Place is closed. Thanks for not informing me and almost ruining my Valentine's day.
We booked a reservation for 8pm on Valentine’s Day using Open Table. As it appeared did many others. Once we arrived a the restaurant we and others were all very disappointed to find the restaurant was permanently closed.
Was all excited for a beautiful romantic dinner. All dressed...Received my confirmation...From OPEN TABLE..Get to the restaurant and surprise surprise...OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!! Thank you OpenTable for ruining my favorite night of the year!!!!!
It closed down 5 days before my visit why were reservations taken from open table. And they were double checked to make sure I was going maybe the should call the resturant and make sure its open
Took reservation for Valentine's day and failed to open. Left me and 20+ other couples stranded to find last minute reservations elsewhere.
It is closed!!!!! I am not sure why Opentable still lets you book!
The restaurant is closed as in space for rent.
Restaurant is permanently closed
According to a sign on the door they r closed for renovations. Frankly they look like they r closed for good
Open table is not current, Le Jardin is CLOSED permanently, I almost wasted my time driving there.
Always enjoy this resturant..great view, service and food...
Liked the Fresh Salmon and Arugala special. Also the futtuccini with Lobster was amazing! Would recommend Le Jardin to family and friends.
Excellent food and service
Very Good environment...
always a special treat!
Poor service. Waiter never read specials to us. It was my fiancee's bday. I told them upfront and days in advance. They never acknowledged it even with me mentioning it 3 times during the meal. What nerve in adding in 15% tip for a table of 2 automatically. Especially with horrible service. Will never eat their again.
Enjoyed a lovely Christmas Eve dinner. The restaurant was crowded but not very noisy. We enjoyed the chilean sea bass, rack of lamb and tuna in a relaxed atmosphere. We all enjoyed our meals and ceasar salads. Would highly recommend.
This was a family lunch for the holidays. Service was very good. We enjoyed martinis and Appetizers including mussels and baked cheese with endive and toast. The entrees were not as good. My duck lorange was over cooked and my mother in laws red snapper bouillabaisse was over salted. For dessert we shared a cheese cake.
Service was very slow — the restaurant was empty so not I’m sure why! However, food was very good as it usually is.
I enjoyed the food very much. The view was breathtaking. Unfortunately there was a large table of about 8 people across from us. They were extremely loud and using foul language. Another table across from us notified the waiter numerous time just as we had. Unfortunately that was to no avail. It was just a very unpleasant experience
This is going to be my new favorite place. The view of nyc, Hudson River , and the GW bridge is awesome. Service is very attentive. Presentation of food is a work of art. Menu items are varied. Prepared perfectly. Good wine list. Nice bar. Live music. Has outside terrace. Great for the nice summer days.
Valet and coat check.
Wonderful food and great ambiance! Love the view!
All good but the gentleman who asked us for dessert was rude and disrespect the person we brought to this place first time. The waiter was a Hispanic person waring glasses who told my friend to speak clear. My friend is a senior citizen who is a well educated person. And speak good Spanish, the waiter told him to speak clear. Even asking my friend to speak castellano or don't speak...
Terrible service. No attention to patrons. Waited an excessively long time for appetizer, main course, and all requests. Placed an order for a salad for take out towards end of meal and waited over 30 minutes. When asked asked about the order when the check was paid for I was told that “it will come when it comes out of the kitchen”. No attempt to even inquire why or when it would be ready with the back of house. This is unacceptable. Turns out the food was simply sitting at the front desk/cashier the whole time... Absolutely infuriating.
If it wasn’t for the fact that there were so much staff I would not have left the 20% tip.
Have been there many times. Went for my birthday but the Château Briand has been better. But after 10 years of dining there one disappointing meal is no big deal
As always, food and service were excellent. Lucky to have Le Jardin in our neighborhood.
The experience at this restaurant was very good. We had our Thanksgiving Dinner there enjoyed the meal, the service and the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to others.
Overall great experience! We sat next to a bridal shower today and still enjoyed every minute of our experience so I can only imagine the ambience on an average day.(They gave us the option to sit somewhere else but we wanted the view. Plus the bridal shower seemed fun haha)
The food was amazing. I think my steak was a little too expensive for what it was but still very tasty.
Definitely plan on coming back for special occasions. My wife and truly loved it.
Food was good except I couldnt fully enjoy with all the smoke coming in from the patio into the dinning area.
There was a Party that had at least 6 tables of 10. They should have closed the Restaurant as there wasn't a lot of other Diners. Way way too loud, especially the Singer.
Brought my wife here to celebrate her new promotion. This place did not disappoint. It has valet parking, with 2 friendly valet guys. It's huge inside, it has outdoor dining by the water and the view facing the NYC skyline and the majestic George Washington bridge is magnificent.
The servers were very cordial and helpful suggesting the meal of the day, specially Freddie.
My wife and I ordered Escargot for appetizer, I got me Lobster Bisque for soupe du jour, for entrees my wife ordered Duck A L'Orange, and I got me the Blackened Spicy Swordfish. The food was extraordinary, her duck was so crispy on the outside and very moist/tender on the inside. My swordfish was a big thick filet, tasty spices and perfectly cooked.
We would definitely come back again and try the many other meals they offer on their menu.
Very nice restaurant, great view, good service , friendly staff, great food !! Love go to Le Jardin !!
Great location, great view. The outdoor space is worth a drop-by for a cocktail or 2. Our meal was very good but not great. Try the cheesecake. Will be back for their bar menu. Old school.
We have dined at Le Jardin many times. Although we live about 40 min away we still make the trip.
iT IS THE BEST RESTAURANT IN MY AREA
Love this place, gorgeous view! Service and food quality are outstanding, with the nice outside bar you can enjoy the beautiful view of New York City!
We have been there few times, but never again.
we were 4 people, 3 of us spent the night with stomach issues after eating there. I guess food (seafood) wasn't that fresh.
There was a huge piece of plastic wrapper in the veal entree. After my fiancée choked on it and we asked them to take our meals away, they brought the check without the veal taken off, even though he didn’t eat more than 1/4 of it. It was a total waste of a meal and our time. They refused to do anything about it and were extremely rude. It’s a shame because the food is good and the view is lovely but we will never go back due to the way it was handled.
