Expected food to be good. Was a bit salty for my taste and the fish was dry. If you spend $35 for Salmon it better be cooked right. The $45 fillet was smothered with mushroom sauce which was salty but the fillet was cooked perfect.
Hyped up beyond belief as top 25 in country. Menu had a lot to offer which I did like and they were very accommodating to create an amazing meal for you. Fact is I asked for a dry age ribeye medium rare, what I got was an average steak over cooked and cold. They did Como the steak for me, but at that point after waiting for an hour to get my main course after apps, it did not matter. I wanted my steak when I wanted it, cooked to the correct temp and HOT. Top 25 in country is not even close, in New York this steak house would not make the top 25.
Leah was amazing and took great care of us!!!!
The food was outstanding as always, the mimosas are wonderful and our server Roya was so happy and attentive.
The food and ambiance was excellent. Unfortunately our server left much to be desired. At this price point, having a server who disappears for long periods of time, leaving your group with empty glasses, seeming annoyed, and messing up split checks is unacceptable.
Our server Brad was awesome! Would definitely recommend LeMoo to family & friends!
Worst service ever and I had to speak to 2 managers before they took the steak I ordered and wasn’t cooked right after sending it back twice off my bill. Took 2 1/2 hours to eat dinner because the service was so slow.
Excellent service, nice atmosphere, delicious food.
Our waiter was vey nice and knowledgeable. However, just not sure the price was worth it. I hate to say it but, in my opinion, Outback has as good a steak. Best for a special occasion.
Absolutely one of the best dining experiences you can have in Louisville!
Le Moo is one of my favorite places to go for lunch. Food is always delicious and the waiting staff is always friendly and attentive.
It was not as good as we expected. Kind of a let down. The food was disappointing.
What a great meal and service!! Our server was perfectly attentive without being overbearing. She knew we were there for our anniversary and helped us celebrate with a champagne toast and dessert. The food was excellent. My wife and I both got steaks of course. They were cooked perfectly and the flavor was great. The dessert was the espresso chocolate cake and WOW!! it just melted in your mouth. We are excited about coming back.
Very busy Sunday brunch. A little loud, but overall great time with dear friends. Great coffee
I love this restaurant, however on this visit I was disappointed. There were a few issues, the most significant being the $100+ Tomahawk steak was over cooked and dry. I split the steak. My portion wasn't near the bone, so I knew it wasn't ideal. However I was surprised by the quality. My sons ribeye was OK. Nothing special. Even though we had reservations for 4 on open table we were sat in the bar. It just wasn't a $300 meal when I compare it to other fine steak restaurants in town. My favorites at Le Moo are the cesaer salad, salmon salad, and burger. For fine steaks next time I'm going somewhere else.
This was our third time visiting Le Moo for my 10 year anniversary, it was great. Great food, wine, service, and atmosphere. Got right in with our reservations. Loved how they made our anniversary feel special and asked for any special requests. Thank you Amber for being a great waitress.
New Years Day family dinner
New Years 2020 brunch with the family. Never disappoints. Always great food and service.
New Years special was perfect. Chase is a great server. Enjoyed celebrating our Anniversary and New Year’s Eve with y’all. Be back soon!
We have eaten their several times and this was my only bad experience. My 10 oz Waygu Filet was way overcooked and had no flavor. I sent it back and they did cook a new one, but it was scorched on the outside and did not come close to my wife’s prime filet. The waitress did ask the manager to come by and he did offer a free piece of cheesecake; which I thought was not very professional considering my steak was $89.00. We will be back, but hoping for a better experience as I chalked this up due to being NYE. We came in October with a party of 7 and
had a great meal, so I know what they are capable of .
Love this place everytime we come. Great food and atmosphere. The staff is friendly and they over the top to make your experience perfect.
Always a great steak and a great meal! NY strip Oscar style prepared a perfect Medium rare. Collard greens are a tasty side. Caesar salad great and with anchovies to boot! Add a nice Cabernet and you will be happy!
Had a wonderful New Year’s eve brunch at Le Moo. The service was impeccable, the food was hot and without blemish. The only frustration was trying to decide on what to order! We already have our next reservation made.
It was a really good experience and I had an amazing time for my best friends birthday. :)
The food was good, the service was good, but if I’m comparing cost to experience, it was lacking. I don’t mind paying for an excellent dining experience, but this is one of the priciest places I’ve gone and I felt like the price was not appropriate to how much I paid. You live, you learn, and I learned that I won’t be going back, especially with all the exceptional fine dining options in Louisville.
Le Moo is like most of the restaurants in this group, overpriced and very underwhelming. The only somewhat bright spot is the brunch but it’s still underwhelming. They really need to up their game.
Excellent food and polite wait staff in a really cool environment. Brunch was delicious, and they have a great deal on mimosas. A couple things you should know, the menu says the omelettes are made with six eggs which makes you think that a normal human cannot eat them but they must use smaller eggs because it is an appropriate sized dish. Also they don’t tell you that with your breakfast entrée you get a very nice salad with strawberries and balsamic which is delicious.
Le Moo never lets us down. My husband and I go a couple of times a year. Amazing food, cocktails and service every time.
This was a Christmas gift to my extended family members. I like treating them to a nice meal to provide an "experience" rather than a gift they may or may not use. This one was over the top good. Everything was perfect. Pricey but oh what a great time we had. One of our appetizers was the 10oz Miyazaki Steak cut into 12 equal pieces so everyone could try. That was phenomenal and really set a good tone for the rest of the meal. Our main waiter was one of the best I have ever had. He could explain and relate to everyone at the table. Fabulous overall experience!!
I don’t remember the last time I walked out of a restaurant. Unfortunately for them we were not the only table to leave. Unattended and no food. Hopefully, they get their issues fixed.
Food and service were exceptional. Sea scallops were perfectly prepared as were the asparagus and mashed potato sides. The rest of my party ordered different cuts of steak and everyone loved their dishes. An appetizer of queso/pork rinds was a great start and we finished with excellent servings of cream brûlée, cheesecake and rum butter cake. I tried the wonderful tiger lily cocktail while others enjoyed an old fashioned and the forty niner. All in all it was an excellent evening!!
Spectacular service ! Food was very delicious. Would definitely go again.
Horrible service and a manager that didn’t care. 1 .5 hours to get food and then one plate was wrong and another 30 minutes before wrong plate was served. Won’t go back- 2 more couples we saw just around us upset and left.
