Great food great chef and service
The food was fantastic!
Husband and I went for our 28th Wedding Anniversary dinner.
We were the first to arrive (early reservation) but it soon quickly filled up. The food was delicious, and service was excellent. Since we had never been, I was skeptical at first, but was delighted after the first bite. The chef or manager gifted us a Mango Panna Cotta before leaving. I LOVED it and plan to return in the near future.
Overall, food and ambiance was good. Wasn’t aware there was only a price fix menu on Mother’s Day. Limited vegetarian options for a party of above 5.
Delicious food, nicely presented. Support small local businesses!!
Everything was fabulous can’t wait to go back
Excellent food, excellent staff will go back with no problem.
Out for a night with Family. Excellent!
Service was spot on, food was excellent! We we will be back.
Unique restaurant for the area with excellent food. BYOB, price appropriately. A must vist
packed to the gills. the food was amazing, but the number of people in a not large space was not. definitely recommend post pandemic.
The food is excellent and the service is impeccable.
To be fair, I should have written reviews the previous few times I dined here, when the food and service were excellent. I also should have stuck with my usual “order what they specialize in, not something they are just trying out and calling it a Special” philosophy. I ordered the Almond Encrusted Chilean Sea Bass special. It was very disappointing, to be kind. It did not taste fresh, was WAY overcooked and the “crust” was a heavy, soggy, tasteless coating. Also, the dining room seemed overstaffed with young, inexperienced, overeager assistant waitstaff who clearly needed to turn it back a notch. We were constantly interrupted with a variety of people asking if we were finished, could they take this or the other away, (when we were clearly still eating -fork in hand, still chewing) how was everything, etc. it was constant throughout the meal. It would have been comical if it wasn’t so annoying and disruptive to a nice dinner out. Please train your staff and only put out specials that are fresh and proven crowdpleasers. Then I would look forward to coming back.
Seated on time, Wife and I decided to go with multiple appetizers instead of entrees . Let waitress that we would go with multiple apps since we wanted to try multiple items. . After order, the customary Humus with pita . Ordered 5 apps , chef ash approached table a few times suggesting ordering entrees . We let him know how good the food is and said we wanted to stick with apps. We split a desert. When we received our bill, I noted that the complimentary humus was billed .
I asked the waitress And the response was “ chef ash said add the humus since they did nit order any entrees. I call him over , he said the same . I explained to him that we were up front in ordering apps, never ordered the humus . Also , the humus and pita is “ their complimentary bread”. No written or verbal notice that it is a chargeable item if you don’t order an entree.
I told him to remove it , he was not happy and said he has nit written that on the menu. This is no way to do business. Don’t nickel and dime customers. Repeat customers is how you last in business . We ordered app and desert that was same spend as if ordered entrees !
The food was excellent , but sour taste in mouth from this interaction. If you go, check for extra charges .
Met up with my girlfriends for dinner. It was our first time going to Lemon Mediterranean (BYOB) and we had a great time. Food was delicious! From appetizers, entrees to dessert... everything was really good and did not disappoint. I wish I took pictures of each dish. Looking forward to going back.
Chef Ash and his esteemed staff are always very friendly and aim to please. We feel like family when we come to dine. Food is authentic and delicious. BYOB and parking in lot is available.
Amazing place for a perfect date or even a family night. food is amazing
Always appreciate a small business owner being present and concerned. Chef Ashe introduced himself and the staff were very friendly. Food was excellent. A new favorite place when in this neighborhood!
The food is always excellent, the service attentive without annoying and the owner is charming. A high recommend.
Highly recommend! The food and service were awesome! My only suggestion would be not putting the sauce over the crab leg cluster in the Cioppino. Picking it up with sauce on it is messy and a no-go in a restaurant!
Ash was amazing! The service was excellent and the food was great! We look forward to going back soon!
The food and service were great. The chef himself took our order to make sure the food was allergy safe for my kids.
We celebrated our daughters birthday and everything was delicious and wonderful! Ash and his servers took extra special care and attention to ensure she had the best birthday! Thank you! We highly recommend Lemon for their food ‘service and atmosphere and friendly owners and staff:)
Chef Ash always provides great meals and specials. Always order the rice balls, they are great.
Excellent presentation, taste and quality!
Lemon is an excellent Mediterranean restaurant. The food and service is superb and also a BYO which is always great. Nothing short of excellent here!
The rice balls were excellent. Overall, the food is very good. Outstanding service by the staff. I would most certainly eat here again.
First time here.. Food was fresh, homemade, seasoned wonderfully and the menu offered widely varied choices. The meatballs in my Kofta dish were a little overcooked but otherwise food was very good. Service was good, almost too attentive, but they clearly were focused on our needs. We'll be back.
Definite return visit.
We had a reservation for 8:30pm on a Saturday night. we showed up promptly but they weren’t able to seat us right away (10min wait). 30 minutes later still standing awkwardly by another table, we decided to leave. The manager never came over to greet us, not even to apologize that they had given our table away even though we had a reservation. What terrible customer service!
Lemon cares about your experience from beginning to end - Chef Ash's repertoire of family recipes and beyond guarantees a meal that will leave you feeling cared for and FULL in the best way. Not a strip mall joint, just a genuine nice evening out.
Excellent Food !
Service wasn’t that great. But I will return and hopefully the service will be better.
The food was great, the service too! We love this place
The rack of lamb in a port reduction was perfect and had excellent accompaniments.
Awesome place and great dish selection on the menu. Branzino and Lamb Empanadas were super fresh and the seasoning was spot on. The Baklava for a desert was a little disappointing as it was super dry and needed way more honey on it. The fresh made whip cream was also delicious! But overall great place to go, cozy spot and great food.
Food is delicious
Chef Ash greeted us personally and quite pleasantly making sure we had anything we wished for in a prompt fashion. The food the lemon was unbelievable and everybody in my group left completely happy and very full! the night begin with a very delicious homemade hummus and pita for dipping. Hillary a couple of plates of the mussels appetizer and dinner was on from there!
Two of us had the Lamb shoulder, which fell off the bone and was absolutely fantastic! Others at the table had the Branzini and the Chioppino special which was out of this world!
For dessert we had bacalao delicious homemade ice cream and the chef sent out a Bananas Foster (which I have not seen anybody make in a long time) and it was surreal!
I would recommend a lemon to anyone who wanted a fantastic, well thought out and extremely well prepared dinner.
Each member of the staff from chef Ash all the way to wait staff was not only very nice but professional and attentive.
Thank you chef for a lovely evening we'll all be back.
