Le Petit Paris
They decided 15 years ago to create their first restaurant in Cannes, Le Petit Paris, Parisian brasserie, located in the middle of the international film festival city.
In order to give the opportunity of an unforgettable experience in Cannes to their international clientele, they decided to run a business on the beach with the combination of well being, relaxed and lay down on the beach with a cocktail and enjoying a gastronomic food.
David and Fanny were always striving to be surrounded by great collaborators in order to provide a real “savoir-faire” to their clients. They have been known worldwide now thanks to their hard work and dedication.

Ordered several items on the Dinner and Happy Hour menus. Food is okay for the price. Service was kind of slow and perhaps not because of the servers, but because there’s not enough of them serving the amount of patrons they have. Overall, Price wise they are reasonable, but we were not properly charged at the happy hour rate for our drinks. Didn’t bother to complain at that time because the servers seems overwhelmed and may take more time to adjust our bill. Although $12.00 is $12.00, I didn’t want to add more work to the servers who although are very nice and polite, but overwhelmed with the amount of people they have to attend to.
Great little restaurant that we will add to our rotation. The cuisine is oddly a mix of French and Italian.
Had a 1/2 dozen oysters and Seabass ceviche to start. Nothing special about the starters.
For entrees, the signature $65 pasta was a hit the night we went (we observed many tables opt for it). We split the pasta and split the Duck Confit. Duck was okay - probably wouldn’t order again. Pasta was really good. I initially thought the pasta was just going to be performance art and not that great, but we will be getting that again next time we go. The buttery sauce was incredibly good; it was very tasty.
Drinks were really good as well - I opted for a Classique and wife opted for the Speciale (some cucumber drink).
Restaurant seemed to be staffed very well (almost over staffed) and we had two different management-type people check-in on us during the meal. Even though I thought the restaurant may be over staffed, the only issue we ran into was our mains were only warm and not hot; we waited a few minutes longer than typical between starters and mains. I’m guessing the food was ready, but the runners or server had missed it.
Will still come back - the ambience is great for dates and the pricing was reasonable for an LA restaurant.
French onion soup was very salty, food was overrated for the price. Did not enjoy the food what so ever.
Excellent comeback after a hard year!
Same amazing food, friendly staff and beautiful new setting! We will go back home away from home
We requested outdoor seating, showed up right on time. They said it would be 5 minutes if we wanted to wait at the bar. That was obviously just to get us to spend more money because 1 glass of house red wine and 1 Johnny Walker Black neat came to $34. Ten minutes later the host finally told us our table was ready and led us to a table INSIDE. We said, no, so he took us outside and found us a table. It was much better. Ambiance was fine. Food was fine, but I told the waitress I wanted to have a glass of wine with dinner and the dinner showed up before she even took my drink order. I like to have my wine with dinner so I'm waiting and my food's getting cold while I wait for the wine. And I won't even go into how the wine order was messed up. There was free Creme Brule since it was my friend's birthday. The food was good, so no complaints there. Overall, not bad, but also not one of my most memorable experiences either.
Atmosphere was a 10/10 but food was just okay. Liked the French onion soup more than their $65 signature pasta. Better pasta at Olive Garden.
Absolutely amazing food, every dish served was a roller coaster ride of flavors. Favorite dish was the flaumbeed truffle pasta, wonderful taste and unforgettable flavor. Drinks were delicious as well, I got the “dark knight” and it was very enjoyable.
So delightful to be back at Le Petit! The food was delicious, and the staff was so happy to see people back.
Loved everything about it
Fantastic! Looking forward to coming back soon.
The ambiance was amazing.
The service was top notch.
The meal and the drinks were unbelievable.
Georgia is a fantastic waitress.
I was also very impressed by the menu selection.
amazing service, amazing food. amazing cocktails, all while staying relatively affordable
It’s a nice restaurant but don’t get the
Pasta that’s $64 it’s not worth the presentation. And the burger was not good either.
We really enjoyed our time there. The cocktails and food were really excellent. We spent almost 4 hours at dinner which never happens, we even canceled our next reservations because we were really having a good time.
Such a great experience! Merci
I've been to this restaurant before Covid-19, and was always pleased with the food and service. This Saturday I took my son and his wife to celebrate his birthday. My order was not complete, and no real apology given, and my children was not cooked thoroughly. I was disappointed with both the food and the service.Perhaps they were too busy and didn't have enough servers working. The main floor was packed,we were seated upstairs and I was thankful for that. The restroom area needed attention as well. Maybe they are still trying to resume business as it was before the pandemic. I'm not sure if I would return, the place is a beautiful place to dine, I just wish the food and service were on the same level of excellence, it has been in the past
Overall, it was a very nice experience. The service flow could be strengthened a bit. Example: there were multiple drink errors, a lengthy wait time for appetizers (35+ mins and we were some of the first patrons to order upon opening) and the dinner came out in two trips with my dinner out first and waiting 8-10 mins for the second meal to arrive while mine was getting cold. Everyone was very nice, absolutely no qualms with that. The food was delicious. I do recommend. Just be aware that there might be some delay or multiple hiccups with your orders. However, the general ambiance is quite pleasant.
