Food was delicious but the poor waitress had to many tables. Took us 15-20 mints before someone came to the table. Another 10 mints to get a glass of water.
Food left too much to be desired to recommend. For an expensive steak I’d like there to be flavor. If I did not get the truffle wagyu butter my steak would’ve been incredibly bland.
We thought the steaks were mediocre and flavorless. The texture was good but we did not buy additional sauces because at that price we are used to the steak speaking for itself. It definitely needed something
Aside from having to wait more than 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated everything was great.
Always a great place for a family brunch! Lots of choices to satisfy a big crowd!
Nicki was very attentive and personable! The food was fantastic as always
Had Sunday brunch with friends. Excellent
I was really excited to try Le Moo since we’ve heard such great things. However our visit for brunch was really disappointing. We only saw our waiter once when he took our drink order, we waited quite a bit then once we received them we asked the woman who delivered it if we could take our order (she was really sweet and helpful) then once we got our food which also took a long time, my salmon on top of caesar was completely raw. I’m a big sea food person and eat salmon a few times a week and acknowledge salmon is prepared medium however this was raw on the inside. I waited a while longer til another woman who was filling our waters offered to take it back to the kitchen. Finally our original waiter (the 2nd time of us seeing him) brought back my salmon which was still raw unfortunately and inedible. However the grits were phenomenal and the two girls that helped us were very proactive and helpful. I don’t know if I’ll dine again.
What a fantastic experience! Walter and the rest of the staff were just perfect. By far the best restaurant in the midwest.
The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. Igor was our server and he and his team were very attentive but not overbearing. The wine list was way over-priced and just ok for a high end steakhouse. We would go there again.
I had a high expectation about Le Moo, but unfortunately it was a deception. My husband and I choose Le Moo to celebrate our Valentine`s Day, and we got a lot disappointed.
We arrived around 9 PM, and the restaurant was still busy, so the Service was slow. I requested water with no ice, but I believe the server forgot about it and It never arrived to my table.
We both asked for a NY Strip steak Prime, which came with a lot of fat. WE needed to discard a big portion of it.
It was cooked as we asked, and the taste was good but was not so tender. I have eaten steaks better than I had there.
As a dessert we requested a Pecan Cheesecake, which was good but nothing exceptional.
Definitely it doesn`t worth the money. The only thing that makes me happy, is to be sure that I won`t go there again.
Tried the tenderloin steak flight. It was absolutely delicious!
We ate at Le Moo on Valentine's Day weekend, and they had the entire place decorated for the occasion. We were celebrating our anniversary, and we even received a personally written card. The food was incredible. I'd highly recommend the queso appetizer, and you can't go wrong with any of their plates. A wonderful night at a unique location with incredibly kind staff.
In Louisville on a birthday trip for a friend. Two good meals (strip, filet), one OK (strip was good, side of mushroom medley was not), and one was not good at all (Beef Stroganoff). Top 3 disappointments of my adult food history when compared to expectations, as this place came highly recommended. Especially for the price point. The dishes that weren’t good were both woefully under-seasoned and our service, while cordial out of duty, seemed displeased we weren’t going to be an $800 ticket, and then was middling at best. There is Good vibe and a fun bar. If I lived here, I would give them another shot, but visiting only, and if we ever come back to Louisville, we’ll likely try others.
We had a wonderful time. Food was exceptional as always. We were a bit disappointed a few of our favorites were not available as it was a special Valentines Weekend menu. Quality was great and staff were just wonderful. Highly recommend.
Fantastic food and atmosphere. We went on Valentine's Day weekend and the service was fantastic during a seriously busy night. One of the best spots in terms of quality in the city. It's definitely an expensive night out, but well worth it.
Claimed steak was dry aged, but it was tuff and you literally had to saw to get a piece, no flavor at all.
I love a great steak, I don't mind pay for the privilege, will not return. Had better for cheaper, paid for size not taste.
Good food as usual. No complaints!
Valentine’s Day- Delicious!!!
We went on valentine's day for the first time. Waitress was very nice and was helpful with the menu. We did end up sitting at table in between another couple which you could clearly hear everyone's conversations since we was so close but we made the best out of it. Overall I feel like we could've went to longhorn steak house for the same meal just cheaper. I would come back here again for a special occasion and request a booth.
Fantastic dining experience! Top notch service all around. We had the Miyazaki Wagyu Streak. Highly recommend giving a try at least once.
Everything was amazing! The best mussels I’ve ever eaten. The king crab and ribeye were also superb.
Steak that melts in your mouth with a unique ambiance! Great service!
Food was excellent, but music was loud!
Food was good, atmosphere was amazing, but the service is what stood out the most. Absolutely the best I’ve experienced. Would return just for that.
We had our kids with us for Valentines Day. Great experience, we ate early to not disrupt anyone else trying to have a nice evening. We were in and out in a perfect amount of time. Thank you! Valentines Day changes with kids!
Although we had reservations we waited about 10 minutes for our table to be cleaned. We walked in and there were a large number of open tables so not sure why wait. It was Valentine’s Day brunch, the hostess tried to put us in table right next to large group. I requested to move to another table. The hostess visually rolled her eyes at this. She generally seemed displeased by doing her job in any way. The server, though, was amazing. She was sweet, attentive, but not intrusive. The food was ok. Nothing outstanding for the price. I would probably go to the Drag me too Brunch for the entertainment, but not otherwise. Frankly the hostess ruined the whole experience.
It was a first time experience for my fiance and I. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back. Everything from customer service, wait time, taste, portion...everything was excellent.
Good good, impeccable service
We really enjoyed the experience, a unique restaurant with excellent food and a fun and friendly staff.
My wife made the comment that she thought it was one of the finest steak meals she has ever had.
Ate here two years ago and have not stopped talking about the experience and could not wait to return.
Our waitress was outstanding, the appetizers were prompt, well prepared and enjoyable.
It took and extremely long time for our steaks to arrive. We were asked to cut into them to see if they were cooked correctly. Four of the five were overcooked. I was very disappointed seeing I had highly recommended Le moo to my guest. The manager was very accommodating however the damage had already been done. Will have to reconsider my options in my future visits to Louisville.
