We made reservations for le souk only to be texted that morning that all brunch reservations had been moved to their sister location of Mykonos on the other side of the island. The food at Mykonos is ok but we had just been there a month earlier for a friends birthday and did not want to repeat.
We were asked to move to another table in order to accommodate another party in the middle of our dinner. I thought it was quite rude especially since we were given the option to choose our seat. Very disappointed in service.
We went for my cousins 25th birthday - took 40 minutes for the waitress to take our order. We got margaritas and it was straight sour mix, so then we ordered vodka sodas and it was just straight water. We then thought maybe we just go for the straight shot since clearly mixed drinks weren’t their strong suit - we ordered tequila shots and it was straight lime juice. Worst experience I’ve ever had in Manhattan and will not be returning back.

This is has to be worst dining experience in the world.....no one should go here it should be shut down, terrible horrible experience......no lights, soap or working toilets......the waiter cleaned the table I sat at (after standing in the cold for almost 30 min reservation was for 9:15 got seated at 9:40)with dirty cloth napkins from a table where guests had just finished dining.....that is only half of the issues the other stuff is just too much explanation.....disgusting horrible place.
Horrific experience, needs new management asap. Got there at 8:30pm and didn’t get my waiter till 9:45. Got up and left.
Went there on Valentines Day and after being seated for 30 minutes, no waitress came up to our table. There was no water on the table. I had to get up and find a waitress just to order drinks and hookah. The waitress said she would come back to have us order foodbut never did. She came back with drinks but gave them to other tables and we weren’t sure if those drinks were for us. The service was bad. I don’t understand why it was like that on a busy day like Valentine’s Day. Like I understand indoor dining just opened up, but get it together. If service is going to be that bad and y’all knew the restaurant was going to be understaffed, don’t even open up your space and create that experience for your customers. It was 9:30 close to when the restaurant closes at 10 pm and still no one came to check up on us and take our order. We weren’t the only table that had those issues where we were seated. It was frustrating and I definitely wouldn’t go there again. The set up is like a club set up, small tables, great music but definitely not a place to go to have a intimate dinner with a partner especially with the type of service we got. My bf was so upset, it kind of ruined our night. The tables in the back where we were seated wasn’t getting any attention from anyone. We left after awhile but was so upset that our time was wasted here.
I have been here before and have sat inside, great food and ambiance so I had high expectations. We were sat outside in the green house. The service was horrible. Server (female light brown hair) was not friendly at all and did not greet. Our food took forever which the table next to us noticed and were also complaining about the service and food taking long the wrong food was bought to our table and then our entrees were cold. Just so disappointed.
My experience at the restaurant was horrible I was there for about an hour and never received any drinks no food not even service from a waiter and it was Valentine’s Day I was kind of excited to come back to the restaurant they literally proved me wrong all the way about your service
Things I liked: the ambiance, the dessert, food honestly tasted okay, free birthday shots for my friend & I courtesy of the nice manager
Things we did not like; the service was very slow maybe because it was the first day of indoor dining, the music could've been much better (just find a good playlist) and the bathrooms omg don't even get me started. Post covid they are struggling but I would give them another shot
I stood at the entrance for 5 minutes before I was helped. The hostess was busy and no one else offered to help. The waitress was being overworked with 10 tables. It causes us to wait long to get our drinks before we asked for them twice. This situation wasn't the employee's fault but due to poor management.
Terrible please I was waiting for the food one and a 1/2 hours when they brought the food the test was not good.
Had a reservation at 1pm on Valentine’s Day and had a pulsd voucher. Took almost an hour to get drinks to hour table and took about an hour and a half to receive our food. Called the manager to let her know and she made a classist comment when I asked her about what took so long. She was like you look like maybe you’d know someone that can help. She was very rude. Will be taking my business elsewhere. The experience actually ruined my Valentine’s Day brunch.

