The food is consistently excellent. Love the warm shrimp salad and the salmon on coucous. Their Beurre Blanc sauce is the best I've had. Love the Romarin cocktail-- refreshing and ice cold. My only disappointment is their bread is awful. Everyone knows French bread should be warm, crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Theirs is sliced white bread. Limp and boring. Please, get some French baquettes!

During two visits, from Maxim's courtesies to the reception, bar and server, Le Zoo's service is impeccable. The food is perfectly prepared, and like the quintessential ambience, teleport one to France. On slightly softer seats . . . we might have lingered . . .

My husband ordered the Thanksgiving dinner. It was served cold so he sent it back and it was reserved 5 minutes later still lukewarm. That manager finally had to get involved and 15 minutes later, his meal was served. Sadly, I was finished my dinner by the time his was served.

I go to le Zoo about once a week. last night service was very poor. took 50 minutes just to get our bottle of wine. I went up to the manager CARLOS and he was completely indifferent.... did absolutely nothing. this is not STARR quality

This visit was a complete disappointment. We have dined at this restaurant many times and always loved it. The last time we went it was not quite as good, but we excused it. This time, though, from the service to the food, did not measure up. We have always loved the bread - baguette etc- but they’re now serving very mediocre bread which I didn’t eat after one bite. We ordered two drinks and one came at least 10 minutes after the other. We were only going to have an order of fries to start but after waiting a very long time, our server told us it had gone to the wrong table and he would bring it right away. When he finally brought it, the fries were cold so we asked for hot ones. We were still eating them when our main courses came. I also saw servers taking items to other wrong tables as well while we were waiting The trout and green beans were not hot but we did not want to send them back again. I had the truffle pizza with an egg on top, and while I do like a runny egg, the egg white was not cooked through. When the pizza was served, the server put it on a pizza stand in front of me. There was no possible way for me to even attempt to eat it on the stand, and there was nowhere for me to put it, so I had to wait for our server to take it away. I needed cutlery and asked the server, so while he did eventually bring it, he dealt with a number of tables before bringing me the cutlery. What a waste of a night.

I've been to le zoo many times but this time was horrible. Food arrived late, desert arrived late and wrong, coffee and tea didn't arrive with desert. No discount or anything for a make good offered. Very disappointed.

We love Le Zoo and go there quite often. We always sit outside as it has great location for taking in the surrounding scenery and viewing the main entrance to the shops from the up front valet area. The food is always good and high quality and we tend to eat the same wonderful plates like the warm shrimp salad, raw oysters, truffle pizza and beef tartar. A pleasant atmosphere and good service too.

Embarrassed to say it but went @lezoobalharbour for the first time after all these years and discovered Paris in @balharbourshops Mouthwatering dishes and a new found dip when ordering the escargot 🐌 I know you don’t like escargot but the sauce for dipping is from another planet and the truffle pasta well let’s just say must try before you die ❤️🙏🏻❤️

Excellent service and selection of nice French dishes. The staff is always on the ball with great service. The menu is full of perfect lunch and dinner offerings. The Crab and Avocado Salad and the Salmon entree are personal favorites as well as their amazing caviar and oysters. Perfect place before, after or during the best shopping anywhere. Great place

My waitress was very welcoming and kind, a very wonderful professional! The food was good, but not outstanding. I judge a French establishment by their bread, and the sliced baguette was a bit on the soft side. Ordered the carpaccio, stone crab (in season) and steak frites. The fries were great! Would definitely come back for the people watching.

Good bistro with classic dishes. Chicken Paillard could have a lot less tapenade. The scene in the valet parking area is too much! Flashy noisy cars with nowhere to go. Our server was excellent!

Went for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was amazing! We loved it all. Gabriella took amazing care of us. She timed everything just right, was pleasant, professional and was overall great! We felt extremely comfortable and happy the whole night. The food was perfection too. My BF and I work in the industry and truly enjoyed the food, the service and also the help received from staff. First time I was disappointed by service. Certainly polite but timing was off. Wanted us to order dinner at the same time we were ordering cocktails--maybe trained to do that? We were going to split an appetizer and my wife's entree arrived with the appetizer. Did not want the entree to get cold so quickly ate appetizer but second entree arrived much later. We had to track down another server as our server never came to check on us. We really like the place and again server was polite--but needs training

We're fairly regular customers. Been seeing a disturbing trend. Service is getting poorer and poorer. Used to be good to excellent. Now mediocre at best. Long periods with no one checking the table, refreshing water... Missing the basics.

Just a phenomenal brunch. Great view watching the valets at Bal Harbor, but even greater food. My gruyère omelette was fantastic, croissant and pancakes both excellent. My latte was so good i had to order another. A great place for a Sunday brunch.

I thought this was like a European place? Why is the waitress asking me if I want another $150 bottle of wine? Why did I have to explain to her in front of my guests that I would have told her if I wanted a bottle of wine? She really put me on the door in front of my guests. Did not like this much. She was obviously trying to pump up her tip. I may have to find another French restaurant where I don’t get embarrassed or made to feel cheap.
