Leroy's Kitchen + Lounge specializes in Urban Eclectic Food from sustainable natural sources as well as Cocktails and local Craft beers! Would argue one of the top three burgers I've ever had. Great mimosa brunch option. Amazing beers on tap. Service was on point. Can't go wrong here.

We had an early (5:15) dinner reservation so the place was not yet packed. Even so, they initially seated us at crowded bar banquet. After some negotiating we were able to be re-seated in a little bit less crowded table.

Once that was done, we enjoyed a reasonable wine list, good selection of beers and friendly service. My friend had fries that he loved, and I really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts. He had a steak for dinner and I had a power salad that was excellent. The food gets 4 stars, the service -once we moved - was friendly and timely, and also gets 4 stars.

Enjoyed a Saturday morning brunch at the sidewalk tables. The monkey bread was delicious, as were the silky smooth deviled eggs. Nice, relaxed ambiance on a warm sunny day. Our waiter was helpful and pleasant, without hovering.

We came w a few friends for my boyfriends birthday. He was floored by how good the food was, & how nice the vibe is. Definitely recommend! Live Music every Wednesday and Thursday night, which was actually not bad.

we went here on a saturday evening (2/3) and john was our server. he was very attentive and would request him again.
he recommended the lamb and chickpea which i loved but wow it was heavy - i would like to have known that; i may have chose the duck. i'd like to go back and try to the burger but i'm from out of town.
the appetizers we had were terrific: deviled eggs, clams and truffle fries.
my wife commented early on about the noise level being good (low) - we could talk.
my friend wanted a rusty nail but not Drambuie (make it happen!) put the bartender personally came over and offered an alternative - a classy move.

Great service.... but the food, disappointing. Our $14 salad was like a $4 side salad. If I’m spending $14 on a salad it should be the size of a light meal. It was a beet salad with just about NO beets and just a few leaves of fancy greens. I like quality greens but there could’ve been a few more of them on the small plate. Our waiter was very nice, very helpful with drink orders, and even brought us more beets because he was also shocked at how the Beet salad had just about NO beets. We’re not tourists; my grandma lives in Coronado and I’m pretty sure we’ll never go back to Leroys after finally trying it for the first time.

This restaurant didn’t feel very welcoming compared to other restaurants in Coronado. We were a table of 2 and were seated between 2 large groups so it was difficult to carry on a conversation. It was 10 mins before our server arrived to take our order. The food was good but server never checked back with us and didn’t see him again until he brought the bill. We will select other restaurants before returning to Leroy’s.

Phil was a great waiter. Bartender was bad, returned my drink 2x and gave up. The chicken meal was horrible during restaurant week. Would not come back.

Overall a nice experience, but the pork tostada was too spicy for my friend (so be sure spicy is what you want before you order it), and the fries are, sadly, only tolerable. Burger was good but not great. The tomato bisque was superb as were the deviled eggs.

Been here a couples times. Long time ago for brunch, but recently twice for dinner. I had the same meal both time. Beer bribed pork chop. The first time I had it it was outstanding, great flavor and cooked to a perfect medium well temp. Went back Saturday night and both my husband and I ordered it and it was dry and tough and completely over cooked, even though the server explicitly said are you ok with the chef reccomended temperature? You could tell by looking at it someone had pressed to try and speed up the cooking. Service was ok, server was friendly but other then taking our drink and food order and bringing us our check we didn’t see him. Never even asked us how our meals were. I can’t say I’ll never go back but probably won’t make a special trip to go there.

A friend and I decided to do a bunch of their Bites (tapas) and cocktails before theater. We had a reservation and were seated straight away at a nice table. We ordered 3 starters and a cocktail each, but were unable to order any more than that as we were abandoned at some point by our server. I finally had to get up and go find the manager to get our check after having not seen a server in nearly 30 minutes. The food we did have was good and the red wine sangria was delicious, would have been nice to have more than one. The food was good enough to give this place another try. I am guessing the lack of service could be due to this horrible cold & flu season leaving them short staffed.

We always enjoy the food. Love the way they prepared the octopus. Interesting and very good.

The old menu was better than the newer changes they have done. Octopus used to be great....deep fried? Yuck. The pork chops were wonderful (first one in 25 years). Beer selection and wine is thorough and complete. People from out of town I have taken say it has a real California feel. Great place to just relax.

Sunday breakfast. We had the steak and eggs, which were wonderful. Lots of arugula, which I love! We had the chilaquiles, which were also delicious and quite different than traditional chilaquiles.

The monkey bread stole the show. Seven small rolls baked in a small cast iron skillet. Dripping with caramel bourbon sauce and pecans. Divine!

Great service. Go!!!

While ambiance and service were great and the cocktails amazing, the food was bland. We chose this place for its farm to table style and were excited to try the food, unfortunately both the chicken dish and the lobster risotto were bland. The lobster risotto had four bites of lobster which meant four bites were delicious but the rest were flavorless and therefore not worth the price. Extremely disappointed in the food and would only recommend this place for the variety of adventurous and delicious cocktails. I wish they were adventurous with their food as their cocktails.

Not good on many levels...

I had to flag down a waiter to get our drink order after 15 minutes.
The fish was overcooked.
The vegetable stew was all parsnips and potatoes, and almost no liquid stew broth.
No chanterelle's, chickpeas, or tomatoes in the stew as promised on the menu.

Way overpriced. 2 main courses and 1 martini cost $70.
There are so many good places to eat.
Not sure what happened to Leroy's.

Generally, wonderful food and excellent service.. Best roasted brussels sprouts EVER (and i'm typically not even a fan!). Superb and unique hummus. We're pescatarian, and the fish dishes were great. Would definitely go again, and recommend... plus, it's so close to Lamb's Players Theatre... perfect for pre-show dinner!
