A new low for Open Table
Send a review out for a restaurant that is permanently closed. Permanently closed is in your title of the review request! I guess I would rate the restaurant "closed"
To make matters worse, Open Table notified us the restaurant was closed then wouldn't allow other reservations because we already had one at the closed restaurant.
This restaurant is permanently closed
Unfortunately I will never know... restaurant was closed with a sign in the window stating
CLOSED - PERMANENTLY!
Had reservations and no one even contacted me to let me know they had closed!
Pitiful... on Open Table's part, as well!
The place was closed. Looked deserted.
Early Father's Day lunch on Sat., dining area very quiet although private party in the background. We both had delicious crepes, lovely croissants.
I have been to this restaurant for lunch as well as dinner. I have never had a bad experience. their service is outstanding and the food is awesome. I have recommended this restaurant to many of our friends.
The 3 course prixe fix included a great selection of options.
Food was great but the service was terrible. The waiter was in a bad mood barely look or say anything to us. Sad because the place is very cute and crepes are delicious.
Over priced for what you get. Lucky we had a groupon. Service was just ok. Was not crowded for a Thursday night. Portions small. Got home and ate a sandwich. Probably will not go back.
Sent to owner:
My wife and I had dinner at your restaurant. The service was excellent as was the after-dinner coffee. Perhaps you use Cafés Richard. The food however was awful. My wife had the Le Coq au Vin and I had the Cornish Hen. Part of the Cornish Hen was severely undercooked and the other part was well-done. It was almost as if the meal was cooked twice at two different times on two different plates. The rooster was better and although thoroughly cooked, was tasteless and was doused in red wine perhaps to make up the for the lack of taste. My wife and I had not been at your restaurant in 10 years, perhaps, but thought it would be great for a night out. Again, the atmosphere was good as was the service. The food was lacking.
