The decor and ambiance will make you think you're in Paris, and the food will make you think you've died and gone to heaven. A member of the Vermont Fresh Network, Leunigs chefs prepare the best of local ingredients with a worldly accent. Live jazz with dinner Tuesday, Wednesday. Lunch served Monday-Saturday, Dinner every night, and Brunch on Sunday. Great wines by the glass or bottle, full liquor service. Best people watching in town. Leunig's has always been a reliable place to dine, no matter the time and season - very pleasant to sit outside as well as inside. We love the upstairs bar area to have supper!

We had a couple of starters the escargot and the lobster bites. Both exceptional. Then we had a filet Minton and the seafood risotto. Really very very good. We had the rose bubbles to start and then wine by the glass which was also very good and to finish a peanut butter dessert. Service was good and IVY looked after us very well

Always an excellent experience. Good food and service. Tasty cocktails. Sat outside on the CSM and enjoyed the beautiful evening before heading down to the waterfront for jazz fest!

A taste of Europe I’ve been going to Leunig’s since I was a UVM undergrad several decades ago and it remains one of Burlington’s gems. Delicious, intimate and yet bustling at times with an old Euro vibe, it’s a must-visit for us whenever we visit.

the seafood risotto was meh - rice under cooked and seafood overcooked. The wedge salad was good and very filling.

We arrived at the exact time of our reservation for 4 (and had the confirmation email) and were told our reservation was only for 2. The seated us in the front section which was essentially empty. Someone dropped off menus and water and we ordered drinks and appetizer. It was almost an hour before we received the appetizer and ordered dinner (and I had to track down the hostess to get it then). People who had come in after us (two tables of (2) were served drinks and appetizers in this time period. about another half hour passed before our dinners were served. The waitress chastized us that, because we were a "4 top" of course parties of 2 were served first. We are exceptionally good tippers as we have all worked those jobs in the past but I was hardly inspired to tip our usual +20%.

We went there on a Friday night not knowing what to expect, the all experience was so good that we went again the following day! Excellent cocktails, i recommend Bob’s your Uncle! The food was superb, the wine excellent ( White Chateauneuf du Pape), the service was great! Excellent desserts as well ( Crème Brûlée)! I can’t wait to go back again! Highly recommended!
