Now, Lenny & his partners present Lenny’s Deli. Lenny’s Deli offers the same favorites of the New York Jewish Deli & bakery, combined with an exciting healthy food menu. Lenny’s Deli is proud to present many organic foods, cage free eggs, & a gluten free menu.

Lenny's Deli Ratings and Reviews
This place has sadly gone downhill since it was Junior's. Food is really not as good as it used to be. Our orders were almost all wrong. The servers are really nice... it's not just not their fault that things are not running smoothly. Maybe the new owners will figure out the problems.
This deli looks promising with a nice display of pastries and foods in the glass cases when you walk in. The menu has all the traditional favorites such as matzoh ball soup, chopped liver, blintzes, stuffed cabbage, potato pancakes, knishes, lox, whitefish, herring in cream sauce, noodles with pot cheese, and much more. The food just didn't taste the way it does if you grew up eating it. The matzoh balls resembled bland, processed, nondescript dumplings. The chopped liver lacked flavor and texture. Waitstaff didn't know when to take dishes away or when to bring individual plates for shared appetizers. Prices are a little high, too, for what you get.
My wife had an Egg White Omelette with Mushrooms, Broccoli, and Jack Cheese; Fresh Fruit; and Fresh Coffee. I had an Egg White Omelette with Turkey, Mushrooms, Broccoli, and Jack Cheese; Fresh Fruit; and Fresh Coffee. The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
We always use Lenny's for our West L.A. work lunches. They deliver and we enjoy their assortment of meats and tuna salad for sandwiches. I suggested that my friend and I meet up here for Sunday breakfast. It wasn't too crowded when we were there since it was early so we were able to talk without having to strain to hear. We will be back again in the future if we are in the area.
This was my first visit. I had a "special" combo sandwich of corned beef and pastrami. It was fine, not as good as Langer's (but almost nothing is...) and not as bad as many other CA "delis." Pickles and sourkraut were complimentary. I took out a slice of lemon "meringue" pie--lemon was quite good, but the rest wasn't, as well as onion rolls (good) and bagels (fair). Overall, ok.
Since both of us are still watching our waistlines, and because this food so nicely fits our low calorie requirement, we both again had Egg White Omelettes with Mushrooms, Broccoli, and Jack Cheese, Fresh Fruit, and Fresh Coffee. Nutritious, delicious, and the service was excellent. Try it. You'll like it.
Both of us are trying to lose weight. Two nights ago we each had "breakfast" again for dinner. That meal was so good that we came back tonight and enjoyed Egg White Omelettes stuffed with Jack Cheese, Mushrooms & Broccoli, and Fresh Coffee. Absolutely delicious, healthy, and very low in calories!!!
Four for a dinner business meeting. Two Egg White Omelettes with Mushrooms, Broccoli & Jack Cheese; Chinese Chicken Salad; Matzo Brie & Sausages; everyone had Fresh Coffee. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Lenny's Deli is a great place to have a business meeting over a meal.
Four friends for dinner. Two had Vegetable Omelettes. One had Scrambled Eggs and Tomatoes. One had Chicken Breast Scramble. Two had a side of Cottage Cheese. Two had a side of Fresh Fruit. All of us are watching our food choices and trying to lose weight. The food was delicious and the service was prompt -- Lenny's Deli has never disappointed us.
Service was very poor. Woman who sat us at table plopped the menus down and left abruptly. Long time after seating before anyone came by to see about coffee.
Long time between the coffee and taking of the order, long time between every aspect of meal. Perhaps short on staff? Perhaps new staff waited on us. Food was good, but service was a definite minus.
The only real disappointment is that we made a reservation and the table was not ready. The hostess told us after a few minutes that the table needed to be cleaned, but then never bothered to seat us. She told us later she was busy and expected us to seat ourselves. Neither my friend nor I understood that was what she intended so we waited another 10 minutes before I spoke up.
