Inspired by the birthplace of the original Parisian brasseries along the Left Bank of the Seine River, Left Bank Brasserie is an authentic Parisian-style brasserie by Chef Roland Passot. Left Bank pays homage to the joie
de vivre that is synonymous with the Left Bank neighborhood in Paris. Guests are invited to step into
French culture, in a vibrant, social atmosphere that captures all the charm of traditional brasseries
and iconic alfresco dining of France. An all-day menu features authentic French cuisine utilizing
seasonal, local and organic ingredients, and consists of iconic lighter fare such as oysters, tartare and
prawns provençal, in addition to heartier classics like coq au vin and beef bourguignon. Inspired by the
Parisian-style Bar Américain, an extensive cocktail menu features classics of a bygone era, along with a
wide range of rotating taps, seasonal drafts and bottled beer, and an expertly-curated wine selection.

The host was amazing! Very kind warm and welcoming Our waiter was a little impatient and kept trying to upsell me. I’d ask for coffee he would suggest latte or cappuccino. Sometimes he was rude to and the bus boy would just interrupt our conversation with out saying “excuse me” just basic courtesy

We had fondu as an appetizer and it was delicious. We also ordered the heirloom tomato salad with cucumber coulis. It was fabulous! The main courses were very good: however, my daughter's short ribs were lukewarm. My potatoes were cold, and even after frying the french fries twice, there were lukewarm. The server replaced the french fries but didn't offer to comp desert or coffee. We'll go back but will forewarn our server about our expectations next time.

The food was pretty good. I recommend the moule frites and the prickly pear mocktails was divine.

It's been a while since I have eater here, so I'm so glad I chose it for brunch today! From the food to the service, it was a fabulous experience. I'll definitely be back!
