Food and service never fail! "Igloos" are safe and warm.

Went for brunch and it was great. The dome became a bit hot. Food was great and service was amazing. Definitely recommend.

I been here a number of times but this night the food was not good. Very very salty. The waiter actually took a meal off my check. We were a party of 6 and everyone complained about the food and the salt.

Our table started with the fried calamari - light and perfectly cooked. We had to order two! Then a skirt steak - cooked to perfection! The pork chops - fantastic. Our littlest lady had buttered pasta - even that wasn’t perfectly prepared. I had the cod special that had a light flavor and the sauce was so good I could have taken a bath in it! Our server was busy but always available. Over all a wonderful night out.

I am new to JC, so this was only my second visit to White Horse Tavern. Both visits were awesome...beautiful ambiance, exceptional service and great food. It’s so great to have this gem of a restaurant in the neighborhood!

Love the Light Horse Tavern! Recommend it highly but be patient with the service. Sometimes it is slow.

My husband and I just enjoyed a very relaxing Sunday brunch here. We sat inside and felt very safe. I’ve been here many times and have always enjoyed it. This was my first time for brunch and it did not disappoint I loved my fried oysters and avocado toast. As always, the service and food was excellent. We look forward to returning.

Overall everything was just fine. I was seated near a door which was a little chilly. The waiter was friendly and helpful. The food was decent. It was a fine experience.

Food was great...I’ve loved the restaurant since I moved here 18 years ago. Only negative is the waiter had his mask below his nose. The mask is useless when worn that way and it made us uncomfortable.

We came on a Saturday night with a group of 6 for a birthday dinner. We were given a great table in a secluded area of the restaurant that was almost like being in a private dining room. The food and service were both exceptional!

My husband and I love dining at the light horse tavern. We love the ribs on the bar menu and the bacon wrapped meatloaf. Delicious!

Well now...great food and super great atmosphere in a Historical building from 1875 in a older area of town...love it!

Food was delicious as always including the specials. Service was attentive despite less staff. It was cooler outdoors but the heaters did a reasonable job. Perhaps could use a touch more lighting, otherwise, overall a great experience.

My husband Dennis and I have been eating outside at LHT almost every Friday since they reopened. Every meal has been truly great. This Friday Dennis had a wedge salad which he said was the best he ever had. I do not eat meat and did not try it as it had bacon, but it looked like the perfect amount of dressing, blue cheese and bacon bits. I love the fried oysters and had them yet again - three to an order and simply yummy. We always share.... we get the fish fry every week as they change the fish weekly. The fish is always perfectly crunchy and delicious - this week was shrimp, cod and another delicious fish. I had the Chilean sea bass which was made with a mustard seed sauce. Perfectly browned on top and also delicious. Got my winter coat ready to keep up this Friday night tradition!
