    KAY was hospitable and welcoming. This was our first time visiting, and well worth saving up for. Dinner for Two did not disappoint, was seasoned and cooked perfectly. Cocktails were excellent. I was disappointed in the lack of variety BTG for wine. California regional reds really were the only options. They had a few whites but nothing stood out. Nothing from across the pond worth noting BTG. Most of what sounded good was bottle only and a little over priced. Im being extremely picky at this point. We will be back for sure!

    Service was not as good as it was last time we ate there. Waiter forgot it was a birthday dinner. Had to ask for bd desert. Also he was supposed to take off age of birthday boy from check. He didn’t offer and we had to go back in and ask for this, which they did do. There was cold air blowing on us the whole time we were there. We asked early on if they could reduce the blowing but nothing was done an fitness not addressed again by the waiter. One of our steaks was overcooked and sent back to the kitchen. The rest of us were finished eating before a new steak cooked correctly was brought. It just seemed like we were overlooked too often especially for the cost of the meal

    This is the 1st time I had a terrible service, I took my friend there for the 1st time for her, the food took over an hour and my food was cold and burn. The waitress never came and explain to us that they only had 2 cook, never refilled out beverages, it was just horrible, I don’t think I will be going back any time soon.

    The food is always great at Le Moo however, the service is not. Every time I go I make a reservation, my table is never ready on time and we always wait. The servers always rush us through our meal. This last experience, the waiter was clearing dinner plates off of our table while my guest was still eating her meal. He then proceeded to take her dinner plate while her fork was in hand in mid bite. He didn’t care even when I told him she wasn’t finished. He cleared her side item that she never got the opportunity to eat and said he’d bag it up and leave it at the hostess stand. So incredibly rude. There was no reason to rush. So many open tables. When we we’re finished we went to the hostess stand to pick up my friends leftovers and the girl behind the counter held up her hand in front of my friends face as if to tell her to wait and then walked away…😳 So rude. I am so embarrassed that I took my out of town friends to Le Moo and this was the experience. The food is WAY to expensive to be treated like that. Honestly, I should have known better because things like this have happened before when I have been there. So disappointing.

    One of the best fine dining experiences! Our waiter MARK was literally in the top 5 servers ever!! We were not rushed. Drinks were perfection. Steaks, bread (worth ordering), sides. All perfection. We were way too stuffed to even think about looking at the dessert menu. Or if you're in Louisville for even one night, do not miss this restaurant!!!!!

    Our server Mike was wonderful! My Steak Diane was so very tender and had wonderful flavor! I just can’t say enough good things about this dining experience. It was a great place to celebrate a birthday! Outstanding!

    Mediocre food presentation and taste. I always liked to dine here while in town. However a restaurant with this price point should be more consistent. Service started out great yet became cold and then non existent. The multiple confirmations were also annoying as I was traveling.

    Amazing staff and food. We have visited this place a few times and enjoy it every time. We sat outside this time in the beautiful weather, and it was so quiet and calming. The food never disappoints.

    Excellent food, I'd highly recommend, the decor was beautiful, the filet was top notch and the mushrooms were to die for, also the persimmon pudding was by far the best I've had.

    LeMoo is always a nice experience! The service is great, and the best part is that myself, a vegan, can go to a steak house and still have a vegan designed entree! It is so nice not to have to modify something in order to enjoy a dining experience with my family. It would be nice if they would make a vegan option for all courses as well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it was quite cold inside.

    The noise was way too loud! My wife and I came to have an enjoyable brunch but we were seated in the bar area and it was ridiculously raucous. We had to ask to be given silverware after we received our food. We had a reservation but our table wasn’t ready when we arrived so we had to wait about 10 minutes. The good was good though.

    Would have been nice to know that we had to request to sit in the main ballroom. We were sat in the bar…not pleased and then they wouldn’t re seat us. When I make a reservation we should have been seated in a better area. Also the crab with the Oscar style had no taste.

    They sat us in a little hallway type area. Just big enough for a table and to be able to walk to it. Not enough lighting to read the menu. The waiter was very helpful. His name was Mike.

    Fantastic dining experience! It began as we were greeted at the host stand with a glass of champagne. The food is always top notch! Service was great! Le Moo is one of our favorites and it never disappoints!

    The food was amazing, our server was very knowledgeable when it came to menu suggestions. Cocktails were so good I was wanting to try all the ones advertised. Service was quick and we felt catered to. They even had a special birthday arrangement for my girlfriend. We will be back!

    LeMoo is always good. Brought my mother to LeMoo for Mother’s Day and she enjoyed it. I was disappointed with her steak as it had a piece of gristle that went through half of the steak making it very hard to eat.

    I wanted to love our visit since I’d hyped the place up to my family. Dinner and brunch are very different experiences. I love brunch at le Moo. Dinner, was meh. Food was delivered at varying temperatures, not everything was hot that should be hot. Cold lamb ribs, cold steaks, cold& hot crab legs, and piping hot sides. We asked several times for sodas, we got two of the 3, an hour later. And asked for the 3rd again after the food arrived, we were told that server doesn’t do that but they’d grab one. My recommendation is to go when they’re not busy, or just drink water since you’ll get that when they take your order. Items from the bar were served faster. I think our experience is more an issue of how busy they were. The food, tasted fantastic, but served cold made it disappointing for the price point. Highly recommend the bread basket with the sorghum whipped butter. That is addicting!
