The location and ambiance are fantastic with beautiful view!! Unfortunately can't say the same about the food....

The Buddha salad is a great concept. But poorly executed. I would not order again because the wooden bowl they serve it in is too small and wobbly to enjoy the ingredients. The wooden bowl is really cute. But it needs to be much bigger so it's possible to use a knife to cut up the big chunks of cauliflower and broccoli.

Food was mediocre at best. Service was completely oblivious to completing things on a timely manner. Had much higher expectations for this place... truly a disappointing experience

Hostesses were not so nice and not helping at all. They did not want to give us any table requested even if we had the reservation. Very rude!!!

We were there for a spa service and decided to have lunch at The Lido. The food was very good, it took a while to get it, but we weren't in a hurry. View is great!

My husband and I went for a date night while staying at the hotel, as always the atmosphere was perfect, very relaxing and romantic. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and we were greeted and seated within moments of checking in. We love the Lido deck.

The place is outstanding! We loved the view. The attendance wasn´t the best, but the food was very good.

Beautiful setting but very average food at steep prices given the small portions. The biggest annoyance was being ripped off for a $20 parking charge at lunch with no viable options. What local would go back? Certainly not this one.

Lido is a hidden gem in South Beach. Beautiful view and great service.

The food here is just barely cutting it. They can’t get a steak temp right so don’t order that item. The fish tastes frozen and it’s minimum effort on the dishes. They are known for health and wellness but the restaurant concept and menu are just boring.

My Open Table was not recognized - they said they they did not receive it... I had the confirmation.

I ordered 3 different dishes (no branzino, no grouper, no ceviche) that they said they were out of - so I ended up eating something I didn’t really want - chicken.

Besides that, the ambiance was perfect, the service excellent, and we love the Lido!

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been there twice, once for business and once for a brunch date. What can I say, everyone about it is great..... food, service, view, activities!!!!

Marvelous! We both tried dishes we had never tried before, and they were outstanding. The atmosphere was fun and cozy at the same time. I felt relaxed but never bored. The sunset was beautiful, and everyone was having a great time. Lovely evening all around!

Artichokes appetizers pretty good and sliders reportedly great.
Fish tacos tasteless and boring with about 3 teaspoons of fish. Blah slaw/salad.
Salad Niciose stunningly dry and odd canned tuna. Quite weirdly seasoned.
Mixed drinks with little alcohol.
Left after a $250 lunch hungry and sober.
Waitress downgraded for dividing bill in 2 but then suggesting a tip of 20 to 25% of the whole bill on each of the divided slips....in essence suggesting a tip of 40 to 50%.
Would not return nor suggest to others.
Even the valet parking was pricy for where it was located.

Fantastic. Loved the ambience, view, food and the hostess staff was fabulous for accommodating our group that changed to 5 people. Brought friends in from Chicago for lunch and they could have stayed all
day.

After spending the day by the pool and spa we decided to fine at Lido Bayside Grill. We had a waterside table with amazing views across the water to see the sun set. The atmosphere is stunning along with the sumptuous food options. Service was attentive. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

The first thing that I was drawn to was the location and seclusion of the restaurant. Everything is out doors and by the crystal blue waters. It was stunning. The staff were kind and responsive, and the food - although limited selection - was delicious. I had fish tacos and the avocado toast with smoke salmon. During my lunch I even spotted dolphins, making the experience that much more enjoyable!

We were sat 30 minutes later than our reservation time. One of the hosts had an attitude problem as well - when I checked back in around the timing of our table, I was told in a nasty tone "I don't have a timer so I can't tell you" - kind of off-putting when you have a reservation.

Food was pretty bad too - I ordered the Branzino and it came out lukewarm at best, and was dry. Nothing worse than a piece of cold grilled fish! They seemed to have changed their menu lately, and there aren't as many choices. The ambiance is great but it's unfortunate that the food and service aren't as great.

The restaurant was fine; getting a car from the valet on a busy Sunday evening was a nightmare.