It was beautiful inside and the waitstaff was very attentive! The French onion soup was great and very flavorful. The Eiffel Tower desert was good and was very cute, but I wish it had more ice cream. Cocktails were also very tasty.
Great service from Katie. Great tasting food. French onion soup was great, very sweet onions. Pepperoni pizza had a thin, chewy crust. Steak frites was cooked perfectly and delicious. Lemon pasta was bright and buttery. However, entrees we very slow to come out. Also felt nickel and dimed. Charged $10 to upgrade to truffle fries although to upgrade the regular side of fries is only $7? Charged for bread. Charged the extra 4% service fee. I still tipped 20% since Katie was excellent.
Sooooo HAPPY to have the truffle pasta wheel back at Le Petit Paris. The side yard is perfect for the outdoor dining!
We MISSED you!!!
My first time back since they reopened. I am so glad they survived. Everything was wonderful. We did have to ask for the A/C to modified, and it was done.
The drinks and dessert were amazing. I love escargot & I was very disappointed with it. The cheese plate was also amazing.
Visited on a Sunday evening and it is extremely nice and elegant for a casual post-lockdown family dinner. Service was very attentive and the food was just the right amount of quantity, presentation, and taste for the type of dining experience it offers. Will definitely recommend others to try. A++++
A wonderful grand interior in a beautifully restored older building. Just re-opened after being closed for 14 months due to the pandemic. The menu choices are a bit more limited for now as they rebuild their staff. I spoke to the owner and his daughter who were very gracious. They’ve added a very attractive outdoor seating area. All the food we had was delicious - very well prepared. The service was excellent.
Ça fait longtemps !!!!!
Very glad to be back here. This is my wife’s favorite restaurant.
They told us most of entree was not available after we sent our orders in 30min
We love the place! The new outdoor patio is amazing. Food was excellent. We had a great time all around.
Escargot, mussels, & little gem salad were excellent. Broth for the mussels was great, but they give you two pieces of hard toast instead of a French baguette for unclear reasons. Ultimately paid extra to have them bring me a baguette. I ordered the “special” truffle pasta that is prepared table side. They brought the cart to my table and left it there for 15 minutes. Then they came over and took the cart away. Then they brought the cart back after another 15 minutes. Finally after another 15 minutes with no one coming over to prepare the pasta dish, I gave up and asked for my check. All the food I was served was excellent, but I think the servers were overwhelmed. They did comp two of our drinks. Still wondering how you go to a French bistro & do not get served baguettes.
The roasted beets were quite good. The Boeuf Bourguignon was more of a stewed short-ribs dish but tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. The space was lovely but seating was uncomfortable and cramped: I could reach out and touch the next diner. Definitely not CDC recommended spacing.
Restaurant ambiance, service and food was incredible.
Glad they are open again.
Our reservations was at 10:00... we were seated at 10:15.... wasn’t brought out water till 10:50.... did not see food till 11:23... I think I’ve said enough lol
My favorite restaurant in all of Los Angeles! The ambiance of the beautiful grand dining room is so elegantly romantic. The warm staff and management are so welcoming. It's as if you are their favorite cousin visiting for a holiday meal. The new enlarged outside patio is a perfect edition. The smart French cuisine menu is just delicious. Welcome back Le Petite Paris ..you were missed.
Amazing restaurant with brand new beautiful patio! Great food, cocktails and music 😊
The ambience and decor is one of the main standout points of my visit. The rack of lamb and scallop risotto was delicious! Top off the night with a creme brûlée and chocolate soufflé! A great experience
Steak was cold and chewy. It looked visibly seared but didn't satisfy. Staff was great but the meal was sub-par.
Great food, great service, fun atmosphere with Jazz!!!
Service was very slow and our waiter couldnt be bothered to check in on us. Luckily the manager was lovely and picked up the slack. The food fell short of expectations. The mussels while tasty were over cooked and bordering on rubbery. French onion soup was more cheese and bread than soup and onions. The truffle french fries had no sign of truffles or truffle flavor. Lobster linguini had excessive amounts a cream and was topped with large shavings of cheese which I quickly removed - seafood and cheese is sacrilege in italian cooking. To be fair the lobster was cooked to perfection. Lastly, the grand marnier overpowered the crepe suzettes. For a French restaurant, the menu was overly Italian with an assortment of pastas and risotto. And we were brought olive oil and balsamic vinegar to go with our French bread while we had mussels and french onion soup? Won't be returning.
The service was great, the food amazing and the atmosphere fantastic. Will always come back.
It was a good, the concept that you have to order the appetizer and dinner together made us wait more to wait for the appetizers come and had nothing to eat with drinks for a while
The service was too bad. We waited for 20 mins for our appentizers and 40 mins for the entrees. The food is highly overpriced and it does not that impressive. Not really recommend and won't come again
The service was amazing. Mediocre food... do NOT order the squid ink pasta.
