Need to do something about the ambient noise. Food was wonderful but sound interfered with wait service communication and conversing with guests.

Changes to the pulpa dish left us a little disappointed. Chorizo looked and tasted reheated. Pulpa was more slices than tentacles. Peppers and onions were strangely cut. Potatoes and sauce were terrific.

I'm not a reviewer but had to in this case. I rated the ambience as outstanding because it's just my style. Kind of rustic. I can't say enough about the food. I went for dinner on Tuesday and back for brunch on Saturday. Both meals were amazing. Tapas for dinner and every bite was uniquely flavorful. Avocado toast for brunch with perfect seasoning, sauce, and bread. Coffee was delicious. All that said, I was shocked it wasn't packed. Hoping this review brings them business! They deserve it! Did I mention free street parking and prices significantly lower than comparable restaurants in the city?

We had a wonderful experience. Even though we made a mistake with our reservation, Maria the beautiful Maitre D was phenomenal and so helpful and secured us a table after we enjoyed cocktails at the bar. Our party ordered the flautas, shishito peppers, hummus and burrata to start. All were meticulously prepared and delicious. Our long time fave is the hummus which comes with a delicious paratha. The flautas were excellent as well. Entrees were the carne asada, Halibut special and camarones. The carne asada came with a fresh and tasty chimichurri sauce and the quality of the steak was outstanding. The Halibut was perfectly prepared and just delicious.

Portions were small considering price. Bread and butter is paid for. No ice for water. Had to ask for it. What little was served per plate was at best acceptable not much flavor. The price that was paid was typical for 5 people for great tasting food with good portions . Unfortunately neither applied here . Our server was good

Libertad was wonderful! Our server, Jenny was terrific. The other servers were also terrific, friendly and efficient! The food was outstanding! We brought birthday dessert and Jenny served it beautifully with candles! We will be back again very soon!

The concierge and weight staff was professional cordial and pleasant. They cleared the table too quickly making us feel like they wanted to turn the table over. Just a thought for future clients.

We enjoyed our experience and the food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us celebrate a milestone anniversary by offering us champagne. The drinks are a bit overpriced at $15 a cocktail, beer $10, and wine ranges from $14 to $ 16. For it not being a downtown Chicago restaurant, I thought they were a bit overpriced, but overall, we enjoyed our experience.