Really good customer service and super warm in the outdoor seating. I could literally take my jackets off.
Went for a bottomless brunch. Great meal in a cozy, warm, lovely decorated outdoor area. Food was fast and delicious and servers very personable. Only complaint was the mimosas - they were made on the weak side so we asked for more champagne in the next round and those seemed much better. We got a voucher on Fever and for $40 both had a great meal. Will be going back for sure.

Good food. I used the Pulsd $35/2 brunch deal. On thing that I was disappointed is that the additional $8 was added on the receipt with $14 gratitude.

i had a reservation for 9:30 pm and the manager wouldn't allow us to be seated as they were closing 15 minutes earlier than expected. please don't allow customers to make reservations if you will not be seating them.
Incredible outdoor seating and authentic middle eastern food. Highly recommend for a lively Friday or Saturday night with amazing music!
People that got there after us was served before me and my wife. The waitress gave us horrible service and tried to charge us a $25.00 tip for VERY poor service. It took here 20 minutes to close the bill. The drinks was not good at all. I brought a Pulsd so that's how I found this restaurant but I will not be going back nor will I recommend anyone to gather either!
It was my first reservation at Le’souk and I was so impressed.The wait staff was very welcoming and attentive,I enjoyed hookah and my drink was so yummy Henny colada 😍We went upstairs and they have so special view nicely decorated there was also DJ spot with music 🎶
I’ve got my food it was OMG ,so good .They have a lot of Mediterranean bomb dips and appetisers .Their special Moroccan Cigars were the best I’ve ever tried .From main course I’ve got a couscous mergez and my boyfriend got a Seafood paella it was fantastic .
We finished our night with honey Bakhlava 💕

Came here to have food with some friends. Loved the staff! Very accommodating, I had my sister come and even though they were busy they still were able to find seating for her right away. We had sliders and the merguez sandwich. DELICIOUS! For dessert I had a chocolate creme brulee! Heavenly!!! Fun place to come with anyone. Thank you so much Happy!
Don't buy the dinner promos for Le Souk, it's a scam! We purchased a promo from Pulsd for a 3 course dinner at Le Souk on 11/16, but when we got there, they told tell us that we can only order from a "special menu" for the promo, which was a reduced version of their the full menu! I mentioned to the server that the promo clearly states in bold letters that "All selections will be made from the restaurant's full dinner menu", and nothing was written about a "special menu", but she would not honor it. By this point, I did not want to go on arguing with her any further, in fear of them spitting in our food, so therefore I let it go. I don’t mind selecting from a special menu, but if this was the case, it should've been stated on the promo, and I should've had the option to review this “special menu” prior to making my purchase online! Although the food turned out to be good, and I probably would have gone back again even without the promo, but now I don’t think I ever will, because I don’t trust this place any more! I think it’s really shady they pulled a “bait & switch” on us like that! This place just gives me bad vibes! It’s infuriating and unprofessional for a business to treat customers like that, because it seems like they only want customers to come once only, not customers that are happy returning customers!
Terrible experience! It’s definitely changed since Covid food is terrible it isn’t the same like before ! Waffles were cold , it was just horrible !
This was amazing , the food was great and the owner happy came by our table and was so sweet. We enjoyed the whole meal, and definitely recommend a get together here! What an amazing time!

This was an awful experience, there was one server on staff when we arrived even though it seemed there were other staff milling about. Our food orders were not only extremely delayed but wrong and although our drinks were promptly delivered the deal we had relegated us to what we could easily replicate with a small amount of cheap prosecco and minute made frozen concentrate.
We felt extremely bad for the server on staff who had to field all of the tables by herself, although our orders were wrong and we only had 5 people we were charged the full amount and mandated a 20 percent tip which I hope went entirely to our overworked server and not retained by the establishment.
I've been here many times before, never disappoints.
Great value for Brunch, the food and drinks were delicious. Only issue was the location of the bathroom but nothing that would stop me from coming back again. Looking forward to the next time.

Celebrated my birthday here for dinner. Low key but still felt fancy. Ambiance was nice with the music. Food was delicious, drinks were good and our waitress Amira was so nice!
