine or beer for $16. The portions were generous and quite a value. The extra for Lillie's is the Victorian décor of the restaurant. The new diners with us were impressed and indicated they will return.
Had a great time :)
