Award winning local beef, pasta, seafood, desserts & craft cocktails. Hot bar, 100 bourbons with tastings. Beautiful ambiance, outdoor dining, and the bac
This place is a zoo. It is very noisy and very crowded. Parking is a hassle. We had never been there before. We saw a nice menu online, but when we got there, they had brunch going with a different menu. The waitress gave us the regular menu, but one could not order much off of it.
Brunch was amazing thanks again for letting us experience the Louis Vuitton Booth!! Truly amazing!
They need to have the drag show entrance relocated to the back, separated from regular reservations. This is my third battle with the foyer congestion just for brunch, it’s not pleasant.
Another wonderful brunch experience at Le Moo. We especially enjoyed the service we received from Zanaiya. Thank you!
A drink was recommended by the server so we ordered it. After receiving the bill, the drink was $24 each! Glad we didn’t order second round
We celebrated a birthday during brunch hours. The menu was perfect for our kids and us. $1 mimosas were a nice treat too. The servings are large and can be split if you can agree on an item. There are lots of choices for everyone!
Food was delicious and service was great. Reservation was right on time.
We arrived at 11am. We received water right away but waited over 20 minutes to get any service. Once we did get service it was like our waiter didn’t listen to anything. We ordered a small pot of French press coffee and only were given one cup, then we both ordered a small mimosa. Our drinks arrived at 11:30. Our coffee came with one cup and I was given a large mimosa that I was told would be comped. My wife then asked for a Mimosa again and he asked if we wanted any appetizer. We ordered the queso which came out cold. We then ordered our meal. I ordered the breakfast burger and he asked if I wanted something besides fries as the side and I said no the fries would be fine. When our food arrived so did another plate of fries. We didn’t order those but I wasn’t sure if that’s how the meal came. It was on the bill. My burger was cooked medium but the outside was so charred it took away from the whole meal it tasted burnt. It was by far the worst waiter I have ever had in my life. He needs to chose another profession. I have never not been able to communicate with someone before.
Our first time eating at Le Moo. Great food, service and ambience. Delicious Nigroni cocktail as well.
Food and service was amazing. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Attention to detail is top notch. Hard written card in our table upon arrival for Happy Anniversary and glasses of champagne, free, to celebrate. Definitely a special event place, at least for us. But a very nice treat!
My favorite for a great steak. The steaks are the best
It was just so overpriced. The steak was good but not great. I felt like it was just way to pricey.
I love this place! My all time favorite restaurant. However our server Steve seemed to forget about us. We were on a time crunch and he didn’t take our order till an hour in.
Also was never afford the opportunity to order dessert.
Other then the service everything else was amazing!
Anniversary dinner with my wife. They gave us complimentary champagne to start the evening to celebrate. From there everything was perfect. Excellent service from all, and the food was amazing. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back...soon!
Our server was very good and polite. However the food came out cold and had to be sent back in and instead of replacing the food with new they heated it up and was not very good. I took my meal home and pitched it the next day. This was my anniversary dinner to celebrate 36 years and wished we would have selected another restaurant. Other then the desert we ordered for the table which was very good. Everything was overpriced and sub par.
Steve was our waiter and he was fantastic!
Le Moo has fine food & a great “space”. However, I expect exceptional service when my bill for 2 people is $196. Service was poor. We walked in & were “greeted” by a host(hostess?) who had the personality of a paper plate & it seemed we were inconveniencing them from doing absolutely nothing else. They tried to seat us in a side area that had a large, loud birthday party. Why would you seat anyone in that area when you are not busy? I don’t want to celebrate someone’s birthday. I don’t want to be near loud celebrating people. So we asked to be seated elsewhere (again it seemed we were causing such a problem. We ended up in a booth in the bar area. Our server was nice, pleasant. However his attention to us was way below standard. We waited a long time for drinks. Our salads came quickly our steaks took forever. It took forever to get 2nd cocktails. And they weren’t busy - just seemed like a general lack of attention. Customer care standards should be higher than this when the restaurant is so expensive- I feel I’m paying not just for food, but also for experience. Le Moo failed at the experience.
Food tasted wonderful, would definitely recommend for someone looking for a special occasion restaurant and really well prepared steak!
My new favorite place to have brunch!! It was wonderful.
