Great happy hour specials. The staff is always very friendly and helpful in making recommendations. The food is amazing and beautiful.
My son in law was soo upset that he recommended it based on one great meal he had there a while ago because the food was ALL either mediocre or awful this time! It was the most expensive lousy meal I have ever had at an Asian restaurant! My pad thai was tasteless and 3 of the 8 meals were too salty to eat and the waitress offered no accomodation!
Foods was amazing. I had Mr. Po Sushi’s/ Kimchi Beef Noodles In Broth(called BAD BOYZ- DELICIOUS)/ Also to Drinks I Had “Warriors Way” Cold Sake.
Talked To The Owners Of Lemongrass and I Loved Every Bites.
My husband is not an adventurous eater and I was leery when he said he wanted to come here. But he’d already looked at the menu and chosen what he would get. In this Asian bistro, he got the Chicken Alfredo and is still raving about it days later. He says this is the best he’s ever had. I’m glad you had this “unusual” offering because it gave him a really positive experience. Now it might be easier for me to get him to go to restaurants more often!
All our dishes, appetizers and entrees, were slightly over cooked. Portion sizes were good, but prices were high. Given the location this was expected, but there are many better choices within a five minute walk. Perhaps we caught a bad evening.
We showed up and was quickly seated. Tyler provided great service. The food was amazing and the atmosphere felt really upbeat and welcoming. The owner even came by to make sure everything was good. We definitely will visit again.
Main floors were dirty and sticky. Access to restrooms was disgusting and not hc accessible. Waiter had no personality and didn’t bring extra items when asked. Food was ok but not to level of expectations.
Sushi is fresh and exactly as described by menu. Desserts are well worth the calories.
Had a table of 16 and the service was attentive and accurate thanks to our server Sam - kudos to her. Kitchen though, not ideal. Everything we ordered was spiced to the point of so hot that flavor was completely masked. Oddly, all noodle entrees were this way regardless of requests of medium, medium-high, or hot. That was disappointing, to the point of becoming inedible. Sushi a better bet, as was crab rangoon for starters.
We had a wonderful lunch. Once our server found out it was our first visit, she was very helpful describing some of the menu items and sharing her favorites. We chose two entrees and were pleasantly surprised that the portions were so large. We ended up skipping dinner. We'll be back!
The service was terrible. We actually left without one of our party getting their food. Two of us were done eating for at least 15 minutes, and the third person with us had still not received their food . We cancelled and left. There were no apologies or explanations just here’s your bill. The food we received was either over seasoned or under seasoned. Would not recommend
Wonderful and kind staff and excellent food! Vegan options :-)
The worst drinks I have had. The mai tai tasted like robitussin. I actually like cold syrup but this drink was disgusting. Moscow miles were similarly disgusting. Maybe it was made poorly because it was happy hour but a poor excuse regardless. Food was ok.
Their menu isn’t as specific as it could be. A caterpillar roll says eel and avocado. It comes out with asparagus in it as well...... hmmmmmm. They brought me a new one but then charged me for both until I pointed it out. Fortunately there was no fuss to have one of the rolls removed, but still.... the food should come out as the menu says it is.
Staff were friendly, but service was uneven. On one hand, our soft drinks were refilled swiftly without us ever requesting more beverage. Nice. On the other hand, we weren't all served at the same time. Granted, we were a group of 9, but the restaurant was not crowded and there were still lapses of several minutes between the server bringing out meals to everyone. The people served first began eating before everyone else got their food because their meals were getting cold. And the food -- meh. Really meh. The predominant flavor was salt. Will go somewhere else next time we have a hankering for Asian flavors.
It was our first time at this restaurant. We enjoyed our sushi.
Excellent friendly service, fantastic food and atmosphere - always a pleasure to dine at Lemongrass
Our server Cody / Corey was fabulous
Great portion size and friendly wait staff
Nice ambiance. Nice vibe.
The dining experience I had at Lemongrass was absolutely wonderful. From the time my party and I entered, we felt like we were the only people there. The staff helped me set out birthday decorations for the table. The food was amazing and so was the wait staff! Everything was prompt (except the drinks, but it was 8pm on a Saturday, so that’s completely understandable). Will definitely be back and recommend dining here to everyone I know.
Great food! Nice atmosphere! Left with a full belly
All of the sushi was incredible but we never received one of our appetizer rolls. Our server told us she was new but it didn’t seem like she’d been trained at all honestly, didn’t know any of the answers to our questions but was nice and mostly attentive.
Food was a amazing and service was fast and attentive! will be back:)
Samantha, our server, was very good at reading the mood of the table and adjusted accordingly. The sushi, salad, and dumplings we had were absolutely amazing. This place never ceases to amaze. Hats off to you!
The food was good but our waitress was very strange, kind of spacey. She didn’t really say much and didn’t ring up any of our food on happy hour menu, so that was a bummer.
Not much food for the $; small portions.
Great lunch entrees
Pad Thai is excellent
I have been to Lemongrass a number of times while on business travel with colleagues. This visit however I left with a poor taste in my mouth due to the poor service. Our waiter forgot to mention whether there were any specials, brought incorrect glasses of wine, nearly forgot to place one of our guest’s dinner selection, and wasn’t very attentive. The kitchen also seemed to be on the struggle bus, as it took an hour to finally see our food. When we arrived at 6pm, the restaurant was nearly empty, so there wasn’t an overload of tables that would have been a likely cause for the delay. Two and a half hours later we were finally signing the check for a meal that should have really only lasted an hour and a half tops.
Dinner with friends and friends sister from Canada.
Very average sushi and service.
Food was wonderful
We haven’t been here for quite a few years. We won’t be going back. The server was annoying and pushy, the food was meh and I had to face violent ultimate fighting matches during dinner on the huge tv screen. It was a most disappointing evening. The sushi was not only unimaginative it also didn’t seem very fresh. It was also very loud and kind of hot inside. Gosh I miss Haiku.
What a treasure! The food was amazing as always - but most impressive was the outstanding service on a busy "Gallery Hop" evening! It was truly a pleasure to dine @ Lemongrass.
Cocktails were great but food was below average. Ordered the Lemongrass salad and the salmon was overcooked and served with fruit that tasted like it was out of a can. Expected so much more from the place as prices weren’t cheap.
Tremendous experience! We had several different appetizers, sushi rolls, sashimi, drinks and entree’s. All were very happy with their selections. Even the owner came out and pointed out her secret family recipes that were selected and made the experience memorable.
Not to miss.
Service is really good, food is a bit salty. Great location.
Back in town visiting friends... lemongrass used to be one of our go to spots.
Quality of food and service has gone way down!
We booked Lemongrass for a large party of 15. I booked well in advance using OpenTable and the restaurant confirmed my reservation via text. They had a table ready for us, but that is where their readiness ended. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks and 90 minutes to get our food. Our waitress told us that if we had set up a smaller menu of plates it wouldn’t have taken as long. It seems like what would have helped is if management would have had more than one waitress serving us and being prepared for a group you knew was coming versus blaming us for their slow service.
They did give us a discount for the inconvenience, but the manager left this poor waitress out to dry and never even spoke to us to apologize. Though the service did take forever I would say this was the fault of poor management and not the server. The food was good, just don’t go there with a giant group.
Great! But need baby sling and changing table
