We are located in a 1795 Colonial with small dining rooms, fireplaces and beautiful Vermont ambience. Our success over 31 years can be attributed to consistently excellent food. As your chef, I cook every meal and oversee every aspect of our kitchen. We specialize in American Contemporary with a focus on the highest quality, local Vermont ingredients. Our main dishes always include premium grass fed beef, duck two ways, double thick pork chop, rack of lamb, cedar planked salmon, jumbo sea scallops and vegan specials. Desserts are made in house daily by Leslie and are both unique and delicious.
Our service is directed by Leslie, my wife. She greets every guest and is constantly monitoring the dining experience. We like to think we are the total dining experience as evidenced by our being one of the highest graded restaurant in New England on Open Table (2017)
