Of the seven dinners we had in Vegas this was the most outstanding, the entire experience is over the top! It was also the most expensive and worth it.
Check out the menu as it’s not gigantic but the best vs Michael Mina Bellagio and Eiffel Tower Restaurant.
I had a 5 course tasting menu with wine pairings and my wife had a four course truffle meal and shared my wine, her usual rosé champagne and my dessert.
They serve wines by the glass that are not served at any restaurant I’ve been to in Vegas and anywhere else. We were at each restaurant about the same amount of time but at Le Cirque the time just seemed suspended. There’s a slight view of the fountains so go to Eiffel Tower Restaurant for that, but it seemed rushed and noisy after the other two. Sorry I didn’t take photos but it seemed gauche to.
Everything was exquisite - especially the service! We all ordered the wine pairing, but our pregnant friend could not partake, so we challenged our servers to provide her with a mocktail pairing for each of her courses. Her drinks were even better than ours! They outdid themselves. The food was excellent, and the ambiance is warm and decadent. Only down side: there is a clown painting in the restroom that is absolutely terrifying (but at least it's a good conversation piece!)
LE Cirque was a beautiful dining experience. When booking request a window table. Beautiful view of the Bellagio fountains. Beautiful food and presentation! They will also accommodate vegan ,vegetarian ,and gluten free dining needs. The sole turned out to be much better than the seabass. The risotto was amazing! A very lovely evening!
We chose the five course degustation menu. The food looked very nice, but it tasted from OK to awful. The risotto with black truffle tasted like garbage Mac N Cheese to me. The organic chicken was really sad. Blue crab was artfully presented but the crab was mixed with something that made it taste like tuna salad. The Russian Osetra caviar however was very high quality. Hokkaido scallop was bland. I left hungry after spending over $800 on the meal that included only one cocktail and no wine. When I spend this amount on a meal, I expect every bite to be an incredible dining experience; it was not. The dinner was a huge waste of my time and money.
A very special birthday treat. Venue was beautiful with a quiet, intimate setting and breathtaking views of the Bellagio fountains. The attentive, knowledgeable and friendly staff made us feel a million dollars from start to finish. Each dish and wine was explained in loving detail. Food was divine albeit very expensive - however this is why we came; something extra special. Highly recommend.
We had an exceptional dining experience at Le Cirque . The staff were efficient , courteous and friendly . Food and service are outstanding . Our server went beyond expectations . When our daughter mentioned her bday was a week away , he graciously gave her a bday desert . Definitely , will remember this evening with fond memories .
I chose Le Cirque because I thought it would be an enjoyable experience for my son and his wife.
The experience was exquisite, we were well taken care of by the wait staff. They were very responsive to our questions and they told us what to expect as far as what was in each selection and how it would be served. The absolute very best dining experience ever!
I’ve been trying to dine at all of the 5 diamond restaurants and this was by far my worst experience. Although the food was absolutely delicious, the service could not have been worse. The first waiter we had was so rude and condescending that I requested a different waiter so as to not ruin our entire experience. We were rushed through the whole dinner and never once had any information given to us about the menu. While we were still eating our dessert, we were abruptly kicked out by a member of the staff. While we were trying to sign the check, I overheard one of the staff members making very rude comments about us. I will not be back nor will I recommend this restaurant to others.
Our reservation was for 9:30. The last reservation of the evening was for 10 pm. We were whisked to a table in a near empty dining room. From the first second we sat down we were barraged with questions. Hurry, hurry was the message. If the servers were in such a rush to leave, why are the last seatings at the times listed? We were limite to just one menu. They should state that online. I would not have chosen to go.
Get to the food...I had the rabbit symphony. A very fancy name for dry shredded, yes shredded rabbit. I had to ask for some type of sauce, but still left all the food on my plate. Awful!
Soufflé for dessert. Not bad except for the ICE COLD sauce Anglaise that was poured into the lovely warm soufflé. Obviously no time to warm the sauce. Hurry hurry to go home!
This was NOT my idea of a one star restaurant. I have had a better experience in a one star Bistro in NYC that didn’t pretend to be a fancy gourmet experience.
We arrived at 9:35 and the meal was finished by 10:30. Is that the experience you want? Not me. By the way, the night before we DINED at Joel Robuchon. Now they deserve the accolades they have received.
