We enjoyed our meal. Food was tasty and the atmosphere fun, lively and great music playing in the background. Love, love, love Tiffany who worked Saturday night (3/17) who was sweet, attentive and split the checks for us. Tiffany deserves some kudos for making out visit extra awesome.
Great food. Love this place.
Our server was the best part of this dinner. He was excellent The food was okay. My dinner was a little burnt. Ambience is nice. A little too expensive for the food quality.
Libre is a good, but not great, Mexican-ish restaurant whose food is better than the service and environment it's served in. If you don't mind loud, it offers better value during happy hour.
We just moved to Summerlin and were grateful to snag a last-minute table at Libre on a busy Saturday night. The service was friendly and the food outstanding! It was nosier than I prefer, but given the right occasion, I would return. I eat everything, but I appreciated all the vegetarian and gluten-free options for my fellow diners. The cocktails were especially good!
Enjoyed the pork shoulder wrapped in banana leaves and guacamole side. Happy hour margaritas were good and excellent priced.
The service was amazing. The manager catered to our every need, and even let us sample a taste of the lamb entree to decide if it was what we wanted. It was!. The shrimp taco appetizer on shells made from jicama was mind blowing and worth every penny. We had never been before, and now you won’t be able to keep us away.
Absolutely love Libre. Food is always good and service is outstanding
The food is always good. The service is consistently EXCELLENT! All the servers are very professional. Try All You Can Eat Tacos & Margaritas on Tuesdays. You will love it!
Service beginning with the hostess, to the bus boy, and waiter was outstanding!! The cadillac margueritas were top notch. Guacamole, salsa and chips were delicious and in abundance. I had the Mahi-Mahi fish tacos and the best ever! The others at the table agreed their dinners were equally as good. We will definitely be dining at Libre many times in the future.
The food was so disappointing. While the portions were generous the food was mediocre at best. For example the shrimp were barely cooked in the shrimp fajita dish I ordered. A friend ordered a dish with Mahi Mahi and she described it as beyond tasteless.
First time this fall and the service dropped dramatically as did the prepared food, unfortunately for the worse. Our waiter’s though was not on his work. We had to ask him 3x for a lemon wedge! He completely ignored my wife and never came around after the meal was served other than presenting the check.
As for the food, it lacked the main ingredients which made Libre authentic and wanting
The best Mexican food I've ever had!
Good foods, good service.
The food was average at best. The beef was tough, dry and not flavorful. The Margarita was okay.
Decided to try Libre out for my anniversary. The food was pretty decent, but the service sucks. My waiter was friendly, but the whole staff is extremely slow. The night started off wrong because my reservation was at 7:00 and I arrived a little after 6:30 and was told my table was not ready so I had to wait until 7:00 (which is totally fine). However, I stood at the front of the restaurant staring at an empty booth for 30 minutes, only to be seated at that booth at 7:00. Very poor service in my eyes on behalf of the hostess. It was National Taco Day, so they had $1 street tacos which were amazing. The guacamole was pretty good as well. I have had better salsa though. Got an extra drink that I didn't order and was subsequently charged for. I also ordered 5 tacos and received 4. The busser made up for it by bringing me an additional 3 at no extra charge. Worth a try, but don't think I'll be heading back.
A very nice Mexican Restaurant. They have your typical tacos, burritos, fajitas, etc. But they also have Chef recommended dishes. I had the Lamb Shank Barbacoa. This dish had a lot of flavor with the sauce just spicy enough to know you were eating something special. The lamb was very tender and the meat fell off the bone. My wife had the Taco special ($1.00 per taco on Wednesdays in October?) and got 2 each of the 3 different types of Street Tacos. Very good and enough food to fill her up. Our friend had the Banana Leaf wrapped Pork Shoulder. Again, the meat was very, very tender. It was a delicious dish.
this was our first time here at Libre. Everything was very good. We both had Carne asada tacos. They provide 3 good size tacos with rice and beans, the steak was in a delicious sauce. Good salsa, good beer, good food. We will be back soon.
Waitied 15 minutes and the only person that came to the table was someone to give us water. After looming around at the half empty restaurant, not one of the 4 servers stopped at our table. When we went to go ask the hostess who the server was, she wasn't able to be found either. We ended up leaving because the service was horrible.
