Excellent as always
Lovely ambiance and art - food all good with great variety and creativity but not the exceptional flavor we would expect at this price point. Service was good but trailed off as the restaurant became busy. A pleasant dinner but a bit overpriced for what we received.
Our server John was knowledgeable, attentive and clearly an experienced professional server
I love this restaurant! Excellent food, great service and a lovely space. Fresh, high quality ingredients, well prepared and beautifully plated. We had a lot of appetizers, and the coconut shrimp is the best anywhere. The beet salad was reportedly excellent. They have great seafood (grilled swordfish was perfect) and vegetarian options (the forest mushroom dish was rated as excellent). The desserts are breathtaking a d taste as good as they look. Consistently 5 stars! (NOTE: they are moving to a new location, on the same block in February 2022).
We were seated in the Bistro Elephant section and the noise level was a bit high.
But the service, wine and food compensated for any negative due to noise! Waitress was the best!
Delicious!!! We chose Lemon Grass just like that and we were not disappointed at all.
Shout out to Jenna for making our Christmas Eve special
Very high quality food and service. Menu is different from any other in town.
Great servers, and food was delicious!
Excellent meal, had the lobster prig pow and Lemon Grass consistently has one of the best and most flavorful prig pow sauces I've had. We were seated in a room with a large Xmas party and the noise level was very high. Otherwise, a great experience
Not any good choice for kids. Service not organized.
Waiter was difficult to understand and didn’t explain a few questions about the specials well. Very kind young man though.
Wonderful Thai shrimp entree with a delicious sauce. Plentiful amount of large shrimp with green onions cooked to perfection. We had 2 appetizers- pork spring rolls and coconut shrimp in a spicy sauce. Both were very good. We are anxious to return.
Food and service is always excellent. Some large parties came in towards the end of our meal, were very loud and energetic. Otherwise overall was a very good dining experience.
Always a wonderful experience, but particularly great with our server Jenna and incredible dishes. Highly recommend the goat cheese/beet salad as well as the scallops with green curry. SO delicious!! Plus, they are always very accomodating to my myriad of food allergies/intolerances.
Our service and meal was fantastic and there was live music that created a relaxed atmosphere.
Truly outstanding in every way. If you're looking for an upscale dining experience, this is the place. There are a number of vegetarian friendly options.
Visiting our son in Syracuse. Great family dinner!
Food was very good. Service a little slow. I think our server may have had a few too many tables. The location was great to the Landmark Theatre and parking was no problem. I thought the bill was high for what we had to eat (Two apps, one meal, four drinks...was $150). Nice art in the restaurant was appreciated.
The steak was very delicious , I was not impressed by the tuna . The service was wonderful the young kid did a great job. Thankyou
The service impecable. The food was delicious. You can not go wrong when you choose this restaurant .
Massaman Curry and Roasted Duck Tamarind were outstanding. Plenty of GF options. We will be going back!
The food was a B- We had a nice evening, the rooms are nice and service was adequate. Desserts are pretty. I knew the prices going in, so that was expected but 350.00 for 5 people and no alcohol—you can do much better in Syracuse. I would not recommend.
Our server, Sue, was very attentive and patient with us.
Food is ok. Its two restaurants in one and that is never a good idea. Are you a thai restaurant or a steak restaurant? I had the award winning thai duck. It was good--some duck, some bok choy and some sauce. Restaurants in the area are crowded with this being no exception. It is loud and the table are on top of each other. Still, probably the best bet in the area.
Delicious cuisine, attentive servers, a pleasant buzz in the dining room, and in this time of COVID, diners safely spaced.
Very disappointing. We were seated alone in a distant back room of the restaurant despite making a reservation weeks ahead to celebrate a birthday. Barely felt like we were in the restaurant. Food was ok. Have had much better experiences here before.
Overall I like the experience. I ordered a medium hot Thai meal with lobster I thought the lobster was on the small side and there was too much sauce draining the bok choy thank God I ordered extra. I thought it was very overpriced and tasted too sweet. The shrimp dumplings were excellent and so was the tuna Takai appetizer.
The person I was eating with had a New York strip that was good it wasn’t on par with the money we were paying. I’m not sure I would go back there again to be honest. I’ve had Thai dishes that have had more food for less money and other restaurants. Somewhat disappointed.
Jenna (red head)our waitress was amazing. However, our food took an hour and a half to arrive and my husbands cowboy steak was completely charred.
A must visit
We had a great meal with amazing service.
The restaurant is lovely and the food unique. My favorite.
Lemon Grass is always our favorite place to go if we want to splurge on a delicious meal!
Wonderful - great service
Food was excellent chef has creative dishes, service was good and waiter knew the menu well. Unfortunately, we were seated next to the bar with a two person band playing music. It was so loud that my daughter and I could not hear each other. We are willing to give it a second try, as we will be back in town again, but only if a table in the front of the restaurant can be guaranteed. The front of the restaurant had a completely different feel.
Terrific service and a great meal - make sure you leave room for dessert, because they are spectacular.
Birthday dinner was beautiful. Food excellent and service top notch
Service and food was excellent
Our favorite restaurant in Syracuse. The best food and service in town.
Went to dinner with a good friend of mine. As always the food was excellent. Don’t know how they’ve maintained this level of excellence for so long.
