A top French style bistro with fabulous food and bar. The nicest and most knowledgeable serving staff. A bijou of a venue.
We will be back!
Great service as always with Peter. Delicious duck, chicken and desert.?
Felt like pre-pandemic (except for the masks!). Busy busy evening at Le Petit Restaurant. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. All in all, a totally enjoyable evening
Lovely restaurant with a vast menu of choices and wine. Visited on a Friday evening and the food lace wasn’t humming! Great staff and experience for my business dinner! Will return!
Food always great and good value for the money. We are regular patrons and will, return soon.
Le Petite has become my favorite place in the Valley. Excellent cocktails, could have a bit more extensive wine list but ok for the size of the restaurant and French cuisine. Staff is very friendly and attentive and food is outstanding at a fair price. Love the coziness and amibiance.
One of my favorite restaurants in LA. Food is very good. I always get the mussels, the sauce is amazing. Also tried the apple tart for the first time and it was one of the best desserts I've ever had. Staff is friendly and took very good care of us. Thank you and I can't wait to come back next time I am in town!
We’ve been going there for years but I think the food has slipped a bit.
Fabulous. All food even better than last visit. Excellent beef carpaccio, escargot and mini blinis with black truffle perlage. Excellent duck and pumpkin ravioli. Salmon very good. Grand Marnier and chocolate souffles Excellent and coffee was delish as well. Luxardo cherries would really top off Manhattans and Old Fashioned drinks better but they were very good regardless. Easy valet parking. Cheery crowd dressed casually to smart business casual.
Amazing birthday dinner. The food was top notch, the service was efficient and attentive without being overbearing.
We started off with dirty martinis and the fig and burrata salad. The presentation only accentuated the fresh and balanced flavors. We chose pasta for our entrees. My wife got the mushroom black truffle ravioli and I got the angel hair picante. Both pasta dishes were cooked perfectly and were both very flavorful even with a minimal number of ingredients. The restaurant was then kind enough to provide a birthday tiramisu for dessert!
Highly recommend this quaint bistro whose decor and ambience is very reminiscent of what you might find as you stroll down the streets of Paris. Will definitely be back!
We always have a good meal here. The service is excellent.
Outstanding food. Service is fast, servers are super friendly and knowledgeable .Bar is excellent.
This restaurant has charm and character. We'll be back!
We hadn’t been back to Le Petit Restaurant for quite a while, and were pleasantly surprised that it was just as good as it was several years ago. Delicious food, great menu and caring staff. We had the Lake Superior white fish and the fresh fig and burrata salad. Both were fabulous!
Food is extraordinary! Amidst all the fake "French" restaurants in Los Angeles ,Le Petit Restaurant is a jewel of a genuine Parisian bistro in Sherman Oaks.
Service is expert ,helpful and fast.
Solid, neighborhood bistro. Anything you order will be excellent!
I wish I could give this place 5 stars. Our server deserves 5 , he was amazing and very attentive. sadly they messed up on our orders. my sister ordered the angel hair pasta and asked for Not spicy...( food comes out and she couldn't get past one bite) my friend ordered the Chicken Picatta and asked for no Zucchini ( food came out with zucchini) they are both allergic to these. however, the onion soup, the eggplant tart, the baked Brie, my wild salmon and my Friend's lamb chops were tasty and perfectly cooked! I was disappointed that the manager on site didn't come to our table after the two mishaps and check in with us.. oh and we were charged for the angel hair pasta even though it was returned full plate.. overall a 2.5- 3....
Outstanding as always.
appetizer, food, wine, and service were really good.
they have good wine list and full bar but not cocktail menu. my suggestion is to make cocktail menu as well.
Had mussels in a delicious broth fries were crispy and the martini was shaken at the table. Lovely.
Great comfort food that was well prepared. Service was great too. Not your typical French restaurant.
Fabulous experience at this intimate little neighborhood French restaurant. Love dining on the sidewalk Dash – felt almost like Paris were not for the frequent loud motorcycle passing. Could not have asked for more from a service perspective and our charming server.
Every dish we ordered from the wide ranging menu was excellent. I would return here for a wonderful every day meal as well as a special occasion. Kudos to the kitchen and entire staff at Le Petit.
Food was excellent, great wine list, service was quick and the grand mariner soufflé was marvelous.
Great staff, food and ambiance!
I love this place! It’s one of my favorite places to eat
This is a very cute little restaurant. The food was very good but the restaurant is very noisy and the tables are very small. Overall I would still recommend.
Le Petit is consistently good. I enjoy the place very much and have been going there for a long time.
Great service and amazing food!! Our party got there a bit early and they were so kind to seat us early. Great employees!! I will recommend this place and also return!
I’ve been going to Le Petit for many years, it’s consistently is what brings me back. Decided to eat only appetizers, though, expensive it was most enjoyable—- I’d go just for dessert.
As close to Paris as you can come within Los Angeles.
It’s a very special restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food
Enjoyed the food in this restaurang. Ample portion and service was exceptional
Always great food. Feels like you’re in Paris.
This place is ALWAYS amazing and has some of the best traditional French foods in LA. Also not to mention the hands down real Chocolate Souffle (not a lava cake)...
Excellent service. Good menu selection. Noisy inside when the restaurant is full. Quieter in the patio and in the area between the patio and the restaurant proper. Good wine list, decently priced.
I have been several times at Le Petite Restaurant, but I haven't paid attention to prices until last night. Four little scallops for 40 dollars (that was what my boyfriend had because the menu said Jumbo scallops but without how many scallops). I had a veal that was salty and little; I ended up hungry. Very disappointed
Head to La Petit Restaurant to celebrate a special occasion!
One of our all-time favorite restaurants! Recommended for any occasion!
Le petit is always a great experience for us. We’re already looking forward to our next visit there.
This will be my go to restaurant in the Valley - new to me until now.
Great food at a reasonable price for the quality, interesting menu and bistro flavor.
