DON'T GET FOOLED! I keep trying this place. Mainly because the setting is great and the vibe is casual chic....so I keep thinking it will improve. It can't be as bad as I remembered from last time. Not the case. Service was dreadful, one of the guests has an allergy and we were told they couldn't make most of the dishes to accommodate, the food we finally got served in a sporadic manner was either inedible or mediocre. They would bring one person's food and then we waited ten minutes for the next person to get food, We got two cocktails that were rancid. So that's it, NEVER AGAIN. It is really a shame because the place could and should be one of my weekly go to's. Yesterday was truly one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had.

I brought out of town guests for lunch yesterday with great expectations and unfortunately the experience fell short. The ambience at Lido Bayside Grill is always exceptional. Chanell, the food and beverage manager, was charming and accommodating. The food sadly was a mixed experience. The whipped feta and Brussels sprouts were our standout items. I have had the blackened mahi sandwich in the past with fond memories. The mahi yesterday was tough, dry and flavorless. Wines at lunch priced at $24 and $19 a glass seems unreasonable and gouging! A $300 lunch for four people needs no further comment.

Love this place and the unique setting. But as always the food is not good. This time they surpassed themselves: there was a little shower and we had to move in. Our waiter assigned us a new table and a manager abruptly gave us 7 minutes to pay and leave. How rude! Unacceptable behavior by the standards team. Please let management know. They deserve better.

Honestly, just cone here for the views and the property. It’s beautiful from the moment you walk in and the ambience is excellent with the beautiful water views and also the drinks very nice. But don’t expect anything beyond that, the food is mediocre at best, very overpriced with a very limited menu and laughable portions. We ordered the hunger steak that is almost 50 dollars and it’s more potatoes than anything else. Also, the service is very slow and it was not even busy. Their is a 20 % tip included in your check so their is no incentive for the server to go the extra mile so don’t expect excellent hospitality. Definitely will be back but only for drinks.

El brunch más horrible que me he podido comer en mi vida. Poco variado. Malo malo. Para lo que cuesta. Porque uno paga. Pero para almorzar bien. No se puede ni quitar por ejemplo el melón de una ensalada porque ya está todo cortado y hecho. Terrible

Beautiful, tropical, waterfront set-up. The service wasn’t great; an unhelpful and unfriendly waiter and we waited about an hour for the food to come out, which was then cold. Tasty but cold.

The view/ seating area is beautiful. The actual meal was fantastic - the snapper and ribeye were delicious. We ordered the guava key lime dessert which was underwhelming and we left most of it - they definitely need a pastry chef so the desserts are on the same level as the apps and meals. The service sucks, probably because they automatically add 20% gratuity so the server had no incentive to provide good service. The drinks are small and marked up more than necessary.

On a beautiful day with good weather, this spot is perfect. The ambiance and decor are welcoming. The service is attentative and the food is really good with a wide selection. The prices are a little on the high end, but so is the place, so it is understandable.

Para empezar , solicite cuando realice la reserva, algo especial para celebrar aniversario y nunca hubo algo alusivo. La comida otras veces ha sido mejor y por eso siempre vamos allí , pero lo único bueno por rescatar fue el lump crab ( muy rico ). La ensalada de vegetales verdes que se pidió tenía por lo menos 12 hojas amarillas con hongos. No se percataron de revisar y seleccionar las hojas.

Based on all our past fantastic experiences at the Lido we decided to take our kids and grandson when they were in MB on holiday. This visit was unlike our many other visits. While the service was still stellar what came out of the kitchen was barely acceptable. My wife had a caesar salad with soggy croutons, our daughters "under the sea" burger definitely under the sea as it was a soggy mess, the parmesan in the parmesan fries was almost totally missing and the salmon on my Niçoise salad was over cooked and dry. The atmosphere is fantastic as is the view but something has taken a turn on the quality of the food. We'll probably wait a while until returning.

Really slow service! Food is not good.. we literally couldn’t eat.. our server was so slow and took 5-10 mins to bring a simple hot sauce and then change of drink. They charge 20% service charge automatically so that make sense why they don’t care on service you see! Prices are $$$$ so.. I’d say just go for drink and dessert (they were fine).

The atmosphere and drinks at Lido were great. The paella was pretty good, and unfortunately I didn’t enjoy my mussels. It may have just been a poor menu choice on my part. The service was very disappointing though. It took a while for our order to be taken by a less-than-friendly server, and after we received our food, he never came back to check on us or ask if we wanted more drinks.
