Was a great experience. Would definitely go there again.
Excellent value and flavor. Food quality exceptional. Cocktails were all fabulous. Will definitely be back!
First time there and overall we knew what we wanted which made things easier however we waited a long time for everything. Our waitress went missing for like 20 mins at a time which was frustrating since they weren’t super busy. Table next to us was so loud we couldn’t even hear each other. Overall I will get the food again but most likely carry out because I don’t think dinning in is worth it.
First time there was very impressed !! Awesome HH as well
Food just not good. Won’t return. Also slow service. Very hard to get water refills or dishes came at odd times. Won’t return
Great food but kind of a Walmart atmosphere
Our server, Molly, was enjoyable & knowledgeable. The food was great as usual. We felt very comfortable with the social distancing practices in place.
The food during happy hour was mediocre at best. The Chicken sate was extra sauced because it was so dry! The miso soup tasted bland and was watered down(dirty water). The sushi was good but everything was a one star!
The food looked way more appealing than it actually tasted. Several items in our order just never came out. And all sushi items were at least a 25-minute wait.
Best sushi I've ever had! So glad we went here. :)
We love lemongrass. Everyone enjoyed dishes and service was excellent.
All good as usual
Excellent food and service. We have been here before, same good food and service.
We came for late-night happy hour and were not disappointed! Great food and value!
Perfect for date night!!
Had a great Valentines Day meal here. Loved the sushi, scallops and the shrimp and crab. Delicious. Ate at the bar and had a great bartender.
I dine at Lemongrass often and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and attentive. This time wasn’t any different. It was a very crowded night at the restaurant but our drinks and appetizer were out quickly and we didn’t wait long for our sushi. It was my date’s first time there and he loved it as much as i always do. We’ll definitely be back!
Sushi was excellent! The miso was served with a roll which is very different. Our server did not have a recommendation for sake when we asked, but did offer to go ask someone for us. Would have been nice if our server was more knowledgeable. Overall a good experience!
The service was WONDERFUL!!! Staff was very nice and attentive. I didnt really enjoy the food as much but it is a very nice place.
We had a good experience here! Staff was welcoming and pleasant, food was great (although my husband's dish, Hawaiian Duck was a little smaller than he was expecting for the price). My Thai String Bean meal was delicious. Nice ambiance. We were there Valentine's Day weekend, so it was quite busy, but we were able to get a reservation before it got crazy crowded. I'd definitely recommend!
While eating dinner the front door kept opening and making the whole entire room freezing cold. Service was pretty slow as was the kitchen. We were excited when the food came but then was so overwhelmingly spicy. Not a terrible time, but could have been better.
Valentines Day can be stressful but Lemongrass was perfect. We got a table the day of and had a great seating placement. Fast service and good atmosphere.
Food was outstanding. I got the lemongrass trio and it was awesome. Wife got fried rice and soup and it was great. Got a roll for an appetizer, sorry dont remember the name of it but it wsd great.
Caleb was our server and he rocked. One of the best servers we've had! Keep up the good work!
Food was really good and our waiter was a gentleman.
It may have been a risk, attempting a quick dinner on Valentine's day but this shouldn't have been so hard. I picked Lemongrass because it was close to my hotel and because it had a happy hour menu. Wasn't looking to save money, merely to have smaller bites / try more things. Once seated I asked for a Coke. With ice? Yes please. Came without. I requested the happy hour menu. Was told that's not available at the tables. Ordered corn soup. Came with the oddest seemingly deep fried roll that tasted bland and like old oil. Two bites of the flavorless and lukewarm soup and I pushed it away. I told the waiter I didn't care for it. No comment. I had ordered Pad Thai. He asked if I like spicy. I said it's all relative but as long as it doesn't set my hair on fire, it's good. He said they rank theirs on a scale of 1 to 5 and he recommends people starting with a 2. I did. It was unpleasantly hot. (I order my Buffalo wings very hot so I'm not afraid of spicy food.) I ate some but as Pad Thais go, it was just fair.
I got my bill and got out but I wouldn't return.
Was excited to come try this place after seeing it walking by the night before. Made a reservation but didn’t need it as it was pretty much empty when we arrived. Got our drinks very fast. Got our appetizers fast, but then the main dishes came out halfway through finishing our appetizers. Pad Thai was ok, had a strange taste and was way too spicy even though I asked for a “2” out of the “1-5” level I was offered. The other dish was very small. The dinner seemed rushed and we were in and out quickly. Would return or get delivery/take out. Just not as impressed as I expected
Excellent food and service. Two in our party have food sensitivities and our server was very helpful in making allergy friendly menu suggestions and modifications in orders.
Great service and food! We will definitely be back!
Pad Thai is great !
Our food was fabulous however the service was poor. Our waitress never wrote down our order and forgot one of the sushi rolls when the food came out. We also waited over an hour for our dinner.
This was an experience worthy of a, "meh." While the food was quite tasty (samurai roll, lemongrass soup, Hawaiian Duck), the service was quite mediocre. Also, the order of the food coming out was wrong - the roll we ordered for an appetizer with the cocktails didn't come out until after the soup was served. This was indicative of the service we received. The server seemed to be good when we first arrived and was pleasant, he ignored us after delivering our food - never checking back on us, or refilling beverages. However, he seemed to be on top of the other two tables that were in his section.
With so many other good restaurants in the Short North, I really don't feel inspired to return here.
Absolutely a great experience!
Very poor service!! Rude waitress!!
Our server was great. However, it took over an hour for everyone to get their food. The server apologized multiple times and explained the kitchen was behind because they had a wedding party. The restaurant needs to be able to plan ahead when having a large group event I order to ensure that can accommodate that as well as their other customers.
The service was awesome!!! However the food did not come to the level of the service. The pad Thai had little sauce and little to no flavor. Would not recommend. So many other better restaurants nearby.
The food was sub-par. The dumplings were soggy, our veggie spring rolls had a off-taste with an AWFUL dipping sauce, the spider roll was OKAY at best, and lastly the scallops were nicely sized but had 0 flavor and were on a bed of cheesy potatoes.
Food and waiter were fantastic. Kitchen was slow. If was a Saturday at 5, but it was a longer wait than should be expected.
Went to Lemongrass Fusion Bistro on a Saturday. Tried to call to increase the # in our party. Busy, busy, busy signal for 2 hours. They had taken their phone off the hook because they were too busy. Food was just average. Had 2 sushi rolls, which were average, pretty presentation but nothing to rave about flavor wise. Seemed like they did not have enough staff on duty. Server was rushing. All of us had an entrée but again no one was blown away by the flavors. Oh, well, we don’t live here so no big deal. I’m sure that you can find a better restaurant on High St.
