A fine dining experience with a waiterwhoade us feel very comfortable. Very dimly lit room and quiet ambiance,maybe toomuch for our taste but not a big deal. Everything we ate and drank was very good and the steak, calamari and cheesecake were outstanding. Sebastian Merlot and cappuccino at the end were a perfect paint as well. My 6oz filet was more than enough and had a great crust with perfect medium rare tenderness and color inside. Blue cheese crumbles matched well.
It was our 39th anniversary there were roses on the table the steaks were great and they brought us complimentary crème brûlée for dessert

Loved the venue, service, and sides. I ordered a rib eye because that is the most tender and flavorful cut of meat in my opinion. But, this was not tender and sooo salty (and everyone bags on me for the extreme amount of salt I use on my food). We only went one time and will try it again but, if it is the same, we probably won't go back a third time.
Food was great! The hostess could be a little more friendly and organized… we had reservations & arrived a few minutes early and she made us wait. Another couple came in and stated their reservation time, which was the same as ours, and she seated them right away and left us sitting waiting, even though we were there first…
I did not think that was very professional at all.
The six of us had an excellent, very well prepared and tasty meal. The staff was very friendly and made us feel sprecial the minute we came in the door. Our waiter was experienced, helpful, made great recommendations of wine and some dishes and was attentive all night. We will definitely return.

We had a group of four. I am from out of state, but the rest of my group was local. We had a great time, our server was great and attentive, and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back at Level 2 Steakhouse on my next visit!!
Went here for our anniversary. Food was very good, ambience great. Highly recommend.
Our waiter never refilled water glass or was around to ask for butter for baked potato which was supposedly “loaded” but wasn’t. It was tasteless. Asparagus was tough to cut with fork. Steak was tender but”tasteless” had no seasonings. Butter and roasted “garlic “ was gross! Very pricey for an ambiance for New Years Eve. Food was not worth it!

We enjoyed our evening after attending the show, JESUS. our waitress, Mersadees, was very friendly and on top of her game. Very professional. In addition, we ate breakfast there and enjoyed the buffet.
Steak was great, but both our lobsters were severely undercooked & raw. They were also out of their signature crème brûlée cream corn. Wife said something about her lobster and they took it off the tab. We had a great server. Overall wasn’t horrible but was expecting better for $175 ($250-$75 wife’s meal).

Ordered the wagyu ribeye(wasn't told strip was available) and it was very okay steak. Definitely not worth the $150 price tag.....quality and marble was no better than a USDA prime for 3x cost.
Place was also very noisy with kids running back and forth between tables.
Disappointed in the Wagyu steak my wife 45 dollar Ribeye was just as good as my 150 dollar steak, and i know meat been in the business for 40yrs plus.
The food was delicious. Perfect wedge salad and the steaks were cooked to perfection.
We had a great dinner. We have eaten at
L2 many times before but this time the beef was exceptional. I had been to the Capital Grill in KC a
couple of weeks ago and had the filet there and thought it was good. But the Filet at L2 was even better. Our server Brittney did an excellent job.
Excellent service. Sommelier was able to recommend a lovely Bordeaux.
Very nice restaurant, we had a nice Christmas Eve Dinner.
This was some of the very best steak we have had. Very nice ambiance. Relaxing and enjoyable.

I have always had great food there, but last night we brought another couple. She ordered salmon, the special, the first one was mushy in the middle, the 2nd one was still cold in the center. They didn’t charge us & gave us a free dessert, but she still got no entree!
We waited 10 min for even water…all evening we waited… our steaks were good, the salad was good, the baked potato was cold, we sent it back.
At your price points I expect excellence. Our waiter, Eugene, seemed to have too much to do & therefore probably couldn’t do everything well. I don’t know if I will return..,
baked potato was cold, asparagus was awesome , had great fire roasted taste, the steak was just ok.. we do understand the restaurant was understaffed, and overwhelmed with big event being held in the hotel, apparently, we felt like we should have just eaten the appetizers we had enjoyed in the bar before being seated and canceled our reservation.
Anton did not disappoint. Service was impeccable and food was amazing. It was a very special 5th wedding anniversary. A very special thank you to those responsible for the personal touch, specifically the roses on the table and the dessert for two. Our evening was perfect. Thank you all! We will be back!! Wagyu did not disappoint. Our server was amazing and able to suggest wine selections to our taste. The missouri butter cake was scrumptious.

Everything was perfect from the appetizers to the dessert. The fillets were cooked just right and I highly recommend the garlic butter topping. The waitstaff was very attentive and accommodating.
Steaks and salads were great. All the side dishes were not very good and came out of the kitchen luke warm. Second time ordering side dishes. No more. Steaks though are really, really good.
The food was outstanding but the service was very slow and to allow a table of over 20 people ruined the ambience for the restaurant. They should have a room for groups of that many. To hear the obnoxious language and loud talking and laughing was not something that that restaurant should allow. That takes away from the special atmosphere you would like to have in that venue.
This was my second visit. I was disappointed. The salmon had no taste, the risotto was hard. The creamy spinach was more like spinach dip and there was no truffle sauce on the fries which was also cold.
The salads were great, shrimp cocktail was good as well as the garlic mashed potatoes. Filet was good too. Service was pretty good. Not sure I will try it again at that price point. $$$$$
We first got seated at the wrong table and had to move, no big deal. Then we waited for our server to show up for quite some time. After that the service was great, friendly and very informative, both about their meat selection, specials, and knife choices for the meal. When we got our appetizer it was luke warm, whiskey beef tips. We got carrots and mushrooms as our sides that were not warm or cooked all the way. Our steak was also under cooked, we ordered them medium knowing that this is a common problem it seems. The carrots still snapped when cut. I don’t think the kitchen was rushed as we had an early reservation and the restaurant only had a few patrons. The food could have spent more time in the kitchen and been perfect. The flavors were all there. They did give us a dessert for our anniversary that was very nice. Maybe we just caught it on an off night, still seemed like a great restaurant.
Our experience at Level 2 was phenomenal. We enjoyed a team celebration dinner for a year of perseverance and we were all so grateful for the special environment offered by Level 2. The steak was perfect, the appetizers were unique and fun, the desert was heavenly. The wait-staff were top notch. Thank you to Level 2 for providing this perfect atmosphere to celebrate our team's accomplishments!
