   Superb dining experience! The 3 course lunch prix fixe menu has an extensive variety of interesting entrees. We enjoyed the delicious halibut and vegetables that were cooked to perfection. Lemon mousse in an almond crust with raspberry sauce was delectable. Wait staff was attentive, overall ambience was perfect for my cousin and myself to enjoy our conversation.    We've been in the Williamsburg area for a year and tried several restaurants. This my first experience and my wife had been here for a group lunch. We both thought the food and experience was excellent, the best of all the restaurants we have tried in the area. We'll be back.

   Went on our 49th anniversary, the wait staff was outstanding-very attenuative to our needs and reinforced the significance of this special occasion. Food, as usual was great, including the warm French bread. We were placed in a sperate room with three other anniversary couples. Nice touch. Received a complimentary glass of sparkling wine at the conclusion of the meal.

    AMAZING FOOD! This is the place to be. Beautiful, clean, airy - like a dream. Had the mushroom-chestnut soup, so savory, so creamy, it could be a savory dessert! Salmon & crab eggs benedict, portions are just right. Crab were chuncks and succulent. Salmon & eggs perfect! You HAVE to order the grand mariner soufflet, you will not be dissapointed. Proprieter is extremely sweet. Will return!!!

    First time at le yaca and it exceeded expectations. It has a good reputation and it is well-deserved. Great wait staff and hostess. Everything from the time we entered to when we left was really just perfect.

    Everything was delicious and prepared to perfection, except for the Bloody Mary. Tasted like tomato juice and barely any vodka. I asked for some horseradish to enhance but someone needs to learn how to make a good Bloody Mary for the Brunch.

    We eat at Le Yaca several times a year and have always enjoyed the superb wait staff. However, the server we had on our most recent visit was below their normal standard. He would disappear for long intervals and when he did show up, we would have to ask or point things out to him that he should have taken care of automatically. For instance, my water glass was empty for about ten minutes in the middle of my meal and I eventually had to flag him down when he was walking by to ask for more water. Other than a less than attentive server, everything else was great!

    There seemed to be long waits between courses coming out of the kitchen. "Waiters" were just standing around "waiting" for the orders to come out. This was our first time in the center, enclosed room beside the bar. The acoustics make the room very loud and noisy. There are so many flat surfaces that create acoustical problems. Perhaps management could soften the surfaces of the walls. We have dined in other areas of the restaurant and have not had that problem. We had to lean in to each other to converse as we did not want to be obnoxiously loud or rude to others dining in the room nor to the servers taking orders from customers.

    We really enjoyed our meal. I had the Thursday special pris fixe lamb 3 ways with tomato apple curry soup and chocolate soufflé. The soup was creamy and wonderful with a dollop of cream to offset the full flavored tomato and curry. All 3 lamb entrees were cooked to perfection and coupled with steamed spinach, lentils and thin crispy potatoes. Everything complemented everything else. The soufflé rounded out a great meal. The service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.
