We went out for my birthday with our children. Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks. My birthday dessert was so yummy. We will definitely go back.
Very disappointing compared to past experiences!
Following all guidelines for Covid. Service was great. Food was excellent.
Great food. Great experience. My wife had a great birthday dinner.
Fantastic. Heather was an amazing server. We had the best time. We felt safe the entire time. Never disappointed at this spot. Keep up the good work!
We had a great time on Sunday. It was sort of a birthday celebration for a couple family members. Our server was friendly and very attentive. The crowd was down from a usual Sunday so not as noisy as usual.
Service in a pandemic is tough, but the team at Le Moo did a great job. The food was excellent, especially the Wagyu. Also had the bread/dips starter, the Pacific Halibut & Scallops special and topped it off with the Persimmon pudding. Would get it all again!
Food was great, waitress was attentive, just not super friendly.
The food is excellent at LeMoo!
Love the Cocktail Menu to start the evening.
Our waiter knew all the details to every question asked
Celebrating my daughter's Birthday and the complimentarty Champagne was a nice surprise!
Went to celebrate my stepdaughters 22nd birthday. Food was good and the service. However, I feel like the server got one over on me. We both ordered the “special” but he didn’t say the price but I knew from looking at the menu the price ranges. He asked what kind of salad we wanted and I assumed it was included with the “special” but of course it wasn’t and i didn’t even really want a salad. The special was basically the menu price with additional add ons. I expected to pay a higher amount since we also got alcoholic drinks and an appetizer and especially since it was a special occasion but for two people our bill was over $200. I expected over $100 but that was a little much. That was the first time we had been there for dinner and will most likely be the last.
We went to Le Moo to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had some of the best food in Louisville ! We highly recommend this restaurant. Our waiter was fabulous! Great food and a great experience!
It was our 25th wedding anniversary and with Covid-19, dining at Le Moo made it extraordinary. Everything was exceptional.
Great patio and meal!!
Our first time at Le Moo. It was a very enjoyable evening. Our waiter, Steve, was extremely nice and helpful. Only wish we had room after the meal for dessert.
Service, food and drinks were amazing as usual.
Perfect date night. Quite intimate setting server and food were amazing
I went to Le Moo for brunch on Sunday with my daughters and granddaughter. It was wonderful!! Best brunch in Louisville!!
Food was excellent!!! Service was great! Great set up for COVID precautions. Felt very safe.
It was loud and rushed. Too many servers/dining room help. One guy reached for my plate before I finished. It was like they were hurrying us along to get to the next guest. Food was tasty and pricey
I'm a huge Le Moo fan and have brunch there quite frequently. I really don't have anything negative to say, nor do I typically complain about restaurants and my dining experiences. But, we used to look forward to the thick cut maple bacon and it "seems" as if it's not what it used to be? Has the bacon changed potentially due to supply issues or is it my son and I being goofy? I recall even the menu stating it was maple, but the bacon now is thinner and definitely isn't maple coated, crusted or whatever. It definitely won't stop me from going back, but a friend who was with me even asked if it had changed.
Fantastic brunch. My husband ordered a peanut butter concoction, and I had "Oh No She Didn't". We also enjoyed the scrumptious biscuits and bacon. Great way to start the morning.
It was my first time eating here. Service was good and steak was cooked perfectly. Will be returning!
I personally have been to LeMoo on four other occasions for dinner over the past few years. This past Saturday I took my wife for the first time to celebrate her birthday and this by far was the worst experience I have had there. I ordered one of the specials which was a surf, turf, and surf and my wife ordered a surf & turf as well however her steak was oscar style while I opted for the lobster tail.
The seafood portion of our meal was great and everything we expected after placing our order. The steaks however were nothing at all what I had before at LeMoo and fell way short of the expectation. In fairness, I typically order the choice filet and the meal that I got this time was a sirloin so I understand we are comparing apples and oranges. My wife's meal however was supposedly a filet and it tasted exactly like my steak did which makes me wonder if she got the right cut or if the waiter told us wrong when presenting the specials. Both were on the tough side and extremely "chewy". Nothing at all what I am used to getting at LeMoo and what you would expect from a premier steakhouse.
Our anniversary was in June and I took my wife to Brooklyn & The Butcher that evening. We spent exactly the same dollar amount, $280.00 including gratuity, and the steak that night was a lot better. All in all this latest experience will not keep me from going back to LeMoo because my prior experiences were exceptional. If this had been my first time however it definitely would be hard to get me back there for the money we spent.
The service was good, I believe that our server's name was Justin. He asked us how our appetizers were and how our drinks were. I do not recall him asking how our dinners were or else I would have conveyed this same message to him at the time. If also would have been nice if they had acknowledged my wife's birthday since it was noted in our reservations. Not the end of the world but sometimes the little attention to detail makes a difference.
Food was great service was great. Only recommendation I would make is that they have so many food/drink specials to have those down on paper to see. I’m a visual person.
Excellent place to eat. I would recommend this place to anyone
Let me first start off saying that the server was excellent but my wife took me to this place for my birthday I left a note acknowledging that it was a birthday dinner I ordered a bone in ribeye it was the worst ribeye I ever had in my life mind you I went to Ruth Chris on Tuesday the 21st and there bone in ribeye was wonderful they wanted to allow me to try something else but I refused and just wanted to leave out of this place I may add my wife's meal theChilean sea bass she said it was pretty good they removed the price of the bone in it ribeye, I played and removed myself from this place quickly, I expected an outstanding meal and what u received was a great disappointment sorry but I'll always go somewhere else, this is only my experience, yours may be totally different have a blessed day
This place did social distancing and covid prevention 100% correctly. You don’t always see that. Food and service was wonderful as usual.
We met friends for dinner at Le Moo and everything was excellent. The social distancing and the safety precautions put our minds at ease. The food was wonderful. We had the filet, the chicken and the salmon. Everything was perfect. We also really enjoyed the KTs spinach queso dip! We highly recommend Le Moo!
The steak was exceptional as always. The staff was courteous and COVID conscious. All around great experience.
Just moved to Louisville. Wanted to find a great place for brunch. Prices are reasonable and there's outdoor seating if you're not comfortable sitting indoors(Covid). I appreciate the temperature checks, extra cleaning provided by staff, and masks on every employee. Great find!!!
Awesome dinner again!!! Thank Le Moo!!! You never let me down!!!!
