Lebanese Taverna - Baltimore

The food here has stayed consistently good. The hummus trio was delicious and the Bronzino and shrimp entree was surprisingly large and quite tasty.
Delicious food and excellent service in a stunning location.
This place was a fabulous find in Baltimore Inner Harbor Area. What attracted us to restaurant was menu with plenty of items for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. What impressed us the most was the quality of the food. Each dish we ordered was the best of it's version we had ever had. Being the meat-eater in the group I can say the Shawarma was fabulous. And our waitress was soo nice - took time to answer our questions about the various dishes. The Passion Fruit Ginger drink was amazing. We will definitely be back here next trip to Baltimore.
Went for girls dinner with a friend. Service was attentive to us. Ambiance not particularly great- did dim the lights around 7:30 which helped. Did not love my pumpkin appetizer but eggplant entree was flavorful
Lebanese Taverna's hospitality is among the finest I've witnessed, from the welcome we receive at the entrance, to the always-cheerful dining room staff, to the farewell we receive as we depart. The restaurant is spotless and well-maintained and every meal I've eaten there is simply amazing. Thank you for yet another wonderful experience.
The food at Lebanese Taverna was outstanding, beginning with the delicious wings, humus and warm bread, to the incredible entree. Affordable and delicious food. Service was good as well.
The decor of the restaurant was a bit tired, it felt a bit worn out and needs a refreshing, especially in a neighborhood like Harbor East in Baltimore, where the restaurants are top notch in food and ambiance.
The service has changed for worse.
Hummus still delicious but the lentils and rice, so poor.
Service excellent, nice menu options and food very good.
Had a wonderful dinner here. I am Celiac and had a really good experience. The staff was very considerate and careful and I felt very safe with all of the clearly labeled gluten free choices. We also enjoyed a very nice bottle of Lebanese red wine. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed our visit. The chicken curry was good, salmon not as tasty.
The chicken was very tough to cut and eat. We didn’t like the flavors of any of the food.
Had been looking forward to eating there but will never go back. Sorry. Didn’t work for us.
The food was amazingly delicious! However, the waiters were difficult to find because they were hiding from the dining area. I also enjoyed that it wasn’t loud.
We sat outside & everything was delightful!
Great food. Platter was inadequate for sharing with 3 people. Some items only had 1 piece.
I ordered the mixture of different mezze. All were wonderful, especially with the bread that came with the table. The specialty drink, a gin/cucumber/basil mix was beautiful, but the flavors were very muted. Lovely location. We found street parking (5:30 pm reservation on a Tuesday) but they have a parking garage across the street. They will give you a voucher so you only pay $4 or so (same as on-street parking, I think.) They should put that on the website!
The food was AMAZING!!
Food was great!
The interior of the restaurant was very nice and attractive. Our seats were very comfortable, and our waitress was terrific. We enjoyed the food and had a very nice experience st the restaurant.
Very good food. Do not miss the chef's platter. Great portions and friendly service. Place looks a little outdated. Will not mention what my daughter saw when at the bathroom.
This is our second visit to this restaurant. Service and food was great. However, the only thing my husband and I are kinda disappointed with is the table seating. It was after lunch time and the place wasn’t too busy. Few tables were available and we’re seated next to a couple who arrived 20 minutes after we seated and they also left early before we did. They hardly talked anything because our tables are tight. It’s uncomfortable and we’re all mumbling to each other. The receptionist didn’t even ask if we like the seating. The bench I seated on was a little hot from the sun. There’s no privacy.
I always have a good experience when I dine at the Taverna. Food is great. You might also mention the location. It is right down by the waterfront in Harbor East. A great place to walk off the meal after dinner.
Loved our server! She was so sweet!
This restaurant is very reasonably priced given theInner Waterfront area.
We went during restaurant week expecting smaller portions, but the restaurant served regular sized appetizers, entrees and desserts off the regular menu. It was a great deal for the restaurant week price. It was a very enjoyable meal as well. We will go back.
My wife and I went to Lebanese Taverna for date night and had a wonderful time sitting outside over drinks and a great meal. The food was excellent and our server was extremely friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!
Super bummed - the Meza platter had dry falafel and the dips lacked flavor
Main corse dry and no flavor
Ok service, great food.
They Ran out of chicken and half the items were cold and the other half too deep fried. More than normal
Food quality and menu choices are great. Very authentic. Service is excellent. Nice location.
Great service with delicious food
Excellent meze, with a large selection. Service was wonderful; attentive without hovering.
This was my first time to the Baltimore location. I’ve been to the Pentagon Row location many times and it is always great. The food quality was identical. It is in a great location on the harbor with beautiful views. The waitress was overwhelmed by our party of 9 while she waited other tables. (She could have used some help from the rest of the staff.) The Humus Trio is the best starter and is still one of the best things on the menu. Overall a great experience.
Great food and service! Friendly and attentive servers, who worked as a team. Food was excellent, especially fresh pitas. They will even give you a bag to go. Nouse level is high, making conversation difficult or I would have given it 5 stars across the board.
The restaurant was very convenient to our Inner Harbor hotel. The food was typical Middle Eastern food, and mostly well prepared. However the chicken shwarma was flavorless. Furthermore, the serice was poor. I never got the beer I ordered, and the wait staff found it difficult to split the bill correctly.
Great service!! Food was excellent.
Everything was excellent! The server was so accommodating of a gluten allergy as well and made great recommendations. Made the experience so much better.
The lamb stew was magnificent and the service was outstanding
We had the hummus platter, salmon salad and chicken samosas. Everything was delicious. Our server, Daniel, was very helpful making selections. He provided attentive but not intrusive service. Overall a great experience.
Food was good. However they ran out of lamb and artichoke stew. Early evening. Service was poor. Long waits and forgotten order. Do takeout here instead.
Food was excellent! Wait staff a bit inexperienced.
