Situated in the historic airport terminal of Bowman Field, Le Relais offers a fine dining experience like no other in Louisville. Here you’ll find exquisite French cuisine, prepared with only the finest, freshest ingredients, combined with relaxed, first-class service and an intimate, 1940s art-deco interior reminiscent of the café from the movie “Casablanca”.
We are also open every last Friday of the month for Lunch from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Please visit open table to make your reservation.

                                                                                              From the moment we walked in it was AWESOME! The hostess was very welcoming and it just got better! We took our nephew to one of his first fancy dinners. He was impressed and loved it and every one was so nice. Food was excellent and everyone loved the great time!

                                                                                              I worked in the space when it was Hoe Kow Restaurant. Walking into the restaurant gave me an immediate feeling of familarity and calm. A large retirement party was happening so the restaurant was on the louder side, but we still enjoyed celebrating our friend's 65th birthday. The service was top-notch! Our server was attentive without being overwhelming. We started with appetizers of escargo and calamari, and both were delicious. Our group enjoyed either the trout or scallops for dinner; absolutely scrumptious! We ended our meal with servings of profiteroles or creme brulee and each dessert was divine. High marks on all fronts...

                                                                                              Le Relais is a gem tucked away in Louisville that delivers a remarkable dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the professional service stood out—prompt, attentive, and incredibly polished. The staff made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout the evening. As for the food, it was nothing short of spectacular. I had the halibut, which was perfectly cooked, light, and flavorful, paired with just the right accompaniments. My companion tried the Milanese chicken, and it was equally impressive—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, with a delightful balance of seasoning. To top it all off, we sipped on French martinis that were mixed to perfection, adding a sophisticated touch to our meal. Le Relais hits all the right notes: excellent service, outstanding cuisine, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of place that you look forward to revisiting, knowing you’ll be treated to a truly exceptional dining experience every time.
