Great ambiance, exceptional customer service and delectable food. I would definitely recommend to friends!
The staff, food, and cocktails were exquistite!! Cannot wait to visit again!
Can't find a nicer establishment with friendlier people.
The food was okay. Our waitress was fabulous. The hostess had the personality of a wall and really has not been trained on how to do her job correctly. The hostess had us wait for a window table, and then gave it away and never apologized or acknowledged she messed up. She still tried to sit us elsewhere like no big deal. The bartender was so slow on getting us our bill due to his wanting to just converse with other customers he had already served. Not the dining experience we thought we were going to have. Will not return.
Great view and meal
The service was exquisite, starting with the hostess, continuing onto the manager, and culminating with our server, who gave us some great tips on the menu and the specials. With a stellar view of the NYC skyline and great Christmas decor inside, the energy was perfect for a great date night meal. To top it all off, the food was filling without leaving us overstuffed, with each portion being well worth the price! You come here for a three course meal; not to gorge yourself on an outsized entree. Definitely not cheap, so we'll probably only go as a rare indulgence, but absolutely worth every penny!
The food was delicious and the specials were great.
Wait staff were all wonderful
Outdoor was nice and inviting as well!
The menu has been reduced. No brunch menu. The service was very slow. The view is spectacular.
I when with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and we have an wonderful experience. We highly recommend this restaurant. The food was amazing, the venue is beautiful and the service is incredible.
The staff are very friendly, checking on us from time to time, love the ambience. I think it would be great at summertime where you are outdoors and enjoying the fire pit while eating....
We were seating a bit late despite reservations and it was very loud but over all had a great experience. The food is perhaps not worth the price but you are also paying for the view which is outstanding. The service was very good.
Very noisy from birthday party in adjacent room. Food portions very tiny and expensive. Salmon was too dry. Chairs uncomfortable.
Good environment however.
Always a pleasure to visit this wonderful establishment. Very friendly greetings and always perfect pleasant service. A++++++
The view!!! The ambiance was also great along with the service. It was a great experience overall.
Arrive promptly at 4:15 to chaos, and checked in. We were the ONLY masked people. Place was unpleasantly loud, crowded bar, small (likely unvaccinated) hildren running around. Covid 19 Pandemic had never arrived here. It was frightening and horrifying. We had been told if the weather were nice there would be outdoor seating, but they said it was too cold today, Thanksgiving, 56 F. We waited and waited, a good half hour, becoming increasingly concerned by the lack of respect for a global pandemic, and refused to be seated when called by reception. We forfeited a $50 non refundable deposit ( if you have covid or die, too bad), to maintain health and peace of mind. This is our LAST time with OPEN TABLE or Liberty House. People are INDEED allowed to change their minds, and it is outrageous we received a dunning notice, a no-show from OPEN TABLE. Shame, Shame, Shame.
Really enjoy, beautiful views, would definitely go back!
We went for brunch, only to find out they only serve brunch on Sunday and not Saturdays. The regular menu for lunch on Saturday is it really extensive or versatile. A little on the specific side. They weren’t very clear on a lot of their ingredients, and they seem to use nuts in a lot of their food, which I can’t have. Cocktails are good. The view is always wonderful. Waitstaff is always a tentative and intelligent. There’s always an event going on, there’s always a lot of people around.Always consistent. Never a bad meal. Just overpriced. Not really a date place. Too pricey.
We had reservations but still had to wait an hour. The place was filled with drunk, rowdy 20-somethings. The place seemed shabby and has gone way downhill since my visit a few years ago. Maybe they were just having a bad night--who knows?
Great food with great friends
service and food was top notch the view is spectacular highly recommend it .
Food was delicious, they didn’t bring out the right sauce we ordered with our steak but it was still tasty. Would definitely recommend the pork belly. No one told us that we had to bring our parking ticket to the front to get it validated before we left but luckily the man at the gate was kind enough to let us through without going back.
Unfortunately the main dish took to long to be served, and we were only a party of 2 people ordering the dish of the day!
It was also a little bit too salty and overcooked.
Still tasted nice, but could have been better.
The desert was called “Chocolate Tahini”, but was mainly Vanila/white chocolate with a tiny bit for Regular chocolate.
It tasted good, but needs to have the correct expectation, so either change it’s name or it’s recipe.
Nice place, nice view. I think the food is ok but too expensive for small portions. They even charge you for the sauce 😂
The wait staff was excellent and the food delicious. The view as usual was excellent.
Excellent ambiance and food. Our waiter was a bit irritating, but otherwise we absolutely love eating here and will celebrate future special Occasions here
Service was poor food was ok. View was spectacular
The food was excellent! We couldn’t have been happier! Definitely try the duck breast and the pork belly!
The server was amazing and very attentive. Every time we ran out of water they would fill out glasses.
The prices were decent for what we received. The drinks were a little bit expensive.
The only reason I rated the ambiance lower was because I reached out to the restaurant 2 weeks in advance and informed them that this was a special occasion and I wanted a view of the NYC skyline. When we got there we were placed in front of a column and barely saw the city. Not a bad location for the view or outside decor but inside the restaurant you can barely see anything.
Terrible experience there was an awful smell in dining room area service was awful and food horrible left ended up going to another restaurant
Service has been deteriorating. We usually got o eat there. In the last 2 occasions service has been rushed and not with the same standard they had before. Recently they changed the menu with no many options as before
Excellent food& service. Portions were small but very delicious.
Our server this evening was wonderful, the food was great and it came with views of the city!
Always great with excellent food
The service was great , my waitress was such a nice girl and I will definitely go back and recommend it. Food is delicious!
Very nice setting, small menu and tasty dishes. Beautiful place for a wedding or special events.
Beautiful place, plenty of free parking with validation. Bar had excellent drink, but slow service..... Dinner,; limited menu, small but tasty portions. Table of six, and they forgot my entree. Not a great idea, when i'm paying the bill. Great view, and overall we completely enjoyed, and yet I DIDN'T feel I got value for my dollars.
Had an amazing time celebrating my best friend’s birthday dinner. The wait staff was on point from the moment we arrived. Stellar service (thanks again Ava)& the food was excellent! The pork belly is a must!
Had the New York strip was the best steak I had thus far sides was amazing and the sangria was excellent, the view this place offers is outstanding, staff and everyone was great, would definitely visit again
The food was amazing. Even when it was outside we had exceptional views