Excellent Manager, employees! Authentic Mexican Restaurant in Vegas! Worth to drive! 🙏😍🍷🍾️🍺🍸
Bustling and busy. Our server was great. Wish I could remember her name. It was Taco Tuesday. $24 all you can drink, Margaritas and tequila shots and all you can eat steak or chicken tacos. Good deal. Call Uber or stay at RedRock
Good Mexican food and drinks. Nothing extremely special.... just good.
The food is always good, same as the service, top of the TOP!! We just love this restaurant. The severs are top quality. The Manager Kay is just BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT & PROFESSIONAL. We luckily met the new G.M. It's a big additional for the restaurant and business. We will come back more often. Love Tuesdays Tacos All You Can Eat & All You Can Drink. Try the Specials the Server recommended. You won't be disappointed. Worth the value! 🙏👍
Gerson our Server who is one of the best in this restaurant. He recommend Lettuce Cups, which goes with the Steak Fajitas, make the meals are so delicious. He is awesome! We love it! Actually overall all the servers are excellent. We will come back for sure. 👍❤️🙏
Not a big fan of cilantro and it's heavily used on the menu so keep that in mind if you don't like it. I know it's a love-hate spice! Food was okay--but I would choose Pancho's at Downtown Summerlin instead. It I s a very loud atmosphere, but in a festive way. Not a place for a romantic dinner, but it could be a fun date night or friends' night out. We made a reservation and we were understandably seated about 10 minutes afterward on a very busy July 4 holiday. Without a reservation people had a 30+ min wait at a minimum. Friendly servers & hosts. Good selection of tequila.
What a disappointment. The food was overpriced and underwhelming. The waiter barely paid attention to us. They brought a complimentary dessert for a birthday when we were still eating our entrees. They removed our entrees and our utensils so there was nothing left to eat the dessert. We asked 2 different people for forks. Our water was never filled. We will not go back.
Fun place to have dinner and drinks with friends
Good food. Good servers, good manager! Love the restaurant! ❤️🍸
Outstanding margaritas. Taco Tuesday was extremely affordable and sure to keep us coming back regularly. Very impressed with this place!
Food was decent...average.. Guacamole was fresh and tasty! Small portions which is nice is you aren't starving or if you want to try a few things but kinda pricey.
Overall great svc and food
Techno music is awful
Took 45 minutes to get drinks. Service slow.
The place could be a GREAT dinner option. Unfortunately with the suits and ties that work there setting up a table for "VIP'S" was absolutely ridiculous. ANNOYING as can be. Actually watched them rush a table of patrons out so they could get people in. More than I have ever experienced at any restaurant in my travels across the US and I travel weekly for business as a National Sales Manager. They set up ONE table for 8 people about 5 times before they got it the way they "liked" it and set them up with glassware, of course the low lifes all got to drink out of plastic cups!!! I Might go back but if I see the chickens with their heads cut off running around I'm out!!! All my ratings would be 5 STAR if it weren't for this disaster.
Tables are very close together. You are basically sitting with other people. Margarita was syrupy. Ordered a flight of tequila and it was just put down. We asked which shot was what and the server had no clue. Each food item was served to the table next to us by mistake (probably because we were so close). Food was ok, fresh salsa was very good.
The food was very good, we started with the street fried corn fritters (excellent), then we had steak fajitas and pork carnitas( both were very good)! The only reason that I gave this three stars was because we had three different kinds of margaritas and it absolutely made me angry to get my $15 mango margarita in a plastic cup!!!!! Are you kidding me, I could have got a margarita in the casino in a plastic cup for $1 tip!!!! A real rip off and for that reason, I will not go again!
Wonderful!! Kept the drinks going!
We love this restaurant. We know everyone in this restaurant. We feel so thankful to have a Manager like Kay. She is always there to monitor everything and manage the team. The team is fantastic! Very professional. We love our new server Ezekiel. He is fun!! Shane is great! We don't always have him, but they all like our family member. We had a good time and good food! 👍❤️
First time here, service, food and Sri is were good. We had a rowdy party there so it didn't make the meal as enjoyable. Would go back to try it again.
We like this SPECIAL restaurant. We know almost everyone in the restaurant. And everyone's nice, professional and well trained. The Manager Kay is awesome, always there to monitor everything and has her hands on. The G.M. Chad is leaving in another week. That will be the lost. But we are sure it's all for the good reason. Best luck!
The food was average and I was disappointed, good ambiance w/tv's to watch games and great service.
