Le Village Buffet - Paris Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
My husband, teen-age daughter and I ate at Le Village Buffet before the Eiffel Tower Experience. It was perfectly located for that purpose. With our 6:30 p.m. Open Table reservation we were seated immediately. So glad we had the reservation as the walk-up line was a good 30-45 minute wait. I had read the reviews that said the service was poor, the items were not restocked, and the crab legs were salty. Only the crab legs lived up to that negative expectation, but there were plenty of other delicious choices (crepes, prime rib, mushrooms, rice, potatoes, etc.). We also loved the self-serve ice cream. Okay so we were hungry and easy to please. Our servers were attentive and our plates were cleared without being asked. All food items were plentiful. $115 for three is a fair price for good food in a Disneyland-like atmosphere (think Beauty and the Beast). We may not go again the next time we're in Vegas, but if you are it's worth a one time visit.
It was evening of Holiday (New Year Eve), so choice of food was decent . There were crab legs, shrimps, salmon ( I'm lover of seafood). Also some meat and poultry, cheese, pancake slot. There were a good choice for dessert : lots of cakes , fruits, some ice-cream.
We had a reservation so we got a quick service.
But alcohol was not free that evening. ( Sometime dinners they offered sparking wine for free). So a glass of wine was 9 dollars.
In general everyone can find there something to enjoy. I would recommend.
The food was really mediocre for the price. The meat I had was tough. We came for dinner at 5:00 pm and it seemed that the food was not all that fresh. The only thing that seemed to be put out fresh was the crab legs. They were very small and very little meat. The crepes was excellent!
This was a horrible experience
Our waitress could not figure out how to bring any drinks and the service staff never removed our plates but cleared a table and placed all their dirty dishes on our table while we were eating. And left them there
There were limited labels and most were empty or incorrect for the food item it represented
All the meats were very dry and no one in our group of six thought the food was very good.
This was a huge disappointment from the service and the food experience
It was really good and i had no trouble my open table booking. The food was really tasteful and great service.
In my party 1 person use wheelchair and other one a scooter, there were enough space for them, access, exit, it was really great that they feel comfortable there! Thanks!
The only detail was the noisy plates car that they use to refill the food stationts.
Unfortunately, we never made it to the dining room. We selected this buffet for Christmas dinner because it was one of the few in Las Vegas that accepts reservations, and my group included my parents, who aren't comfortable waiting in long lines. We paid our bill and waited in a tiny, cramped lounge area for 45 minutes before requesting a refund and leaving. Staff acknowledged that they were seating Diamond club members and other priority guests before our party, regardless of when they arrived, and that they had no idea when we would actually be seated. Bottom line, this restaurant should not accept reservations that they do not intend to honor.
An upscale Vegas buffet with dishes inspired by different regions in France. Strongly suggest booking with Open Table as we were able to walk by the hours long line to walk right in and be seated in a sweet little nook rather than in the noisy, hectic open space
What a disappointment! I was so looking forward to dine there. We arrived and luckily we had a booking as at 7pm the waiting time was already over 1 hour. But all that time waiting for such a dinner. The restaurant welcomes way too many guests for the food they provide. We had to wait 23 minutes for them to being back salmon, a queue of over 20 minutes for a crepe (cold) and sushis never got refilled when finished in the whole hour we were there. I ate bread and butter. Then I was looking forward for the desert buffet, well not much better there, creme caramel and crème brûlée never showed up and the macaroons were so dry that it fell like eating dry bread.
And they are asking over $35 for that and $20 for the kids. We had bread and my kids had an ice cream for desert.
Do not bother, not worth the wait neither the value. Will definitely not recommend except for avoiding.
Table service was fantastic but a few of the buffet stations were empty for quite a while before they were replenished.
Food was delicious, the best being the peanut butter cookie and marshmallow crepe, but don’t eat the crepes too soon or u won’t manage to eat everything else you want to try!
Good value compared to other buffers in Vegas.
We had two dinners at Le Buffet. The first was our first night in Las Vegas. The second was Christmas. The regular dinner was less expensive, and the food was better. On Christmas, the staff seemed to be overwhelmed. The food was not as good, especially the vegetables. We did find good prime rib tucked away in a hidden corner. The roast beef I got at the regular serving area was inedible. There was even a disparity in desserts. The regular dinner offered fruit tarts, which weren’t available for Christmas dinner. I’d skip holidays in the future.
I enjoyed the food. There were many options of food. Each station was set up like a different part. The best station were the deserts to choose from, there was a vast array. The only downside was that the prime rib was rather salty; tone that down and it would have been better. The Mediterranean pasta was the best of all the pastas dishes. I would eat here again.
As far as buffets in Las Vegas this one is mediocre at best. We only went because it was one of the only ones that took reservations and we didn’t want to wait in line on a Friday night. While the selection of food was only ok highlights include the crab legs and the crepe station; the chef there was happy to make anything, regardless of the menu, as long as he had the ingredients. Also our waiter for our table was pleasant and very efficient. Overall it was fine but, with all the better choices, we will not return.
Every time we come we are never disappointed with the team that welcomes us and the wait staff is so pleasant and attentive. The food is hot and fresh never looks as it has been sitting out for long. Great selections of deserts awesome is the only word to describe them all .
Selection of food was very limited. The temperature of the food was lukewarm. The dessert bar was very nice. The host and the table server had no personality. Cashiers welcomed us with a smile. The sushi was dry. For our anniversary dinner and Circus 1903 we were very disappointed with dinner.