I had brunch here and it is a Steak restaurant, I ordered the omelet with the Filet and was told that they are out of the Filet. So I ordered the same omelet with bacon and they sent the wrong omelet. Strike 3 the waiter did not come back after that until the bill was ready. The place is beautiful and the Mimosa was awesome for the money. I will give them a second chance but my first experience was disappointing!
Had a reservation for 8pm on Saturday 3/16 for 10 people and did not get seated until 8:45. The manager gave us free appetizers for our wait but we had an entire night planned out and the rest of the night that we were late to because of dinner. When we got there they claimed our table was being set up and would be ready shortly. 3 different people in our group spoke with the manager about what was going on and why we had to wait so long. We were told there was a party still sitting at a table they needed to set our seating arrangements up with and they had paid but were just lounging around and not leaving. Then as we were standing there waiting for our table, a table of 13 was seated before us because "that was the only place a party that size could be seated." Absolutely unacceptable. We had a reservation I made weeks in advance for a reason. The third time we talked to the manager he then got snippy and sarcastic with us which also was not appreciated. The service afterwards though was wonderful and the food was absolutely delicious. We still had a good experience as far as food and service from the waiter but was very upset with the way we were treated and the wait we had.
We had the best time at Le Moo! We were in town for an event and it happened to be my birthday. They were very accommodating, the service was great, and our food was great as well!!! Thanks to the staff at Le Moo for making my birthday very special. BTW...we never had queso and pork rinds before and we are all going to have to do that again.
Le Moo is well located with plenty of parking. It is known for its excellent beef and it lived up to its fine reputation. We were pleasantly surprised to find the by the glass wine selections reasonably priced. Our party of five had two choice steaks, two prime and one American Wagyu. All were excellent. The prime is worth the extra money and so good that you really dont have to spring for the $78 10 oz American Wagyu filet. It was my birthday though and they credited your age against the cost of your entree so the Wagyu entree was practically free. It was superb.
I recommend Le Moo for special occasions and whenever you have a yen for fine beef. It also has a great salmon and a daily fish special. On my last visit I had the sea bass and it was excellent. This time they had corvina but we were an all beef table and so I can't tell you how it was.
Best steak my husband and I have ever had! Amazing! We highly recommend.
Food incredible. Drinks also incredible. And service second to none.
It was very good food but too pricey for what it was worth. I get very good food at Texas Road at half the price. The service however is outstanding. Everything else was great.
Bar area by the patio door is not the place to sit if you want to be comfortable. The door to the patio where employees and bar patrons go out to smoke causes drafts on cold days. We mentioned it to management and they tried to make things better, but after the door opened for the 3rd time (twice after we mentioned it) we asked to be moved to the dining room side and enjoyed our meal. All servers were very good and the food was wonderful. Try the Starter......WAGYU Pigs in a Blanket with the bacon jam.....they are so good! Ask for yellow mustard on the side (It completes the dish IMO) :)
Awesome service. Food was great.
Food and service was excellent as usual. Price is quite affordable for a Sunday brunch. Wide selection of breakfast and lunch meals. Kids menu is great and they love the food.
There for a birthday dinner for my mother. Sister and her husband also with us. The one thing that made the night was our server Jamie! She was great. Personable. Interactive with us. Kept up with our drinks and didn’t come by too much. Food was Great as usual. Tried he Mexican mocha for dessert .. NICE! Was a great night. Thoroughly enjoyed our time
Phenomenal food and great service. Perfect for a special occasion.
Server Roya made it extra special. GM took our first-timer guest on a tour and provided lots of info on the restaurant
One of our favorite dining places in Louisville. The food, service and atmosphere are always at the highest quality.
Awesome place. Great service. Food was delicious. Will definitely be back.
Think$135 is a bit much when we shared a meal. Overpriced but delicious! If I go back it will probably be for brunch since so expensive
The Prime Fillet was the best I ever had. It was so soft and delicious, I saved it for last like dessert. The loaded baked potatoes were very good as was the asparagus. However, for the price, I didn't get that much asparagus. Service was exceptional and was very friendly.
Loved everything about Le Moo. Great service, food and ambiance. Few things that are out of the ordinary: choose your own French or English steak knife, food valet ticket for left overs that you pick up at hostess stand on your way out and check served to you in a romance novel which was fun to read a page out loud.
Birthday special of your age off of your entree for a table of four was a great incentive. The food and service were both excellent. Plenty of parking was a plus as was the moderate noise level. Place is on the pricey side but worth it.
