10/10. Everything was tasty and a good value
portions too small and believe the kitchen cannot manage the quantity of tables they have today
Minimal vegetarian options. Hostess always guide you to the worst seating first. It is always a hard negotiation to get better seating away from crowds.
The server was inattentive and absentminded. My husband had to go in person to get small plates, fork and sugar. We had to ask three times to get bread. Never received the lemon. Very disappointing.
Todo estuvo fantastico. La atención y la comida deliciosa!
Food was bland and nothing special . Will not go again. Worst $300 meal ever
My boyfriend and I love Le Zoo, however, my favorite dish on the menu was the Gnocchi. We planned this dinner for my birthday specifically to get the gnocchi and we sat down and found out it had been taken off the menu. Please please please bring it back. The rest of the food we got was great, we always love their oysters, and I ordered the Branzino and it was very tasty.
Wish I could rate this zero stars because I couldn’t tell you if the food is good or bad because the food never arrived. I’m assuming the food is just as bad as their service, and that the flavor is just as non existent as their manager. For the inconvenience we experienced, we should not have been charged for anything, and the manager should have apologized himself. If I could give you one piece of advice, don’t go to Le Zoo.
Food was spectacular as always - the steak & frites is a must-eat and so are the profiteroles for dessert! The ambience is beside the valet, so a bit noisy and busy but the restaurant is beautiful and chic. The service was good, we had the manager pass by our table and check-in during a busy Mother’s Day weekend. The entree took a little long to get to the table, but it also could’ve been due to the holiday. We were also sat immediately, so I recommend a reservation.
The onion soup is really good, also the beef carpaccio very tasty and fresh. However, we ordered the fried calamari and it wasn’t what we expected.
We got the best service!! Victoria was amazing and the management staff was on point.
Still a favorite go to restaurant for myself and my husband. The Moules Frites and the Grilled Branzino are classic dishes we continue to enjoy.
Our waiter, Tebow (sp?) was outstanding! He gave us great recommendations and the food was authentic French, just delicious! I wish we had gone back the next evening! Indoors was appropriately spaced. Great dining experience!
Service was very slow and we had to ask for water, waited too long for our wine, our check (multiple times). And our seating next to the serving station in the middle of the mall was very disappointing. It was very loud, cramped and waitstaff were buzzing around our table as they served a large crowd.
My wife and I are frequent diners at Le Zoo, sometimes bringing along family or friends, and often out little dog (they are very accommodating). The food is authentic and excellent. Cold cucumber soup and escargot are favorites for us. Eggs benedict and Norwegian and perfectly cooked (with unusually tasty potatoes). Steak is also more dependably cooked than at the fancy and most expensive (and often somewhat arrogant) steak chains around the area. And the profiteroles are terrific. Great wine options too. Love it.
They have great food and staff.
Exquisito y de excelente servicio como siempre
Enjoyed, very much, but didn’t understand why they couldn’t make there egg omelette with egg whites. Must not use fresh eggs
Great food. Cool environment.
Fabulous food, service and attention to COVID regulations. I’d highly recommend!
delicious food, great ambience, and fantastic service by jonathan!
Good food selection, good service and a bit longer than necessary wait time
Food was good service was spotty
Always have a great meal and great times at Le Zoo. So French. Merci
Love the menu selections
Service was very slow. Seemed to be one server with a large section. Took about 20 minutes for a server to even take our drink order. Drinks were forgotten about after that. Food came out timely.
For a casual setting and a no-fuss menu, Le Zoo hits the spot. And you can’t beat the people watching.
We were given a well separated table in the center of the retail stores. The service and the food were outstanding. The staff and the management were very attentive and were very personable. The restaurant makes a wonderful trout almandine which we always order. We were very pleased. The Bal Harbour Shops are one of our favorite destination places in South Florida. We will of course, return.
Enjoyable spot for good food at the Bal Harbor Shops!
Great food and great service. We ate there for brunch and enjoyed ourselves.
The meal is on the salty side. We do love the truffle pasta.
Not very good service
Delicious salad with shrimp and warm dressing. went well with the chardonnay.
Food was great, as always! Service was great too. We had a great time and would definitely come back soon. The tuna tartare is excellent as well as the pasta and scallops!
Great food and great service!
Wonderful service... pleasant setting... average food....convenient to premium shopping
Great Service with a menu that suits all tastes””””
