Le Village Buffet - Paris Las Vegas
We thought this would be a fabulous buffet it states there are over 150 choices with food. However we found very little there that looked appetizing. Most of the main meal options were fish or seafood and there were very few options that were other meats. There was turkey but it was super dry. There was also some pork but there was so much fat on it by them time I cut that all off there was two bites. The only thing we really ended up eating was some pasta and the desserts. The desserts were great however the macaroons were put together wrong and that for a Restaurant in a French themed hotel was a disappointment. For us it was not worth the $60 price tag.
A buffet is a buffet: no ambiance, lots of food but with no personality, poor service (no incentive), poor drinks (wine)
You wonder why pay for that. There are many good restaurants for a similar price, which offer a lot more in terms of quality and service.
Lots of hype but not worth the time. You would do better to goto a fine dining restaurant and have your courses served separately.
Come for the ambiance and the view, food was acceptable, not a lot of choices but it will still fill you up. We like to eat a bit of everything, so it was like having a 3 course menu for the buffet price. Not bad. Wynn buffet offers more variety and different atmosphere but was also more expensive...
This is an awful restaurant. Do not go here, there are better restaurants at a similar price across Las Vegas.
Food choice is okay, however all of the food is bland and made with low quality ingredients.
There is no service of any kind, we couldn’t even find a bowl for the soup and had to eat it out of the mug.
The desserts were slightly better than the main course but not worth the cost.
Food was fresh & excellent. Dishes were not cleared without begging.
Great service and food was delicious
No es el mismo de antes, pero, no está mal. No esperan comida con un toque francés, es más un buffet estilo americano.
Several issues end needed to be refilled. Had to wait. Otherwise all was well.
Great food, great price, told we would have champagne but got very sweet fizzy wine
Do not expect French cuisine. Mainly all American and only adequate.
Food was good for a buffet, not a great deal of choices. The salad bar was lacking variety and quantity but the meat quality was very good. We used a groupon so the price made it worthwhile.
Not a french buffet anymore. Did not even have a line to get in on Saturday night. Basic buffet now but not worth $37.
The meat was cold and dry. I will not recommend this place to my friends or relatives. My daughter came here for breakfast and loved it.
My wife and I have always eaten at the buffet on every trip to Vegas and I’m sure we will continue. However on the trip this week it seemed that the food quality wasn’t as good as in the past and the choices available or varied as in the past. Also, there were no sugar-free desserts out at lunchtime and I had to find someone to ask about it and it just didn’t seem like the service at the tables was this quick as in the past.
Needs more choices of food cause i went for dinner and in my opinion it wasn’t enough variety and choice
After reading several good reviews & guide book recommendations I thought I would give this place a try for Easter dinner. The carving station selection & meat quality was quite good, but many of the other selection really fell short in quality. It truly was you typical buffet, I was really hoping for something better. The service was good & the wait staff was very attentive, not their fau7 the food was below average. On another note the dinning room kind of smelled musty & the small bathroom across from the buffet was disgusting.
Poor food selection. Crab selection was a joke and I only go there for crab
Not up to the quality of the past. No longer have cheese or fruit. Easter they ran out of ham before 1;00 even though many empty tables. Waitress was the bright spot of our visit!
Food was just ok.
Overall everything was good. We just expected all stations to be ready when the doors opened at 7am. Not all the food was out and the crepe station wasn’t even ready until about 7:40. Good thing we weren’t trying to catch a flight right away so we had time to wait. The crepes were worth the wait though.
Resv at 5 pm and buffet opened at 3 pm for dinner. Cooked broccoli was very cold..not even warm. Buffet didn’t appear to have as many selections as in the past. Ordered strawberry crepes with whipped cream and the strawberries were frozen plus the whipped cream was also partially frozen. Prime rib and sautéed mushrooms were excellent and perfectly cooked.
Went back two days later (with 24 others) and food was much better. Crepe was excellent this time and whipped cream wasn’t frozen like the last time. Had a banana/Nutella crepe this time and it was delicious. Went a half-hour later this time (5:30 pm) and perhaps that’s why things weren’t frozen? Service was excellent..from hostess who went overboard to get our large group without a reservation seated as close as possible together. Wait staff were excellent and so friendly. Would definitely come back again.
We had a wonderful woman server, Joyce., could not do enough for us as our champagne glasses never saw the bottom. Food choices are excellent. Walked out full to say the least.
Ambience is great...took us back to the French bistro experiences we enjoyed on our vacation last year. (Restaurant difficult to locate in the hotel.)
Sunday brunch was crowded. A lot a items needed replenishment. Meats other desserts were pedestrian at best.
We've eaten here before and were somewhat disappointed with the food selection. Sorry we didn't try some of the other buffets we saw advertised.
The food was not worth the price we paid, it was barely edible. The only good thing is the service. The waitress was on the ball and extremely attentive.
This is the best buffet for dollar value in Vegas! The service is amazing...we will definitely be coming back!!
WHAT A SHAME, this place was one of my favorite go-to's for breakfast. Wow, sure changed for the WORST. I made a reservation because the lines were so long in past visits. This time, upon arrival, I noticed there were NO wait lines and, once I got in, I discovered why. THE FOOD WAS SEVERELY LIMITED FROM PAST VISITS, MORE LIKE A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST AT A CHEAP HOTEL, LIKE BEST WESTERN. THE COFFEE WAS CHEAP, WATERY COFFEE - NOTHING LIKE HOW I REMEMBER IT. UGH
Sorry to say, I was here 10 years ago and it was amazing. Went back again and was awful. Only using half of the places, food was bland, signs over food wrong or not there, filling up what was gone slow, horrible. In all honesty, if they have me a coupon for a free buffet I wouldn’t good. I paid for 5 for this mess, such a mistake.
This place used to be fantastic. The quality is pretty bad now. The selection is also not great.
Of the several buffets we tried while in Las Vegas this was definitely the best!
The house wine is terrible, the crab legs were virtually nonexistent, and food was only warm, not hot like you would expect. Disappointed.
The selection of items was poor. Feel as if I wasted $40.00. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this restaurant
Would recommend but was not that impressed. Selection was average. Food was ok but not that great for the price.
Great value as part of the Buffett of Buffets 24hr Total Rewards pass. Recommend booking a reservation
Le Village buffet was good but compared with some of the others it was not the best. We visited a few buffets on our trip and they were all better than this one. Although on a previous trip I did go to some that were not as good. so on the whole its "middle of the road" by Las Vegas standards. It was also more expensive than some of the better ones!
During a quite afternoon - limited selection of salads, lots of crab legs some other fish, small cheese plate almost empty. Main dishes - very good prime rib & roast turkey all cold + 5℉ few vegetables desserts !! some but the crepes were excellent.
No worth the money
Try the Crepes. Also make sure to use opentable while in vegas. Priceless
There was some confusion with our group on. We were served champagne which was told was an option. The next waiter was annoyed with us that we were drinking the champagne So kinda spoiled the ambiance for my husband and myself. Otherwise food was very delicious
