Slight confusion on the timing because I had a reservation for noon on Saturday and because they’re changing times as of Tuesday I received a phone call. It all worked out OK. Service was as per usual very good. The company was the best ever!
We went specifically for the burgers tonight. There were 4 of us. They did not disappoint, really the best burger in Louisville. Such a safe environment too. They took our temperatures and untensils and napkins were delivered in plastic bags. The tables were set up very socially distanced. We had an amazing experience with some good wine, the special fried okra and amazing burgers with the perfect grind.
Le Moo took COVID protocols very seriously but service was still impeccable. Food was delicious and was quick. Loved the contactless bill pay. Darius was so thoughtful, courteous, and attentive.
As always, Le Moo was wonderful. Wonderful service along with a great ambiance. Food was good and was even able to find stuff for my girlfriend to eat as she has food allergies. We visit twice a month. Great Place!
Great food, great service
Our entire experience was amazing. The food was incredible, drinks were heavy, and the atmosphere was fun and intriguing. We loved every moment and would go back in a heartbeat.
It was the perfect end to a weekend in Louisville. It was a quiet Sunday night and we were taken care of by the bartender and she was excellent. This was on November 8.
The third wasn’t as good as what I had remembered . The service was excellent!

We had brunch on a Saturday morning. Their COVID measures are top notch. Temp checks, barriers between tables, packaged silverware, everything. Our server Darius was fantastic and made great suggestions. Maybe the best part is a $5 jumbo mimosa with double champagne? But also the chorizo hash... you have to go!
We have not been out much during this pandemic - and when we do go out, we are extremely careful about selecting a suitable restaurant - one that observes the proper protocol to protect its customers from this risk. This one did it all RIGHT. The food was just as we expected it to be - delicious, and our waiter,Tracy, was extremely friendly, professional and efficient. The rest of the staff was the same. We received the service, quality and safety that we expected. It was a memorable, enjoyable night out for both of us. Kudos to Le Moo.
My fiancé and I were very excited to dine at Le Moo, we waited months and then finally made a reservation for brunch. When we got there things started off rocky with service, we waited 10 min for a server to come and take our drink order and another 10 min for our drinks to come and to place our food order. I understand COVID has made service difficult, however it did not stop at that. My fiancé ordered the Not Your Fathers Oldsmobile and I got the Shrimp and Grits, we waited 45 min for food when our server came out and told us my fiancé's order could not be completed because they were out of the meat and brought my meal out cold. She also stated that they were out of an abundance of other items and asked what did we want to order instead. We don't quite understand why we were not made aware that they ran out prior to my meal coming to the table. We ended up decided to package my food and leave. No further compensation was made for our time and frustration besides removing my $3 mimosa from the bill, while my fiancé's $6 drink remained on there. Super frustrated with the service there, we don't normally leave reviews but this one was disappointing.
Everything was excellent from our server to the food. I felt safe with their social distancing as well.

Went for a friends birthday and was a good time but a little disappointed no lattes for brunch and no milk alternatives or gluten free bread options. Otherwise very good and understand Le Moo is carnivore focused, but when the menu says they can accommodate... seems like common staples to have on hand. Its 2020 and almond milk is practically a household staple!! Very good all around though and service was awesome!
My company was without peer and the very best part of the visit, but Darius provided exceptional service. We have been there before, but I would definitely like to have Darius attend to our needs anytime in the future.

Our dinner was great! Everything was prepared as requested. They have made changes to the restaurant because of Covid-19 and we felt very safe dining there.
We were a little apprehensive of the experience being worth the price at first, but we were pleasantly surprised! Great food and fantastic service! Definitely worth it!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Le Moo. My husband had the aged ribeye steak and I had the lobster tail. Our evening was perfect and we enjoyed it very much.

My family and I really enjoyed our dinner at Le Moo. It was a birthday celebration for my wife and since I made a comment on my reservation that it was a birthday celebration the staff went out of the way to acknowledge my wife's birthday multiple times.

Our server was very slow, and made us feel he was doing us a favor to wait on us. We were there celebrating a birthday, and after the meal we asked about a complimentary dessert and he said, "you just received your meal free", so we paid the bill and left. We love LeMoo and have been coming there for years, however this was the worst service we have ever received. Everything else was wonderful!!!!!
Service was absolute 5 stars, appetizers were pretty good (great shrimp cocktail), but the steaks were a total let down. No crust, no flavor and I got the dry aged New York strip. The steaks I pick up at Whole Foods and cook on my grill have a better crust and char and I don’t have access to the super high temperature cooking solutions they do.
The pecan cheesecake is possibly the best dessert I’ve had, it’s amazing. But $300 for good appetizers and dessert, I’ll stick to the Chicago steakhouses like Gibson’s.
