Very good variety of food and all very tasty. Guests suspicious of Lebanese food very much enjoyed it.

Best hummus we have had in awhile. Kids were obsessed with puffy flatbread. The service was excellent, even giving the kids extra bread for the road.

Ran out of rice and veggies so our entree came with a side salad. Disappointing, they only make rice once a day so don't go there too late. We had a 7:45 reservation. They started cleaning the floors around us, so we got the hint it was time to go.

Sadly, post-pandemic, the food is not the same. The lentil soup was good, the rest was ok (fried cauliflower,
Grape leaves) but I’d stay away from the chicken samosas. The crust was so dry, it was hard to chew and the yogurt sauce, so thick, the somosa stuck to my plate! And the falafel tasted like it was been re-fried. Too bad, because Lebanese Taverna used to be one of my faves restaurants.

The staff at Lebanese Taverna were very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The food was as always, absolutely excellent. Everything was great. This is one of my favorite restaurants, and I have only had good experiences here.

I was hosting friends from out of town who wanted something different. Lebanese Taverna never fails to impress and this time was no different. All the dishes came out wonderfully and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Another great experience and I'll look forward to returning again soon.

I am a very big fan of the Lebanese Taverna in Tysons Corner, and eat there regularly. But this location is an absolute nightmare. To start, the restaurant looks and smells dirty. You can see water damage on the drywall, and significant dirt/staining around the air diffusers in the ceiling. Additionally, the backs of almost all the booths are visibly stained, and the entire restaurant smells musty. Furthermore, the service was absolutely dreadful, it was almost like they wanted us to feel unwelcome. It took 10 minutes for someone to approach us and ask us what we’d like to drink, and we were the only table in the restaurant! We then ordered appetizers, and they were out of two of the items we ordered (one of them was their regular hummus, really???). But instead of notifying us of this, they attempted to substitute the item and hope we didn’t notice. Nice try, but I can clearly taste the difference between garlic hummus and regular hummus (and the individual I ate with hates garlic). When we sent it back there was no apology whatsoever. The server then forgot to enter the entree that I ordered for 15 minutes. After we brought this to his attention, he once again didn’t apologize or offer any form of condolences. Most of the food came out room temperature as well. I don’t often leave reviews of restaurants, but felt this was warranted. I will never again eat at this location. If you are considering it, stay away! Try the Tysons location or one of the Arlington ones instead.

Maybe we weren't there on a good night.
They were not by any means full, but there was a large group, seated somewhere in the back. We waited a long time for our food, the orders were a bit mixed up, and there were a few other little glitches.
The staff were very polite, and we do really enjoy the other Lebanese Taverna restaurants. The quality of what we had was mostly good.

Great meal from an old favorite. We haven’t lived in D.C. in ages but were pleasantly rewarded with a re-visit to this great restaurant which has been completely remodeled. Also, outdoor dining under the shade trees was marvelous.

Lebanese Taverna has been a family favorite for many years: the food is excellent! From falafel salad to lamb kabobs to hummus and last, but not least, the pita bread: everything tastes great!

It’s becoming a trend that items on their menu are not available and surprisingly enough the same items. Maybe they need to rethink and reprint their menus. Overall a great place to savor Lebanese food in DC.

Food was amazing, but the service was not. Inattentive server who made no effort to explain menu or make suggestions. No drink or water refills. Once food was delivered we didn’t see him again until I was finally able to make eye contact to pay the bill. They were not busy either, so no explanation as to why the service was so poor.

We've eaten here many times. Our daughter had her rehearsal dinner here 5 years ago. But, I imagine because of the Pandemic, the service was extremely inconsistent and slow. The restaurant was pretty noisy. Little attention was paid to our table throughout the evening. It was disappointing. Having said that, the food was excellent.

Lebanese Taverna used to be one of the best eating experiences in DC. Sadly, it is not the same and not entirely due to the COVID. The service was mediocre at best, they did not have the pomegranate juice, and the food was so so. A bit sad this restaurant to be in decline.

The food was great. The service was non-existent. 3 tables inside. Several times there was no staff in the dining room. No offers for a second glass of wine. After food arrived, we never saw our server again. I had to get up from the table to ask for the check. What has happened to your restaurant?

We met with some local and out of town friends at Lebanese Taverna. We ate inside the restaurant and everyone was appropriately socially distanced. The service was great, the food as well. We would definitely return!
