A departure from the traditional Las Vegas buffet, this extraordinary Paris Las Vegas dining experience takes buffet dining to a higher echelon by featuring live-action stations, the freshest ingredients and food cooked to order in a remarkable French village setting. Le Village Buffet at Paris Las Vegas brings to life five provinces of France through culinary expertise and visual attention to detail. Each station is themed for a particular province and features an intricate facade designed to replicate the architecture of that region. Meals are prepared as they are ordered to ensure the quality and freshness of each selection. A large selection of pastries, pies and an assortment of sugar-free delicacies are offered from Le Village Buffet's dessert station. Paris Las Vegas visitors dine in a village-like setting at the Paris buffet, where you may choose to eat outside in the town square or in a casual dining room.

We went to the Paris buffet for breakfast while on vacation in Las Vegas. The food was fine but the service was atrocious. We ordered two bloody mary’s that we never got and never saw a server. It’s not worth the money.

Very disappointed. Food was marginal. Expected much better from a French restaurant. The only thing worth getting was a crepes.

The hot crab was very good but cold also. The prime was outstanding and juicy, soft it was delicious. They had variety, I am ADA so my food was brought to me. But all was good. The desserts were sweet and nice bite size options.

The food was good but not incredible. Dining on the strip in Vegas is no longer a bargain.

Food was mediocre. Didn't see the 5 provinces of France noted on Web page. Disappointing, but food was okay. Our server was awesome. Scenery is amazing. Got us in right away with reservation.

We tried the buffet for breakfast several times and lunch/dinner each once. The breakfast choices are by far the best with the most choices. Lunch was ok with the prime rib but no prime rib when we ate dinner at 9pm, only roast beef. No kid friendly foods like chicken fingers and ff’s although there was mac and cheese. The roast turkey and pork was ok although a bit on the dry side. The staff and service was excellent each time we went. The buffet pass is a great option and really should be advertised more. The breakfast waffles and crepes were amazing.

Overall decent experience. Food was good and mostly appeared fresh. Drink refills and bussing was a little slow but server was nice albeit busy. This is the best of the non-mega buffets.

The food was old and cold. The meat on the salad bar was dry and curling. Food was soggy or dry. Many items were either completely out or there was very little of it.

We were seated quickly, and had wonderful service from the staff we interacted with. They were both on it for things like water and removing plates, without being intrusive or pushy. The food was fantastic, plentiful, kept at the correct temperature, and well displayed. Best buffet in Vegas.

Donato, our server, was excellent. He served us hot crabs and butter. We felt like we were in a sit down restaurant. There was no need to remind him to refill our beverage and wine. He knows how to please the customer. The food selection was very good and the ambiance was nice. We will definitely go back again.

Using Open Table for a buffet reservation is a must. There was a separate room for check-in and there was no waiting. It was awesome.

Went there for Sunday dinner, there were empty spots where food should have been. Poor selection, food not hot, no labels on what you were eating. Cheaply made deserts, some cookies, soft whip ice cream. When I asked where all the food was, I was told there was only one chef on duty to make anything. Very surprised at the poor quality and not well run restaurant. Rugs were dirty, décor and furniture needs replacing. Went to Le Café ile de St Louis. Much much better.

In addition to the traditional French cuisine choices, this buffet has a selection of sea food, salads, very tasty roasted meats, made-to-order crepes. French-themed deserts were also very good. The seating room is much smaller than other Las Vegas buffets, so, making a reservation via OpenTable was a good option as we were seated in a more quiet area. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this buffet.

We ate in a small side room and had a relaxing, delicious experience. We went early, 6:30 on a week night and it was moderately crowded. Glad we made a reservation and were allowed in a different door. The wait line was long. Salad bar with crab legs was great. Made to order crepe station served as appetizer course. My husband and I split a delicious spinanach and artichoke crepe. Several good dinner items - duck, pork loin, roasted chicken, prime rib. Many sides- mac and cheese, potatoe options, and veggies galore. Dessert was also delicious- warm bread pudding, macaron, flan, creme brûlée. All in all a great dinning choice. The Paris is a beautiful hotel to walk through, too.
