You may remember us as Liberty House, and rest assured, we are still the same mouthwatering food and cocktails, unmatched level of hospitality, and unbeatable skyline waterfront views, we just decided to rename the restaurant after our daughter, Maddy Rose.

Located on the Jersey City waterfront, Maddy Rose Restaurant offers a dining experience like no other.       Aaron was an amazing server! Great service. Outside area is beautiful with a view of nyc. Food was great especially the calamari and tres leches really stood out for me.

      The brunch menu was excellent. If you want to celebrate an occasion or just have a lovely Sunday brunch, Maddy Rose would be an excellent choice.

      The apps were tiny, stale, and not tasty at all (tuna tacos, beef tartare, lobster roll). Food service very slow. Took 10+ just to get water and have orders taken. Waited over 30 min for desert. The ambience is lovely.

      My wife & I chose Maddy Rose to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed. We went to Maddy Rose on June 14,2025 - 50 years to the day of our wedding. The ambiance was fantastic. Kattie was our server & she was great. Sher went out of her way to make it a special night. "Happy 50th Anniversary" was printed on our menu! When we asked Katie to take our photo by the window, she told us to go outside where she took the photo with the NY skyline in the background. I highly recommend Maddy Rose but caution anyone considering going there to make a reservation. As you would suspect, the place is filled so the reservation is a must.
