Lido’s menu is Northern Italian. The menu can be described as fresh, simple, and delicious. Flavors are layered so that each one stands out but does not compete with others in the dish.
The food is organic and local whenever possible and all poultry and meats are from farms that treat animals humanely.
The ambiance is modish but relaxed. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Lido Ratings and Reviews
We love Lido! We love their seasonal menu and great wait staff! The chef occasionally comes around and visits the tables and it’s all so “grown up”! Rarely are there loud or raucous groups like other neighborhood restaurants........., not that I have a problem with a fun crown, I just prefer a quieter setting for lunch or dinner! Lido is always a win/win for me, always a hit, never a miss!
I like the restaurant and have been here before. However, the noise level is such that yelling is the only option. This time I sat in the corner at the bar, and that worked out because I was with someone who also likes sitting at the bar. If we had had to sit at a table, we would have left.
Had brunch for the first time there today. Creamy garlic parmesan bread was the absolute best.
Braised short rib hash and spicy sausage omlette. Both were very good but my food was cold. My bf had bottomless mimosas and i had their bellini. Very tasty.
They have an open kitchen in the back, they should really serve all their dishes on warmed plates. Note to chef: warm those plates up its cold out now. Noticed many reviews on yelp about food being cold. They should take heed of other reviews and get that taken care of. No one likes cold food.
Will be back and try something else but def ordering the bread.
I would suggest making reservations. We walked right in. It was super busy.
I love Lido. Our server was phenomenal, the food (as always) was delicious. My only frustration from our most recent visit was the fact the hostess came to our table and basically told us to leave, that there was another reservation coming in and they needed us to go. This is not the first time this has happened to us at Lido either.
Here's my gripe: I had ordered the bottomless mimosa (two hour limit). In this instance she came to our table and told us to leave after we had been there an hour and a half. Okay... yes, we were having a long friend catch up but ordered a lot and weren't done with OUR reservation.
So... I would recommend the restaurant put a 90 minute limit on brunch reservations if they need to resort to kicking customers out so the expectation is set. I would also recommend a host/hostess approach a situation like this with a better solution such as "Ladies, could we potentially find you spots at the bar?" rather than just telling customers to leave. Love this place, love the chef, I generally have great experiences there, but whoa... Sunday Brunch diplomacy may need some tweaking.
It was a brunch for my 60th Bday. My son & I stopped by the restaurant days before to see how seating was because restaurant was referred to us and we had not yet been. Spoke to manager on duty and we understood the policy for brunch because they get very crowded. We requested if possible to be seated close because we had two parties of 8. Not only did they have one table at the back in the restaurant. There were high chairs stacked up next to the table and we could barely get into the booth to be seated. I asked if they could be moved so we could easily get in and out but that did no happen until later when they needed room for additional seating for another party. In addition they did not have the correct amount of seating for the other table. Reservation was for 1:30 and they had already ran out of one of the choices for brunch and before 2:30 2 other choices not available. While the food is really good from what my guest expressed my nephew had a bad experience. He ordered a meatball dish and told me he chewed on something hard in the meat. He lost appetite after that and did not want anything else off what was left on menu. The manager on duty and wait server continue to say they get very full so how do you run out of dishes before brunch is close to being over. Clearly you are not taking the time to stock kitchen properly. It appears that it is more about getting as many people in restaurant than making sure patrons are comfortable. I n my honest opinion I believe if they were further downtown than in Harlem they would have been more accommodating and not so much about getting folks in like cattle. As a marketing exec and event person ... I can tell you some simple changes can go a long way.
Met for brunch on Saturday at a friends request. I enjoyed the vibe, the food and the experience. Prices seemed a little high for the neighborhood, but the food was good quality, and overall, despite the crazy busy hour (noon on Saturday), Service was attentive, food came out promptly and it at the temperature, water and cocktail were refilled without any effort on our part and nobody restless to close out our check even though it was busy. It's a large enough place where you can linger over coffee at lunchtime and you don't feel pressured to leave. I was only there once, so I'm elected to give the food too much praise or too little. My companion had French toast and I had short rib hash and poached eggs. Each was very good. I would definitely return.
The bottomless Mimosas for $16 were a good deal. Prosecco used was decent and the orange juice was high-quality. I didn't feel like I was drinking poisonous swill as you do at so many bottomless branches. Note: this isnt a bottomless brunch. They offer unlimited mimosas for $16 with a two hour window, but that's all on offer.
Super disappointed!! This was our 4th time dining at the Lido, but everything has changed: food, service and ambience. The Fried Calamari were made of a thick, greasy, chunky dough–impossible to taste, or to find the so-called calamari. My wife had the Chicken Piccata, which consisted of two small slices of dry, chewy chicken served with two tiny pieces of artichoke swimming in a gooey fake lemon sauce. The chicken could have come from the frozen poultry rack of the supermarket across the street. I had the Wild Mushroom Lasagna, possibly the worst lasagna I ever tasted! A strange dark, brick-shaped blend, spongy and totally tasteless concoction. The bread was also old and very dry. The waiters were more interested in watching the game on the large screen, and the whole place was super noisy...it felt more like a burger-bar than the pleasant restaurant that we remembered! Twice we gave Lido a good review in the past, therefore, the owner or the cook must have changed or they don't care? Too bad, we will never return!!!!!
Very surprised with this place. Went there for brunch and it hot all the right notes. From the host, to the bartender, to the server , all very efficient and not overly friendly, which i hate, but very pleasant. Food was amazing. I had a short run hash, which was out of this world, my date had the mussels, which were amazing, very unique red sauce and beans. Ambiance was eclectic and fun. U got there early, sat and sat at the bar, had a drink, bartender was on point. I'm Harlem getting a drink usually takes time, not at Lido
Unfortunately my experienced was ruined by poor service by the waiter. He was obnoxious & condescending right off the bat, so that set the tone for my time there. I was able to get a new waiter, but all they offered was an apology. I will say the food was good, I just wish I didn't have to experience that NASTY waiter.
