Great service and very personable staff. Wife and I went for our anniversary and they had a card waiting foe us on our table and made our experience special. Will always keep them in mind when looking to celebrate a special occasions
Not the La Moo we had come to love. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were 10 min early for our reservation and were seated immediately.
Some of the special touches are gone - like method of handling leftovers. Menu is not quite as good. The Salmon was good. The beef stroganoff was quite a bit less than average.
Generally just not a special event as it used to be. It’s one of many average destinations to which we will not be returning.
Everything was amazing, as usual! We had the wagyu pigs in a blanket, queso, and the mussels appetizers, and they were all perfectly prepared and delicious. My husband had the wagyu fillet, and I had the 8 ounce prime fillet, the steaks and the sides were tender and perfectly prepared, mouthwatering delicious! Best part was the service. Walter our server was perfectly conscientious and available and really cared about giving us a great dining experience.
One of my top 5 favorite eateries in Louisville! The decor and atmosphere have a real New Orleans vibe. The food is creative and delicious. And the servers are always very attentive to all the details. If you haven't enjoyed some time at LeMoo, put it on your bucket list!
Service was outstanding we did not have to ask for anything. The Waygu steak is hands down one of the best steaks I have ever had and the Tribeca oven breads appetizer is amazing!
Great staff and atmosphere food needed a bit more seasoning but very good cut of steak.
Filet, baked potato, and mashed potatoes were all amazing!! Server Nermish was awesome and attentive.
I had the dry aged porterhouse. I asked for it Pittsburg rare, it came medium well. The cut of meat was poor quality. It was tough, veiny, full of ligaments, and fairly tasteless. The side of asparagus included 5 small spears which looked rather pathetic on its own plate. The server came back toward the end of the meal to check on us (he did not deliver the food and did not check on us immediately after we started eating) and I told him about the cut and showed him how it was cooked in a cut directly through the middle of the filet side of the porterhouse, a clear mid-well. He apologized profusely and said they needed to fix it and disappeared for 15 minutes before I could tell him we were done with the meal. He came back with another cut that was closer to medium rare, still not rare, but better. I cut into it and ate some to be polite and the quality of the cut was just as bad as the first, albeit not overcooked as much. With tip and a bottle of wine we spent over $500 on this meal. It was our first time out since covid and I couldn’t be more disappointed. A $103 steak should be far better than this. Maybe it was an off night or they had issues with supply or new kitchen staff, but this was a very disappointing experience. The waiter tried but I really wish we could have just had the dessert and left.
This is our go to for special dinners as well as brunch and everyday dining. Service was exceptional. Wine and drinks were great and we had a wonderful time as always. Sadly, our steaks were overdone this time which was unusual. We ordered medium rare and both got medium - almost med well honestly. We opted not to send them back since we were in a group and had after dinner plans. Otherwise was an amazing night and would highly recommend. Love being able to pay at table electronically. We back for brunch this week.
Very nice, great food and service! Will return.
Great food. Great ambiance
I will definitely be back! Great service!
Our third time to eat at Le Moo. It was delicious as always. We tried the Spinach Queso appetizer & it was amazing!
Quite disappointed with the overall quality of the food. For the money there are many better options in Louisville.
Great setting with exquisite food. Will be back!
Amazing Atmosphere, wonderful place for spouse birthday evening !
Steak was very good. Nice atmosphere. Server was very attentive.
Best steak ever! Lovely experience! Attention to detail is phenomenal in this restaurant. Restaurant is lovely. Upscale but not stuffy. An absolute must try!
My family takes me to LeMoo every year for my birthday. I always get the American Wagyu filet and it is so perfect. We got free dessert as well.
Another beautiful evening at Le Moo with my fiancee. Dinner was on point as always.
Food and service was excellent! I’ll definitely be back.
Everything was really great. The restaurant was pretty busy & crowded. There is no telling who you may run into there.
Leo our waiter took great care of us. Brunch contains lots of choices and Jumbo Mimosas for $3.
Our steak was perfectly cooked and the service was excellent. We also enjoyed our booth in the bar area.
First time here. I am not a big steak eater, but was definitely worth the trip. Our server Jill was fabulous!!
This is my new favorite restaurant. It was absolutely delicious!
The food was good but not great. The restaurant was very clean and decor was really cool. Staff could smile more!!
Always the best brunch experience! We don’t go anywhere else!
Great service as per usual. Perfect company to dine with. Pork rinds were soggy; substantially below any prior visit as far as quality.
Rib Eye steak cooked exactly right. Tasted fantastic. I will say, save your money on the sauces. The steak does not need them. Has the other steak houses in Louisville beat, hands down.
My son said the choice filet was the best he’s had and he’s a steak snob. The cocktail shrimp were huge. The salmon was enjoyable. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Overall a very nice dining experience.
It was a nice experience. I did have to send my steak back because it was over cooked but they provided me with a fresh plate & a free dessert.
The food was very good. My order wasn't prepared how I ordered it but it was fixed. The prices are somewhat high but we had a coupon so that made up the difference.
Great service and delicious food. We loved the LV table and the privacy we had for our small group. We were there for 3-3 1/2 hours and we really enjoyed our time and meal there.
Simply amazing! Lucked into the Louis Vuitton booth for our visit…such a great experience!
Loved it! Great Vibe. Cool menu, great food and funky bar with outstanding cocktails.
Wish I could go there more often but it will be my “go to” in. Louisville
Overall, our experience was a pleasant one. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, the food was excellent. My husband and I both got steaks- his was supposed to be med-rare and mine medium. They came out opposite, but we switched and it was fine.
Our server (Justin) could have been a bit more attentive - he didn’t seem to have more than 4-5 tables but we saw him rarely. Twice we were served a course and had to wait for the proper utensils to arrive - once after flagging down a passing busser. When we paid the bill, we realized that he up-charged two items on my husband’s entree without calling out that they would cost extra (it was a special with size options and shrimp or scallops). Having been a server for a decade, this never impresses me. I would not have done that just to increase the total bill by a few dollars.
I would go back again for the food, but I would definitely ask for a different server.
